LA CAMARERA ESTABA OCUPADA EN SU TELÉFONO FRENTE AL BAR SIN PRESTAR ATENCIÓN AL RESTAURANTE NI A LOS CLIENTES. LAS ACEITUNAS DE TERNERA ERAN SOLO GRUESOS DE CARNE DE BAJA CALIDAD ENVUELTOS EN PAPEL DE FILETE FINO. LAS PAPAS FRITAS ESTABAN POCO COCIDAS Y LAS VEGETALES CLARAMENTE HABÍAN SIDO METIDAS EN MICROONDAS. UNA PINTA DE TENNENTS LAGER QUE ESTABA CALIENTE Y PARECÍA QUE LAS LÍNEAS NECESITABAN LIMPIEZA DEBIDO AL SABOR Y EL OLOR. PEDÍ VINAGRE QUE NO PARECÍA GUSTARLE A LA CAMARERA. COMÍ UNA ACEITUNA DE VACUNO Y UN POCO DE VEGETARIANOS Y UNAS PAPAS FRITAS. EL MENÚ DECÍA QUE ERA CON UN VINO TINTO GRAVY/JOUS. ERA MÁS. COMO GRÁNULOS DE GRAVY MUY SALADOS Y DEMASIADO FUERTES. ME DIO ACIDEZ ESTOMACAL POR PRIMERA VEZ EN AÑOS. DEJÓ 2 TERCIOS DE LA COMIDA. LUEGO TUVE QUE LLAMAR A LA CAMARERA LEJOS DE SU TELÉFONO PARA PEDIRLE LA CUENTA. DIJO QUE LO LLEVARAS AL BAR A PAGAR. YA QUE ESTABA CLARAMENTE OCUPADA EN SU TELÉFONO PARA VOLVER POR ELLA. NUNCA ME PREGUNTARON SI LA COMIDA ESTABA BIEN O SI NECESITABA ALGO. CUANDO TRAJO LA FACTURA DIJE QUE LA SALSA ESTABA DEMASIADO SALADA SIN VINO Y NI SIQUIERA RESPONDIÓ JUSĹT SE FUE CON EL PLATO. HUELGA DECIR QUE NO VOLVERÉ PRONTO. SE PEGARÁ AL FUERTE, AL BARCO O AL ANCLA A PARTIR DE AHORA. LA COMIDA ERA DE 14 LIBRAS. 75 LA PINTA DE DIEZ CENTAVOS ERA DE £ 4. 75 . LA MEJOR PARTE FUE LA MENTA QUE OBTUVE CON LA FACTURA. TOMÓ EL BORDE DE LA PINTA DUDOSA Y LOS GRÁNULOS SALADOS DE GRAVY. SERVICIO CERO COMIDA CERO PINTURA REPUGNANTE. No sé quién es el dueño de este pub hoy en día. DEBERÍAN DARLE AL LUGAR UNA AUDITORÍA INTERNA. NO VOLVERÉ A CERO SOBRE 10

I booked a roast dinner for my mum and her friends at Forgans. I put in a request to make it halal and they were super accomodating. They all loved their meals and had a great afternoon together! Thanks so much for making it a lovely experience for them!! Particular thanks to Robin who made it happen.

Pasamos unos días de Navidad preciosos almuerzo en el punto de referencia, el personal hizo nuestro día muy especial, nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos a su llegada, la comida era deliciosa, sin duda vamos a reservar para nuestro almuerzo de día de Navidad para 2025 ... Me gustaría agradecer a todo el personal que apreciamos todo lo que hizo para hacer el día especial

A busy city centre coffee destination during a period of Christmas activity. It was busy and many tables were not available because they had not been cleared. The staff were also busy with one server making drinks and serving leading to a longer than normal wait. The second server seemed consumed with the dishwasher, trying to feed the demand for cups. An extra pair of hands would solve this issue and someone clearing tables regularly would help in getting customers to move on and give up tables for others. A lot of people looked like they had been there a long time and not purchased much... I have used this venue before and also felt that table clearing was poor and that leads to a general feeling that the cleanliness is not what it should be. It is very good coffee and with an uplift in some welcoming greetings that would make up for an untidy coffee shop.

Girl was so so lovely who served me, no mr whippy and no vanilla ice cream so just got the cookie dough on its own, no strawberry ice cream for milkshake Only got a few bites of my cookie dough and the rest was burnt and rock solid // had to bin the rest
