Kristina's Cafe – Amazing Experience! I visited Kristina’s Cafe for the first time and loved it! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I had a cappuccino and a small English breakfast, and both were fantastic. The coffee was smooth, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great food, great service—I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice food,they need to be a bit more attentive, we sat for nearly 10 minutes and finally went and picked up 2 menus from the counter.Service was a bit slow but if they are new owners they need a chance to improve. Overall the food was good,it's spotless clean and friendly enough.

Has the place had new owners? Went in with wife and daughter place looks good with the new layout but menu has "not available" on a third of the stuff then when we picked other alternatives got the till twice to be told both times them things weren't available either so we left rather than decide and que again for a 3rd time. Used to be the best place in town. Shame really

Must be new owners - if not your standards have free fallen with a mighty crash. Been calling here for foodfor a few years. Used to be fantastic. Ordered two breakfasts for me and my wife. After 15 minutes my wife's breakfast arrived. 30 minutes later - still no sign of my food. We to ask for a refund. Was told that my food was being cooked as we spoke. Took my refund. As we were leaving, waiter comes over - very sorry about the food - your breakfast is ready NOW if you still want it. Decided to stay and eat. Watier came back after 5 minutes only to infor us that the food was again delayed - think they took the Mick on purpose. Got up walked out. Won't be spending my money there again - place is a joke Only giving 1 star as I have to give 1 to post my review No stars for food - didn't have any No stars for service - extremely poor Atmosphere - make your own mind up

Avoid ! Dreadful place. Not only was this a disastrous lunch for all three of us but I later discovered they overcharged me by approx £5! Having paid using my phone I didn’t notice at the time. Feel scammed on top of an awful lunch. Three friends visit this cafe having used it once before and been happy with it. Clearly new owners now and what awful food and disastrous service with mistakes with every meal. I ordered a set meal but arrived without beans and the toast that came with it was just warm bread with a hideous bright yellow spread - did not attempt to eat this foul looking item. Another ordered omelette and chips with coleslaw - arrived without chips and coleslaw! They made chips for him but they were disgusting half still frozen soggy muck. Third friend ordered chicken salad wrap with mayo and chips. The wrap arrived but only had dry chicken in it with no salad or mayo. She refused to eat it and got a refund. Even my coffee was wrong. They asked if I wanted milky coffee and I said no, just coffee with a drop of milk please. They brought me milky coffee. Later when checking my phone I realised they charged me nearly £15 for a meal that was about £7 plus the coffee and garbage piece of toast. They scammed me out of about £5 and I was too far away to return. Awful place - go at your own risk of total disappointment

Really not clean. Service really slow when we were the only customers in there and only wanting drinks and tea cakes. One pot of tea was lukewarm and stewed. The server spilled milk onto the table and just wiped it with her hand. I wish we hadn’t bothered. 2* because pricing isn’t bad. But you get what you pay for. Saw loads of really nice looking cafes afterwards!

Dissapointing tables were very tired and in dire need of replacement.Breakfast was plentiful but of very poor quality.Beans and tomatoes were served cold. Would not re visit

I use to visit kristinas when I was younger, gosh it still looks the same and you can tell. Seriously needs a good refresh, I think it’s past a paint brush, it needs refurbishing. The same tables from when I was child, at least 10 years old! Looks seriously run down. Wish I could say the food was better. It really wasn’t, my breakfast was swimming in grease, i couldn’t finish it… Prices are reasonable, especially if the food was up to a good standard. From what I can remember this place use to be a top place for a fry up, now I’d chose a premier inn breakfast!

Food was really nice but can’t get over how dirty the place was. We arrived at opening time. Do you would think it would be clean ready to go. The table was covered in crumbs, the window ledge was filthy. 2 staff members in with no customers so it should have been cleaned. With a little work it would be a great place. A real shame

Food wasn't too bad, although chichen wrap was tiny. Problem was that every surface was sticky! Nothing had been wiped down, this included tables, floor, ledge and all 4x menus. Toilets could also have done with a good clean.

Great food at a fantastic price. All with a friendly service. Outstanding.

Not bad breakfast, staff friendly and not bad service time. Value to quantity is good, not the best cooked breakfast I've ever had (and I've eaten a lot!!!) but as a greasy spoon it's good. Coffee isn't great, cheap stuff, but as said, for what it is. Not bad either.

