Lovely service from Lucy at Glasgow Airport

Nice place, to sit while waiting for my flight. Food was adequate but not much more. The staff were great, friendly and welcoming and more than happy to help me throughout my visit.

I often pass through GLA early in the morning and while this is one of the better breakfast options i usually avoid it because of the inefficient ordering. Decided on a change today and spent 20 mins standing in a queue to order from the single staff member trying to juggle both order/pay and drinks preparation. I'm looking at the next 15-person queue right now, all waiting for a coffee to be made before the next order can be taken. The tables are only about 1/3 full: what would it be like in a rush?! Food is fine-to-good, but for god's sake put a second person on the bar or get a Web ordering system like the competition 50 yards away.

Sallyann not only provided a friendly and prompt service, she made us feel at home and so relaxed while we were dealing with the stress of navigating the airport to get back to Barbados and Jamaica. Sallyann is a treasure and I am actually looking forward to my next trip to Glasgow, solely so I can hopefully see her when I am flying back home again!

The perfect place for a pint before your flight. The wait staff is helpful and kind, especially Vicki.

This is one of the places I have been to with the verst service. Had to wait 30 minutes to get a drink and they didn’t even bring the right one

Not enough tables. Unhelpful staff and poor over priced food. Drinks took forever and the food never arrived. We had to ask and they said our order had been lost.

It starts with a filthy, sticky floor that honestly is just disgusting, and then it gets more annoying. The greeter is surly and offhand - which is fine. Airports are rubbish places to work. The table was sticky and gross, I cleaned it with a wet wipe. The menu is online order only and they charge like wounded rhinos for things like toast. You can’t substitute anything in the menu - but meh. My food arrived and was just gross. The tomato was so overcooked and dry it was inedible. The hashbrowns (which I tried to swap for toast but couldn’t) were dry and tasteless. Even the eggs tasted like…. Nothing. Bacon wasn’t too bad and the sausage either. My “take it with you” cookie arrived on a plate with no way to actually “take it with you”, and when I asked for a takeaway bag was told that was not possible. Writing this while I’m here still as the very thought of having to make my way across the sticky and dirty floor is flooding me with dread. For £23 for basic breakfast and coffee it’s not worth it!

Natalie and Kelsey (apologies if wrong spelling ) looked after us well. Great breakfast and a few drinks to get us ready for our flight. Made the Shamrocks look easy on the Guinness, cheers guys.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful experience with Rhys and Kelsey! They were incredibly polite and attentive, understanding exactly what we wanted. We requested hot milk with our tea, and they were happy to accommodate us. What stood out the most was their genuine warmth and the happy smiles they served us with. Great customer service makes all the difference—thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

Full breakfast, good portion but paying close to £16 for any breakfast is gonna be a shame. Weigh up I'm in an airport and it makes more sense so can't be too annoyed at the price considering where you are. Service was great as used the till due to table service website not accepting my payment and staff were friendly. Coffee was great.

Excellent service and food. Kelsey was super helpful in getting me a gluten free option and it was very tasty. Would come again. 🙂

A busy airport and this place has one lovely lady serving on her own behind the bar. Poor lady must be stressed out. Looked absolutely exasperated. Queue was ridiculously long. One guy walked away he was that fed up with waiting. Avoid and go somewhere else, would give poor lady a break.

Good food! Hard to get service. All in QR codes except none works to order. The table lacked salt and ketchup But otherwise very decent staff

Too slow, we wanted 2 quick beers at the bar but had to order via phone only and they were too late to serve. You can cancel the order and get refund only if they are 15 minutes late. If you just want a quick drink at the airport before caching your flight, don't choose this place.

No bar service. Absolutely ridiculous. Rather than ordering at the empty bar I had to sit down and order via the app. Took 10mins for a badly poured overpriced Guinness to arrive.

Natalie was fantastic. If ever you need mustard ask for Natalie.

December 2023: It was a windy, rainy, blustery morning when Roz served me at the Bird & Signet bar. Her good humour, not to mention her efficient service brought a bright ray of sunshine into the terminal. Airport eating can sometimes test the senses, but my experience was delightful. November 2024: Here we are again, passing through Glasgow Airport and back at the lovely Bird & Signet. Today is bright and frosty, but the welcome from Natalie was warm and effervescent. Sadly we were a few minutes too late to choose from the breakfast menu. I had been looking forward to a repeat match with a square sausage roll. Well! ... you can imagine my astonishment, anguish and dare I say horror when Natalie, who doubtless was trying to mitigate my disappointment at missing breakfast, told me that square sausage was in any case no longer on the breakfast menu. "Whaaaat..... ?" I spluttered in disbelief, unable to find the right words to complete the question. So, dear Bird & Signet, here's the ultimatum: if next time I'm passing through GLA, I'll be looking for my square sausage brekkie. If it's not available, all my future flights will be through EDI!! And that'd be a sadness, because I'd miss Roz and Natalie.

