Quiet pub in local estate,freindly staff.Shame they don't do food

Amazing 👏🏻 Absolutely so happy we chose to come here for lunch. One of the best menus I have seen in a long time! Even my 3 year old devoured his mac & cheese. Honestly can't wait to come back again and keep trying something different.

Friendly, busy café come Diner, popped in for some breakfast, thought we were too late but the staff said they could rustle up a couple of breakfast rolls, they were very nice indeed as were the staff, the only (minor) negative was that it was so busy and noisy that it wasn't the kind of place that you felt comfortable sitting for any length of time.

I have been visiting the Linwood branch for a few months. I was very surprised to read other negative reviews.The service has always been quick even when the cafe is busy. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Brach is closed temporarily now for renovation.

Came in for a bite to eat and I would definitely recommend. The food came out fast and hot! Flat breads are yummy but the chicken pie is just out of this world! Won’t ever be having a chicken pie anywhere else but here! There was a nice atmosphere with dimmed lights and background music. And don’t worry if your fussy with your drink because they have absolutely everything

Friendly staff and a reasonably priced pint

Best breakfast I have had for many moons! Haven't been in Scotland for a fair while and have missed The Full Scottish Breakfast. Fox and Hounds delivers a five star culinary experience!

Was in the private function suite, even though it is summer, was a cold breeze, and bar staff kept opening back door, making it literally a freezing blast all night. But buffet was really lovely and plenty of it

Food is very filling, it was a bit noisy but the service is always good!👍

Great pub, always busy, especially on a Saturday afternoon for the shopper's slot live music. 4 till 7 . Some Sundays northern soul. Excellent.

My wife and I sought a place to celebrate 34 years married. This has to be one of our best anniversary dining experiences. The staff were cheery and efficient, the atmosphere was just right, the food was delicious, a dream on a plate. Many thanks, we'll be back!
