Extensive menu and a specials board. Helpful and friendly staff. Very generous portions. Reasonable prices. It was really good. Plenty of parking.

Animated menu is a bit annoying when trying to decide what to have, but scott the gentleman who made our coffee is definitely efficient and very good at his job!

We visited this place to have a drink or 2. Kingussie does not have any pub really, Chillies is associated to a hotel in the area so the staff gives priority to hotel guests, not us visitors and nothing is wrong with this, priorities are in place I guess.

Tasty meal, very prompt service from helpful staff. Love the chilli nachos! Great choice on the menu

We sat down for half an hour, no one had even looked in our direction , had to ask the staff if someone was going to serve us. We hadn’t even had a drink order taken. The manager came over and took our order and was very apologetic but it was clear the whole place was in a shambles - no one was being served and when they were the wrong food was coming out , the server didn’t even know what tables the food was for, they were asking the customers the table numbers even though there were no numbers on the tables. The worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Food was average and over priced. Staff looked miserable. If it wasn’t for having a hungry 2 year old I would have walked out.
