This is a great friendly place, clean and tidy, I was in for lunch with some friends. It is dog friendly for walkers next to walking routes to stop by. I gave it 4 star because when I was in a member of staff was clapping the dogs and never washed their hands afterwards which is unhygienic when handling food when customers have to eat.

Tucked away in a side street next to Habbie Simpson's statue on the Steeple with plenty of on street free parking. Bright and airy cafe with friendly staff and quick service. A busy place with a simple menu of backed potatoes, toasties, and such-like. Good prices and generous portions with mome made coleslaw. Coffee was a little weak for me. Plenty of home baking choices.

The staff at Bobbins are the nicest and most helpful ladies. They cater for people with all sorts of allergies / intolerances, without any issue. It’s a lovely tearoom to visit. The sooner we can all get back together with our friends there, the better. Thank you ladies 💜

We went here a couple of times when we went to visit relatives in the village but we were staying round the corner at HABBIE’S which didn’t include a breakfast with our room. Great little cafe we had bacon/ sausage rolls and on the second time I had scrambled egg and bacon and a handmade cake and good proper coffee at such a reasonable price. Very good if you happen to stay locally. If we stay again then we will be in there again. Perhaps could add more items on the menu for breakfast?

Went here for lunch with family from England who were very impressed with the whole experience. Very friendly staff and good choice of food. Would recommend any of the soups, the Christmas Toastie and the amazing home baking. Will be back soon.

Cold, wet and just after a difficult visit to the vets just down the road, we stopped in for lunch. Cheery staff serving and the chicken and rice soup was great and loaded with chicken. The soup and sandwich combination was very good value and the sandwich was very generously stuffed. My wife had a piece (mountainous) of chocolate cake that she loved. The cafe is even dog friendly. What more can I say?

Good selection of cakes and nice cup of coffee. Friendly and cosy wee cafe. Toilet clean and has hot water. Would recommend for a bite to eat.

Asked a local 'lollipop lady' for a recommendation and she pointed us to this tearoom. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is a soup, sandwiches and cakes sort of place but the food we had was excellent. Lentil Soup was lovely although piping hot as if just out of the microwave. Sandwiches were on nice soft brown bread and well filled. Toastie also good. A great wee find and we will be back next time we visit the Weavers Cottage just down the road.

I love this place! Eaten here for years and always will. Feels like a home away from home with the welcoming, friendly staff, specials are always a great surprise and the Mars Crispy Cake is 10/10. Great value for money, however doesn't have a card machine though, so take cash.

I go each Monday with an elderly friend. The food is excellent, the staff extreme friendly and nothing is too much bother for them if you ask. It's very quaint, spotless and usually busy but a table can be booked if required. Lovely home-made soup, and good lunch menu. Also home baking for sale. Heartily recommend. 👌

A great wee café/gift shop with helpful, friendly staff. They do not have a large menu to choose from, but the food is great and is all homemade. Can recommend the soup and a sandwich deal - delicious. Suggest anyone visiting Kilbarchan to go and try them for yourself - you will not be disappointed. The only problem is that it is quite small inside and popular, so you can't always get a table.

Yesterday I took a group of 50 people to the Weaver's Cottage in Kilbarchan. I had arranged with the cafe that they would supply us, in groups, with morning tea and coffee. What a great job!! Tea, coffee and tiered plates with scones, shortbread, and fruit loaf. One lady even got a roll and bacon as she doesn't like sweet things. The staff were considerate, polite and very quick with the service. We will be back again. Excellent.

A really good, traditional village pub, more like you’d get in *whispers* England that the west of Scotland. Three real ales were on when I visited, with one finishing and another pulled right through. The beer garden looked incredible, but as it was a chilly March evening we opted to stay inside and enjoy the heat from the real fire. Children welcome in the bar till 20:00 which is very handy. Can’t wait to return.
