We stumbled across this cafe whilst doing a circular walk around Renfrew. The staff were very friendly & courteous, the place was clean, & the food was freshly prepared, & very good. Without exaggeration the lentil soup was probably the best I've ever tasted - perfectly salted, full of flavour, & at £2 for a large bowl, superb value. Sue had a jacket potato (I borrowed some!) which tasted very nice. 2 soups, one with a bread roll, jacket potato with chicken mayonnaise & salad, a tea + empire biscuit - £11 the lot. What a bargain!

Un entorno limpio y de buen gusto y un ambiente encantador. Personal amable, atento y profesional. Gran variedad de bebidas y bocadillos y mi café estaba delicioso, al igual que nuestros pasteles (tenía un poco de mi pareja). Olvidé tomar fotos, lo siento, pero fue encantador.

Been drinking in The Gantry for a few months now. Service & selection of drinks is excellent. Always nice friendly atmosphere

Meal was cold when it was delivered. Strange taste from Pakora. Thinnest Nan bread ever, rock hard. All sauce on main course, very little chicken. Waste of money

Best Chinese about! The curry sauce is the brst in town. Let's not talk about those battered salt and chilli chips 😋

This is a great friendly place, clean and tidy, I was in for lunch with some friends. It is dog friendly for walkers next to walking routes to stop by. I gave it 4 star because when I was in a member of staff was clapping the dogs and never washed their hands afterwards which is unhygienic when handling food when customers have to eat.

Este es fácilmente mi lugar favorito para ir a comer después del turno de noche. El servicio es excelente. Las opciones y la calidad de la comida son insuperables. Siguen apareciendo con nuevas adiciones al menú, (algunas solo por un corto tiempo) por lo que siempre hay algo nuevo que probar. Además, habilidades de preparación de té de primer nivel. 😃 Tienen un gran grupo de clientes fieles, siempre hay gente cenando o recogiendo, por una buena razón: buena comida con excelentes precios con el mejor servicio que hay. Son cálidos, muy amables y atentos. Son un crédito para su industria. No puedo esperar a mi próxima visita para ver lo que voy a conseguir después

Disappointed after reading great reviews pan bread is not bloomer

Had a lovely family meal here on Saturday night. The food was delicious and the team could not have been more helpful and friendly. Have used their take away before but first 'dine in' meal here. Such a good choice of dishes

Nice place. Seated and then moved, but didn't mind that. Took ages for someone to take order. Starter was ok but seemed tasteless. Main was a let down. Again, tasteless and bland. Was asked it went wanted dessert menu and/or coffee. Asked for dessert menu but it never appeared, so paid bill and left. Then on way out was offered liqueur but we don't drink. Place was a huge let down and won't be back

Quiet at this time off year , but will pick up soon , due to people doing online shopping not many people come into town this time of year , I'm always going in on match days as get a good atmosphere, 👍 they also have themed nights ,

Fabulous food and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We went on a Friday night and there was a lovely pianist playing.