The food was great! Would have taken a picture but I was too excited too eat it haha and service was flawless. I could've chatted with Kelsey all day, she was super nice! The music playing was calming and gave a relaxed environment. Overall it was great stop amongst all the traveling!

Food was great. Breakfast is always good at either Edinburgh or Glasgow airport. The latte Kelsey made was great.

Popped in with my family this morning. Nice level od busy. We got a seat and had a light breakfast. Yoghurt with berries was lovely. Thanks to Kelsey who was super sweet.

Bar is fine, but forcing everyone to go through a webpage to order a single pint and then wait ages for delivery even though the bar was very quiet rather than just allow ordering from the bar is ludicrously convoluted and slow for single travellers just after a quick drink. Thank you for your response but I tried ordering at the bar and was told that was no longer allowed.

Avoid at all costs. The food is disgusting. Staff are rude and unhappy and you are pushed toward app ordering so you pay up front. Lazy, terrible quality in a captive market environment. (The Grain Loft - Manchester Airport)

Stopped for breakfast before my morning flight. The staff were friendly and attentive. Ordering was easy and my breakfast of salmon and eggs was quite nice. I made a mistake when ordering my cappuccino which Kelsey, my server was very kind to put right without any fuss. The high top table I sat at had a charging port accessible for use while I dined. Very convenient. The only thing I didn’t like, and which is entirely a matter of personal opinion, was the volume of the music being played. I would have preferred it a bit quieter. With that said, the music selection itself was enjoyable. I’ll definitely stop in again on my next trip through Glasgow.

Second visit this term.. service was just as phenomenal as the first.. The food was really good and the service was second to none.. Natalie is an absolute credit to this bar.. nothing was too much of an effort even with myself being fussy lol.. she was very accommodating… so much on our next trip away in the October break we have told her we will most definitely be back.. was an absolute pleasure to be in here. Thanks again Natalie. This time it was a girl called Lisa that served us.. another excellent example of customer service.. these girls r what make the start of a holiday even better.. keep up the good work.. The food was very underwhelming. They put lime on the avocado toast with poached eggs and the eggs Benedict had a weird acidity to it. The fries weren’t bad but overall the food was disappointing.

Same as always amazing service I have been here a few times now Natalie and Lisa are amazing defo come back if flying from Glasgow so friendly banter food was quick to come out taste amazing great atmosphere recommend this place

Viajo regularmente a Londres y vengo aquí la mayoría de las visitas para matar el tiempo. La comida es increíble y también el ambiente. Kelsey era muy atractivo y en la pelota, siempre me doy cuenta de lo poco personal de frente de la casa hay aquí que me sorprende dado que es un aeropuerto ocupado, pero Kelsey revisó mis bebidas y me las hizo llegar. Ella explicó que estaban fuera de lo que ordené y me ofreció una alternativa que aprecio. Me pongo ansioso viajando solo pero venir aquí y tener ese pequeño compromiso lo hizo un poco mejor. ¡Gracias!

Nice and easy to order via the QR code. No app download needed. Usual airport prices. Didn't feel I should have been asked to give a tip on an order I placed myself. Hence the four stars.

I was travelling to Belfast with my partner, Son and my Grandaughter. On our way to our gate I met some friends of ours. I went into the bar with my family and friends. I went to the bar to order two pints of lager and two cokes. I ordered the drinks ,waited a minute or so and the young barman informed me he couldn't serve me alcohol. I asked why,and he told me he just couldn't serve me alcohol. To my total bewilderment and embarrassment, I returned to my seat and told my family what happened. I have a condition called pulmonary sarcoidosis, which is a disability. Most of the times my eyes are red and bloodshot, I'm constantly aware off my appearance because of this. My partner went back to the bar to explain this. The lady at the bar was very dismissive and abrupt with my partner. After my partner came back to our table and told me what happened. I decided to speak to the manager. I spoke to her,explained about my disability, my embarrassment, shame& humiliation regarding the situation. She apologised. She then told me that they had been told not to serve me,but wouldn't elaborate. The irony of the situation is that I wasn't buying a lager for myself. As I was travelling on from Belfast to another part of Ireland.

Food arrived promptly and the drinks were fine. Unfortunately the cheeseburger my son and I ordered were over cooked and very dry. The chips were greasy and inedible having been cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough.

Dined here before we went to Paris with family and friends. It was mobbed but we managed to find a table. A girl named Kelsey served us and despite being very very busy herself, she still had a big smile on her face and time for a little chat. Her customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for her. She deserves a wage rise. The chocolate waffles were incredible. My daughters loved them.
