The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in Bromley London

We used to order from El Kervan many times in the past and the food was always lovely. However, after ordering it again tonight we will not be ordering from here again. We placed an order online, one of the meals being a mixed meat kebab which was advertised to be served with rice, salad, sauce and a pitta. Upon delivery we realised the rice was missing so rang the restaurant to be greeted by an incredibly rude member of staff who tried to argue that we were wrong and this was not included when it is very clearly advertised on their website. For the price they charge, you would at least expect to receive what you have paid for. The food was also extremely dry and bland, with no flavour which is a huge shame as this never used to be the case a few years back. Do not recommend.

Overall, the food and service were good. I really enjoyed my time there. Would I go again.....yeah, I would.

Food was delicious. Drinks were ok. Workers were nice and quick to our orders. However there was bits of food on the floor. Overall would come again

Awful! Awful service! Awful delivery time! Awful help from the restaurant itself. Sent a message through to just eat as all the information I was given was wrong, told the food was collected at 8:10 by a lady and was meant to be here 8:20 then told another person was there to collect the food but it had already left so couldn’t be collected for us. The delivery time kept going up on app and saying driver at restaurant and then after we ordered food from another account this food turns up cold delivered by a man not a woman like we was told and was ice cold! Awful awful awful! Couldn’t of even have eaten. Straight into the bin!

Great food, friendly and attentive service and a lovely atmosphere. The Rose & Crown is a real gem - cosy and warm inside in the winter! Highly recommend!

Después de ordenar en línea para una recogida, me dejaron esperar 20 minutos para que la comida fuera entregada una vez que llegué al restaurante. El gerente declaró que esto se debía a un nuevo personal que no había presionado "el botón correcto". Cuando llegué a casa, faltaban artículos del pedido y la comida estaba fría. Otros 25 minutos tratando de llegar al restaurante para obtener un reembolso de los artículos faltantes.
