The lovely Natalie was a technical wizard with the Priority Pass machine, doing everything to get it working! Greatly appreciated in such a busy bar. Fab service!

We were rushing to catch our gate and Lisa and Rhys went above and beyond to help us out. They managed to whip up a delicious breakfast and coffee in record time, without compromising on quality or friendliness. Their customer service was absolutely amazing — kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Huge thanks to both of them for turning a stressful moment into a great experience!

£20 for a large glass of wine and a pint of cider. Don't drink here unless you want to spend your holiday money in an airport. Crazy prices.

Nicely done out new bar. Jannick behind the bar seems to be a good laugh. So nice to get a bit of character in an airport bar. High prices but all airports are the same. £7 for a pint of Amstel. There are other beers, Amstel is my choice. Pretty good pint. Music is modern & chilled, much like the decor. Made our hour's wait a pleasant one. Just in case anyone is wondering, this is such a more pleasant experience than flying via Edinburgh. Edi gets lauded, but to my mind it's terrible. Absolute rip off and packed. But obviously doing well in terms of making the proprietors money. I'd go Glasgow anyday.

Paid £8 for a pint. Which is what you expect with a captured audience. But you would expect at that price to get a decent pint but unfortunately the Birra Morreti was pretty bad.

I ordered an eggs Benedict and it was cold and the egg was overcooked. I asked the kitchen if it was really like that, cold. The girl in the kitchen told me that it was like that. I've had much better. And for the price I paid, I expect more. I won't be coming back here.

Got food from Rhys and Natalie the food and the atmosphere was amazing and they made me feel welcomed the food wad well cooked from there chef Lee and the food is well priced and I recommend to people who ever come here and get food here whenever you come to the airport.

Charging £2.40 for a pint of diluted blackcurrant juice is truly impressive—99% tap water with a hint of cordial, yet priced like a premium cocktail. A masterclass in profit margins and daylight robbery!

Nat is the most attentive barmaid going. Proactively replaced our pints when she noticed they’re were below par. We were too scared to ask.

Was expecting my bank to call and check if I had be defrauded. 2 x rolls with frozen bacon and frozen grey looking sausages with a fried egg - £21. I appreciate it’s an airport but at those prices at least use fresh produce instead of frozen! Rolls were cold and also came out before the drinks arrived. If you’re wondering about other prices a roll with just a fried egg - £8. Let’s hope you get to take the chicken it came from home too! Avoid if you can.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic customer service from Natalie and Amy! They were both incredibly polite and attentive. We ordered the Big Breakfast Roll and the Cumberland Sausage Rolls, and they were absolutely delicious. Since we didn’t want bacon, Natalie kindly offered extra sausages instead, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was warm, friendly, and accommodating—exactly what you hope for. A great experience overall, and we’ll definitely be back!

Travelling to Birmingham for work. Stopped off for a wee bacon roll and coffee while waiting for the flight. The staff are very attentive, bright and cheery for 4:40am. If you're traveling then stop off for a relaxing drink and bite of food before you travel.

Natalie served me this morning, a very early flight and a stressful long wait through security. Her great service and hospitality made the morning far easier! Attentive to all the guests around me and the place looked great too.

Avoid food here, we ordered fish and chips and chicken. Both were very small portions. overcooked and browned to the point you could break your teeth. Got my money back and went to other place where we found much better food. Shame…

We flew to London 2 weeks ago on an early morning flight and stopped in at Bird & Signet for some breakfast. My step daughter is quite fussy and the only thing on the menu she would maybe have liked was the yogurt and granola bowl, she tried one bit and didn't like it. Natalie came over and gave us loads of options she could try, eventually settled on nutella on toast which wasn't on the menu and she went into the kitchen to make it herself! First class service and also Jack who took our order at the till was great aswell :)

Natalie was very helpful with my dietary restrictions. Thanks for filling me up before the flight. :)

Had a few drinks in Bird and Signet before our flight. We were served by a young lady called Vicki who was very helpful and polite. A young guy called Rhys was collecting the plates and glasses and was very bubbly and polite as he was collecting.

I had a bit of time before my flight so stopped off for a drink and a quick snack. Service was very quick. I got chips which were hot and the service was quick which was appreciated. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Had the chicken tikka, really nice but lacking some chicken. Service was good, fast turnaround.

It’s a wonderful place to stick around for a long wait at the airport. Great seating, screens to check on your flight, and a nice draft selection. I had the haggis cheeseburger without the burger sauce or onions, and it was OK - patty was a bit overcooked and the bread a bit burnt but overall it was fine. Janak’s attention at the bar was lovely, a highlight of the visit.
