Tables not cleared ,you have to ask

Rubbish they don't seem to open anymore in the evening when I visit the cinema. I'm sure they used to do.

Normally enjoy costas coffee wasnok but the cakes we had were dry & had no real taste...

Just a cappuccino today. Clean, airy, and nice staff.

I will never ever go there again I went today on 22/04/23 the one of the women attitude was absolutely disgusting when I checked receipt it said I paid for two large hot chocolate and medium cuppachino. So she one that messed order up and I’m sorry if you can’t handle pressure or you can’t handle basic politeness don’t work at retail or cafe then simple as that. I was really polite to her this is the attitude I’m getting from her when she made mistake

Amazing staff, who work tirelessly, but always with a smile. Pleasure to be served by them. An absolute credit.👏👏👏

All staff seemed to be learning which meant slow service and wrong orders

We had a take away tea and a hot chocolate which was supposed to have been made with coconut milk but I think it wasn't as I had a bad reaction. So make sure you watch the barista so you don't suffer as I did!

A brilliant place to go for a lactose free hot chocolate and a coffee. The service was excellent, the drinks delishious. Not many people there, a lovely stop for refreshments.

This is a nice place to have a coffee before u go into the cinema to watch a film or u could have food the staff is very kind to u there aswell

I like this Costa, it's inside Debenhams and is ideal for a quick break. Good coffee and fast service. Not big, so limited seating when busy

I sat down with a coffee, a wafer biscuit and stared out of the window at people for approximately 23 minutes! Nice 👍

Bardzo mila obsluga, bardzo pomocna i serwowana zawsze bardzo dobra kawa, powoduje, ze jest to czesto odwiedzane miejsce. Duza przestrzen jest dodatkowym atutem.

I would just like to say how very very disappointed I am in Costa Wrexham at Odeon and the barista serving me. I am all for saving the planet little by little and I do come to Costa atleast twice a week and take my reusable cup every time.. but today the barista proceeded to make my hot chocolate and instead of just pouring the drink into my reusable cup she poured the contents first into a small take out cup and then into my reusable cup to make sure I don’t get too much obviously 🙄 I said to her that it’s not the point to do that, I bring my cup in on purpose to save wasting a take out and and there she is using one?! She proceeded to say but we recycle.. I said it’s not the point at all- if that’s what she does every time someone comes in with a reusable one then it’s all pointless! I’m absolutely disgusted that she kept arguing back and can’t see the sense of it all? Please tell me you are teaching these baristas what this is all about when we bring our own cups in? she should be ashamed- especially as Costa regard themselves as helping by the planet.

Slow on the serving and need more staff but coffee was tasty as always

Nice place to spend a few minutes while waiting for a movie to start. My time spent there was never less than good so if nothing else expect consistency. But I dont frequent this place much so that's all I can say.

Great coffee as always! But was disappointed to witness the manager talk to a member of staff awfully. I work in hospitality and thinking if I was spoken to in such a patronising and demeaning manner, I would be fuming! Unsure of the managers name but a tall brunette with glasses.

Popped in after shopping for, quite simply, a toasted sandwich and coffee. Delightful staff, and no-frills flavoursome food. Well pleased in every respect

Waited a loooooong time to be served then for my order to be made. Staff happy to chat and do pointless tasks (like clear one table in an empty cafe) whist the orders stacked up. Bonkers.

Called for coffee which was as good as ever. Had the new cake which was delicious! Plenty of seating and nice and clean too.

Typical Costa with good coffee, and tea. Their cakes and snacks are as in all Costa Coffee Shops but that is fine as all are tasty and a nice range to be had.

Nothing like a Costa lunch at this branch. Never seems to be a queue drinks are provided quickly and food is well cooked. Staff are always attentive smart and shop always clean.

Young staff serving were very friendly, especially young fair headed man with glasses on the till - he didn't have a name badge but was very polite, helpful and understanding - Well done!

I visit this cafe every week. No matter how busy they are, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile + a lovely relaxed atmosphere. My order is dealt with promptly + efficiently. When I pay I collect points on my odeon card + put them towards odeon seats. Win-win!

I have no problems with the food and drink served here it is what you would expect for a Costa. However the service is appalling slow. There was a queue of only 5 people and 4 staff behind the counter, but we still had to wait 15 minutes before our order was even taken.

Costa not even being my favourite coffee but that place where you can drink a decent expresso. Nothing special about this Costa from the others but staff not as nice as other local branches here. They seem fed up!

I find this Costa more chill out than others lovely coffees and gluten free cakes to choose from pecan pie really nice . Try fruit coolers for a change don't forget free Costa card points soon add up staff always friendly and helpful

Standard coffee chain shop. The manageress was pleasant though. Fairly quick service from initial order to having the coffee at the table.I would recommend here if after perhaps you had been to the nearby cinema (a one min. stroll away at most) you fancy a quick coffee.Tables were clean and free from clutter too.

This Costa is one of my favourite that I have visited. The staff are always friendly and they will go out of their way to be helpful. Drinks are always made exactly as ordered. Another positive thing about this Costa is that it is always clean.

A must have before sitting back to enjoy a good film is the hot chocolate. Staff extremely friendly. Be prepared to wait as it can get busy during the popular films and in the evenings.

I went here on Sunday with my family. I had a sticky toffee latte and it is the best latte I have had. The woman that served the drinks was very polite. The WiFi Internet in here is very fast aswell. I really recommend this

Had to queue for 15 minutes to get served only to then have to repeat my order several times as the staff were to interested in talking to each other. The drinks were poorly made and no where near to the standards I've had in other Costa Coffee shops.

I got a pulled pork wrap but was around £4 and was not that big. The drink sizes are large; even the small ones. Atleast they do soys milk; with it hot chocolate tastes marshmallowey!

A standard Costa within the Odeon Cinema complex, it's very clean with good service - well worth a visit.

Visited costa coffee with my partner and the children before going to the cinema to watch hotel Transylvania! The children were dressed up as their favourite characters and the staff made a real fuss and nominated us for 4 free tickets! It was a lovely gesture and much appreciated - made my heart very warm! Coffee and toast was lush too!

Lovely coffee and great snacks. Very handy for the cinema , I prefer this to the cafes in the near-by shops. Well worth a visit.

Once again we paid Costa, Eagles Meadow, Wrexham a visit. It is probably our favourite place in the town for tea and coffee. As usual the drinks were superb and the staff friendly and helpful. The coffee is always freshly prepared, so one has to expect a little waiting time. The premises have been recently refurbished. We liked the previous style but we have to admit that the new design looks nice and inviting too. The background music is alright (though we would prefer to go without), not too loud, and suits the overall ambience. It's a little disappointing though that sometimes there is not enough staff to clean all the tables properly; it would be nice to have the choice of more clean tables.
