Visited Reggies twice albeit for takeout but all I can say is what a lovely little place full of charm and charachter. The proprietors are so friendly and accommodating. The pies were absolutely mouth watering! Will definitely be returning very soon 😊

Had a fantastic breakfast here, delicious and generous portions. A lovely place and lovely people! We really enjoyed ourselves on our first visit to the Flatulent Frog - it certainly won't be our last visit! Highly recommended.

Went looking for a local brew before turning in for the night and found this gem. They offer their own brew in a space fitting a local pub and brewery.

Dined on Saturday evening with my wife, the staff got our drinks order wrong 'twice' and the 'sommelier' literally just plonked the bottle of wine on the table and was gone. My wife's meal was fine, she enjoyed it and I tasted it also finding it ok, my mistake was to order the 'mixed grill' [I was hungry], however, as we all know the grill is just 'thrown' together as it is for neanderthals, there was more grease and fat on the 'SLATE' that it was served on than a chip shop counter, and the slate... I mean, just because it's a meal for a caveman doesn't mean you should eat it of a stone!!! Why bother giving us a knife and fork? Also, the atmosphere was more akin to an eat in KFC/McD's, very noisy and rushed. So, in conclusion, Levant... Leave Out!

We ordered 60 cup cakes for a work event to commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness day. We were given options for the decorating and decided on 50/50 pink frosting and some with the breast cancer logo of the pink ribbon. The cakes were divine, so happy and they were delivered right on time. We also ordered a specialty Victoria Sponge which we raffled as a prize, I didn’t win it sadly so I can’t comment on the taste but it looked divine and was in a gorgeous presentation box with pink ribbon. Thanks Emzcakes for making our event extra special.

I’ve been here a few times but forgot to review. Went again on Sunday and had lunch there - it was excellent. Plenty of tender roast turkey for me, three meats for DiL. Loads of veggies too, which is what I like! Very enjoyable meal, will come again on a Sunday!

Good place to get a drink or some food if you're going to the cinema upstairs. Note that if you are a Costa Club member, they don't accept any club rewards or offers here unfortunately.

The drink and atmosphere wasn't too bad, and they accepted card payments which is good. Prices not unreasonable. Live sports. Negatives were the food.. It was very basic and comprised of your selection plus a pile of soggy chips which seemed like they had been re cooked. No sign of any veg whatsoever. I ordered a burger and it was literally burger plus chips. Not a place you should eat at imo. Also, potentially out of their control (but many bars do give free credits to "regulars" to get some tunes on) but a regular put on about 25 songs on the jukebox the moment it was turned on! So glad I clocked him doing that as I was going to stay and put on a few songs of my own. In the end we decided to leave earlier than planned and booted the tunes up on YouTube at home. Bit of a shame really.

There was a time when going to Marks for a coffee and a cake was a lovely treat. Not anymore. I had a cup of tea and I said to the lady you have forgot my saucer (never mind the little biscuit we used to get), she said we don't do saucers anymore. I had a toastie which was so greasy you could have wrung it out ugh!. Never mind poor people losing their jobs, I think you are losing the plot Marks, they are moving location in Wrexham (only the cafe I think) I only know I will not be following them. My husband went with his brother today, he said the coffee was horrible and his scone - no taste at all - his words 'I won't be going there again' It is so sad I think. I remember the times when Marks was great.

They have iced coffee on their menu with all of the syrups but most of them don’t know how to make them. The food is nice but it’s just the iced coffee that’s a let down
