Had a fantastic breakfast here, delicious and generous portions. A lovely place and lovely people! We really enjoyed ourselves on our first visit to the Flatulent Frog - it certainly won't be our last visit! Highly recommended.

Went looking for a local brew before turning in for the night and found this gem. They offer their own brew in a space fitting a local pub and brewery.

I don’t recommend this place at all, literally me and my friend on the 14th of February went for a meal there and it was very disappointing like very disappointing and like my friend wanted a mixed grill and didn’t want the chicken and they said they would change it but ended up giving it anyways but it was undercooked and the pork was dry like a dogs bone at this point. I got the Cajun chicken burger and it was very dry and wasn’t too great either so we ended up not eating anything because it was all bad, we got separated in a different room away from the main room from everyone basically which was strange and weird and we waited for our meal about an hour. It was worst meal we had even for our first time reviewing it. Don’t recommend absolutely at all for anyone. Thank you.

We ordered 60 cup cakes for a work event to commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness day. We were given options for the decorating and decided on 50/50 pink frosting and some with the breast cancer logo of the pink ribbon. The cakes were divine, so happy and they were delivered right on time. We also ordered a specialty Victoria Sponge which we raffled as a prize, I didn’t win it sadly so I can’t comment on the taste but it looked divine and was in a gorgeous presentation box with pink ribbon. Thanks Emzcakes for making our event extra special.

Really not clean. Service really slow when we were the only customers in there and only wanting drinks and tea cakes. One pot of tea was lukewarm and stewed. The server spilled milk onto the table and just wiped it with her hand. I wish we hadn’t bothered. 2* because pricing isn’t bad. But you get what you pay for. Saw loads of really nice looking cafes afterwards!

Good place to get a drink or some food if you're going to the cinema upstairs. Note that if you are a Costa Club member, they don't accept any club rewards or offers here unfortunately.

The drink and atmosphere wasn't too bad, and they accepted card payments which is good. Prices not unreasonable. Live sports. Negatives were the food.. It was very basic and comprised of your selection plus a pile of soggy chips which seemed like they had been re cooked. No sign of any veg whatsoever. I ordered a burger and it was literally burger plus chips. Not a place you should eat at imo. Also, potentially out of their control (but many bars do give free credits to "regulars" to get some tunes on) but a regular put on about 25 songs on the jukebox the moment it was turned on! So glad I clocked him doing that as I was going to stay and put on a few songs of my own. In the end we decided to leave earlier than planned and booted the tunes up on YouTube at home. Bit of a shame really.

It was okay but has not been replaced with a food m and s but no cafe. Was nice and like sainsburys cafe but it gone. Such a shame

2 hot chocolate drinks ,great stuff could not go wrong , Bacon bun/bap/cob/sandwich was gristley as f@#k eww, could not eat, definitely avoid the bacon at this establishment Blackburn Lancashire homebargins cafe