Lovely food in a quality cafe in the heart of Wrexham. Recommended

Service was friendly. However the place is badly in need of a face-lift. Food is cheap- I chose the safest option which was soup and it was tasty enough. I expect die-hard locals frequent here.

What an amazing find. We thought it would be just a usual "greasy spoon"(Sorry owners..no disrespect meant). However it turned out to be an absolute gem My son & I both had the Canadian breakfast.. They didn't mind the swaps we asked for. It was fabulous. My son also ordered chips with curry sauce. Some of the best, crispest chips we've eaten. My 2 great nieces ate for free as well. We would highly recommend this gem and if/when we come back to Wrexham we will certainly be back. Thank you.

I go there quite often and to be honest it needs a bloody good clean

Kristina's cafe was recommended to me & my husband by my daughter. My nana always visited Kristina's cafe years ago & always said it was the best place in wrexham. I'm sorry to say we were very disappointed in today's visit (11/03/2023). On entering the cafe it looked very dull & uninviting. We had to move seats as I went to sit down & the seat was filthy. When I went to order our breakfast we were told there was a 20 minute wait. Infact we ended up waiting an hour. We were freezing as the back door was open. There didn't seem to be enough staff working as the tables weren't getting cleared away as people were finishing. The young waitress certainly didn't want to be there. Once the breakfast had arrived my husband's black pudding was over cooked. The toast which was balancing on the side of my plate was cold & it was margarine not butter. It was awful to be honest. I can honestly say we will not be going back. I think the owners need to spend a little money on updating the cafe & making it more welcoming. A smile from the staff would be a start. My husband & I visit different cafés every Saturday, we have just done 8 weeks in Mold & honestly haven't experienced this poor hospitality in any café in Mold.

Basic menu with very limited Vegetarian selection for me, but husband had a cooked breakfast which was well cooked and he enjoyed. Inside is very dark and small. The staff was very friendly and the service was very quick. Reasonably priced for what it is.

A lovely little cafe in the town, great value for money,plenty to eat, good menu choice. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Waited almost an hour for a breakfast and a breakfast baguette. When it did arrive it certainly wasn't the heeman I ordered more of a large breakfast.floors where dirty as were the tables.would not recommend far better options in the town

Hang your heads in shame! You obviously served undercooked or out of date food! Avoid this place if you don’t want to be violently ill for two days straight! I have reported you! You should be closed down! Your conscience will get the better of you! People need to trust that what you serve them won’t kill them! You know what you did! I will tell everyone I know to avoid this disgusting excuse for a cafe.

Nice breakfast bacon was cooked just how I like it and served fast and efficiently my wife loves it here

Came in today around 3pm ordered the king breakfast and a small one Food came really quick Although it looked nice Was very greasy it was like the food had been cooked hours earlier and left sitting in fat And just heated up Not the best prob won't go again

Even though it was busy I still got my food quickly and it was delicious. Friendly staff and affordable prices.

As i walked in the warning signs of this place were right infront of me. Half full plates left on tables, the tables that didnt have at plates on were dirty. The waitress was too busy doing her nails. The food was horrible, the bacon was discoloured and didnt taste of anything and the eggs weren't cooked. My son had what I thought was going to be an omelette but instead he recieved a pile of greasy egg with bacon and a tone of cheese. There are better cafes in town. Avoid this at all costs.

Was dirty when came, no air con so it was very hot, cutlery was also also dirty had to ask for new. Other than that it wasn't bad.

Not good. 1 hour wait for food with no explanation from staff. When food arrived chips were hard. Never came across such arrogant staff apart from the lovely blonde lady.

What a cute little find! Really friendly, simple food. Nicely presented. Not too expensive either!

It'll be a while before I go back, as my meal today was disgusting I had a toasted sandwich and was like it had been dipped oil very soggy my friend's had jacket potato wasn't hot and hard.

A cosy cafe where they go out of their way to make you feel welcome 😊 The food is delicious and the customer focused ethic is second to none , well worth a visit!

