Great spot for breakfast in central Dunfermline. Eggs Royale is out of this world! Good service and well catered for a young family too.

Staying the area and discovered this little gem. Sandwiches and soup are excellent - owners are really nice. Children alert free with adults - really good idea.

Yesterday, visited this little coffee shop, the friendliness, cleaness and quality of life and muffins just wow me. Many thanks to all your team, especially to Tatjana, who made me feel so welcome by checking back on my experience and took her time to talk with me, it is so unique for a such a small cofee place. The bottom line this little cafe made by day and put the massive smile on my face

Fresh food cafe / tajeaway side of deli’ is very poor. Asked about sausage sandwich and she went to fridge and out cane a tupperware box of cold grey pre cooked sausages. Urghhhh. Unbelievable. So I asked for a cheddar cheese sandwich and it looked like processed cheese slices. She put tiny bits of lettuce and tomato which had been wrapped in tiny bits of cling film. Urghh. I should have walked away. Go to Giddy gannet in St Monan and see how food is served.

Fantastic place with wonderful service. I went there on a cold November day and ordered the most delicious caramel apple crumble to take away and they threw in some custard in a separate container. Lovely staff and a lovely shop.

They food a few nights a wk. There’s enough on the menu for most. It’s a great locals wee locals pub but everybody is made feel welcome. Well done keep up the great work.

absolutely appalling, where do I even begin. my boyfriend ordered a sausage roll and it was disgusting it was very very fatty when he bit into it. the pastry was burnt cant believe I paid for this. I also ordered a doughnut and it was drier than the Sahara dessert ABSOLUTELY disgraceful. cant believe I put money into this business. the store inside was horrible and disgusting looking definitely would not recommend, the only positive for this experience was the price. the price is what gives it the one rating.

Absolutely love stephens. Rolls are very fresh and a reasonable price. fillings are always top standard. Cakes are always fresh and delicious. Not a fan of pastry, however steak bridies do win me over!!

I stayed at this hotel with 2 other friends on the 21st September. The food was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for us. We had a lovely seaview room which was fab as the sun was shinning all weekend.

Had to wait about 20 minutes (because they had a BIG order (and no wonder)) but it was worth it - the best fish and chips ever. Crisp batter, fresh fish, chips cooked to perfection.

Great bakery with scrumptious pies, traditional pasties, and fantastic morning&butter rolls! Definitely good value for money!

I am aware this cafe is now named “The Highlander” and it’s best to avoid unless you like waiting ages, I was on South Street and saw the balloon arch for the newly opened cafe, I wanted to give it a try having been to Cafe 109 on numerous occasions! I walked in to see 2 members of staff, one member of staff manning the coffee machines and one man (no name badges) on the main counter, not once did either of them look up to greet me or say hello. After what felt like an age the male looked up at me and said “hi” to which I replied back with a hi and then asked for what I wanted - I asked for a simple iced latte (£4!!!) and a bottle of water. He looked at me like I was talking in tongues, which had me questioning what on earth did I say? He then demands I “talk slower” which I must say I was talking perfectly normally, the girl on the coffee machines didn’t really step in to help either. Then, no word of a lie, he calls over another male member of staff (about 15/16?) and hands him a £2 coin and then sends him to Tesco across the road to get ice! I understand it’s their 1st day opening under a new name/team but that was absolutely unacceptable. So if you like to wait long periods of time, come here. I won’t be having a recommendation to friends.