What a cafe...literally blown away by the portions quality of food and the service If your in Wrexham this place will 110% surprise you - yes I agree the decor is not as good as the food but don't let this put you off... Home made coleslaw Salad as fresh as the day it was picked The omelette was to die for and look at how large it was.. Well done Kristina keep up the hard work

Visited this cafe as it came highly recommended by my hotel & I'm very glad they did! The staff were friendly, as was a few of their customers. Very clean, with a steady flow of customers. A great portioned size of food, I couldn't finish it but it was very delicious. I ordered the French breakfast, only downside was that there was no baguette but was given toast instead. A staff member helped me with a phone call as I'm a Deaf person & was completely understanding & very helpful. Thank you for a lovely service ☺️

Such a disappointing visit. This used to be an amazing little cafe but can honestly say I will not be visiting again. We ordered small breakfast which was cold and the toast all floppy and had barely seen the toaster. We tried to eat it, as we were hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. But I wish I'd have sent it back and asked for refund. I know pandemic been hard but a smile or acknowledgment from the staff as we arrived would have at least made me feel welcome.

Please when going be aware to expect the unexpected I went in empty and I came out FULL, PHEW

We have had many breakfasts and luches here. Always a good meal and reasonably priced.

One of Wrexham tucked away places to stop for a cuppa. Was served a pot of tea which filled a medium sized cup twice. Great value and lovely friendly staff

Awful food, saltyiest lasagne I have ever tasted the pasta was actually disolving. Husband had a very greasy breakfast with undercooked black pudding. Service was also bad. Rude young girl on the till and very disorganised no social distancing no table service and almost an hour's wait. First and definitely the last vist.

A warm and friendly welcome with quick service. We had a small breakfast and it arrived looking anything but small! Everything was tasty and the coffee was amazing. The cafe itself could have been cleaner, the tables felt sticky and the highchair straps were positively caked in old food but other than that we were very happy. We were temp checked and details taken for covid contact tracing which was reassuring.

Gone downhill have been going there for years very disappointing will not be going back any time soon

Excellent little local cafe. My wife and I decided to give this place a try and we weren’t disappointed. Really enjoyed the Large Breakfast and proper milky coffee. Will definitely be back. Thanks very much

Visited here today while out Christmas shopping and to get out of the cold, it's gone down hill drastically from when i last visited. It's seemed pretty busy downstairs so sat upstairs to eat, it was freezing. No menus or condiments available, a palava going up and down to get menus and order and tables were left uncleared, should of left then but needed a well earned rest. The food arrived and was put on the table without and cutlery and there was a wait before the hot drinks came along with the cutlery, which was put on the table still wet presumably from washing. The food was awful and the coffees had a funny taste of fish to them, awful will not return in a hurry.

Popped into here for a brew, Earl Grey tea very good and staff really polite,managed to charge my phone while drinking my tea! Food looked good however I’d already eaten but will try next time!

went in today with a friend I had a bowl of soup which when it arrived more than 30 mins later was about 4 soup spoons full. My friends had a Anaemic looking ham and cheese toasted sandwich which looked as if it had been shown the toaster and thats all with a really strange looking salad and horrid looking congealed cheese pouring out of the sides. Not worth the money at all bad food bad service wont be going there again

Not sure if this place has changed hands because my boyfriend remembered it as very good. Called here looking forward to a fry up, the salt, pepper etc on the table was grimy that should have put us off. Ordered 2 big breakfasts, it was so bad we both only had a couple of mouthfuls. They do not offer a veggie option so had to give my meat to other half, the sausage looked like the cheapest possible sausage, cheap nasty beans,toms,toast with what looked like Margarine and a very sad looking smiley face potato. There was nothing nice about it. Also decor very old and tired.

One of the best place's to go, for a breakfast light lunch, tea or coffee. Freindly & wellcoming staff, highly recommended.

Went yesterday for the first time, Without a doubt the best breakfast place in or even around wrexham, highly recommend!

I know a good cooked breakfast when I see one and usually we go to an all you can eat. Thought we would try Kristinas based on past visits and reputation. Sadly the breakfast was missing a few items, wasn't 'Large' and for an extra £1.50 without the extra £1 parking charge I could have got triple the food. Nice enough food but probably worth paying more elsewhere.

Very disappointing for the breakfast anyway it was 10 am so usually food is still fresh black pudding was a rock cake bacon was like cardboard the one sausage was hard as a bullet the smiley faced potato thing bent the falk a total wash out so I had beans on toast which was all that was edible it may of been a one off blunder and I only try it because the reviews were good never again and for £7.10 it's not good sorry Kristina s cafe but I speak as I find !
