Redberry in Dundee City

Girl was so so lovely who served me, no mr whippy and no vanilla ice cream so just got the cookie dough on its own, no strawberry ice cream for milkshake Only got a few bites of my cookie dough and the rest was burnt and rock solid // had to bin the rest

Trading on just eat , taking orders until you pay then refuse your order leaving you out of pocket waiting on a refund from just eat. Don't order online from here !

Had the best strawberry milkshake I've had in a while from here, delicious and great thickness. Friendly service, too. Will be back soon!

Always come to redberry for a sweet treat, but it wasn’t much of a treat today! The nutella crepe that i usually order is burnt and crispy at the bottom

If I could give 0 stars I would !! Service is shocking , twice now I have ordered from here and they have cancelled my order for no reason, no answer when trying to phone the shop, I ordered 2/3 hours before they shut aswell, wouldn’t waste your time ordering online here.

I loved it sooo much .. went there last 2 weeks, never knew the place exist until I saw some group of friends coming out with cones of ice cream, it looked really enticing. I walked in and got mine. It was really mind blowing . There were various options and I was really confused on the flavour to pick, but the lady was really helpful and patient with me. Went there again last week and bought more for my myself and my friends . They all loved it. Told my friends about the place. My friends go there now to get some as well.. The lady there is soo generous and nice.

Not the best experience. Ordered a cone and ice cream. Whilst eating it I ended up choking on part of an acrylic nail. Thank goodness it wasnt a young child. On taking it back the young girl realised it was one of her nails that had fallen off.

Waited like 15 min in the store to get served. The staff did not even look at me. What a shame!!!

I wish I could upload a photo. Ordered a banana split, with whipped cream, ice cream and two different sauces. Cost over £6. A single banana in a box with sauce poured directly onto the cardboard. No sign of any whipped cream and a tub of ice cream. £6. Absolute disgrace. Do not recommend.

Amazing selection of sweet treats, loads of different ice creams, milkshakes and waffles to choose from, ordered a load of stuff for a party, fairly priced and delivered quickly as well. Highly recommend for a sugar fix

Red berry used to be the best Now tho they are rude there delivery times well sometimes they come sometimes they don’t and the milkshakes are terrible like cups of milk DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE they are nothing like they used to be and they have the hard neck to put the prices up for horrible milkshakes such a shame I can only assume they have changed hands I wouldn’t even give them 1 star do yourself a favour don’t waste your money unless you want food poisoning from warm ice cream & milk yuk

Good food and tasty ice-cream. At busy times can be slow so definitely need more staff.

Love this place so much! Become a special place between me and my boyfriend and we come here frequently for nighttime treats. The staff are always kind and the ice cream is brilliant, always changing flavours up and it's so exciting to try them all! Reay good pricing too. We've also ordered waffles from here too and they are just brilliant, really delicious.

Absolutely great, workers were fab, food tasted great and just seemed so welcoming. The younger ginger girl who served me did everything so well, waffle was great. Seems like she has a tonne of potential to maybe even take over the place! Might need to rename it to RedHeadBerry!

ordered a milkshake from them on Uber eats at 10.15pm tonight, with an estimated delivery time of half an hour. I'm working early in the morning and fancied a treat before I went to bed. the restaurant closes at 11 but it said it would arrive by then so I wasn't too worried. but every ten minutes that passed the estimated arrival time got longer. at 11 I tried to call but it rang out. at half 11 I was ready to go to bed, tried to call again. estimated time of arrival was now midnight. finally, at 10 past midnight, Uber eats just cancelled my order and refunded me without redberry ever actually contacting me themselves. awful service, shame because the food is always lovely but it's not worth the wait at all.

No cones. No milk alternatives. Cash only. All in all pretty disappointing.

Omfg ordered a waffle 🧇 and ice-cream from here tonight 27/3/21. Was utterly delicious 😋 (stuffed now 🐷) lol 😆 I will be ordering again. A1 service

Just ordered 2 scoops of ice and got not even one scoop , workers were cheeky about it , absolute rip off! got a teaspoon for £3.

Took an hour and half to get 3 milkshakes and 2 bits of cake delivered . Ice cream missing too. Absolute shambles.

May I suggest you get your staff to tie their hair back when preparing food? (You - the manger - walked out of the premises whilst we were there). There was a female staff member with elbow length brunette hair making waffles, which was untied, falling over her face and onto the work surfaces. It's pretty unhygienic. She then proceeded to spray a bottle of purple cleaning spray onto a shelf immediately adjacent to an uncovered pot of waffle mixture. All of this is very basic food safety which your staff should know about.

We went there two time and had very pleasant experiences. The ice cream is very good and not even that expensive. I recommend to everyone to at least try it out. You won't be disappointed.

They use a lot of plastic cutlery and stuff. Tasty waffles.

We went to Redberry a few times. Last time we went we noticed the girl who was making the icecream was not wearing gloves. The bit which was even worse was she used her thumb to push the scoop of icecream into the cone! She did that for both of our orders. We have actually started going to Crollas on Perth road. Much nicer place and extremely clean.

Waffles are a great size and nicely priced. Milkshake was in point as well. Would definitely go for another!

The strawberry and banana chocolate waffles were magnificent and delivered promptly by a delightful young lady! I'd recommend to anyone 😋👌

Debido al clima caluroso que hemos estado teniendo últimamente, decidí que me apetecía algo para calmarme. Opté por un Tango Ice Blast Slushy y un waffle con Nutella y fresas. El gofre estaba cocinado a la perfección y estaba delicioso con mi elección de coberturas. El personal era amable y servicial, y la tienda en sí está limpia y ordenada. ¡Definitivamente estaré de vuelta!

Took them 30 mins to make a waffle and a crepe extremely unsatisfied as they claim "Fast Food" on their sign

Speedy delivery and gave us free ice cream as I forgot to add it to the order. Waffles are amazing and fresh fruit used. Ice blasts don't deliver well but overall very good service.

Amazing service was supposed to be an hour for delivery came in 30 minutes half the time stated. I phoned up because penut butter wasnt on the menu and asked them to add it and ill pay the difference and when it got to the door they didnt charge me. Excellent experience and i will be back time and time again. Cheers

Visitado recientemente, dijo que están "bajo nueva administración", pero parece haber sido así por un tiempo. Servicio terrible, lento, las chicas no parecían saber lo que estaban haciendo y mucho más interesadas en discutir dónde iban a salir esa noche. Waffles estaban crudos en el medio, sabía raro y se olvidaron de la crema. ¡Evitar!

Basically staff seemed to find customers an inconvenience. No one else there so hardly like we were taking up their time. Ice cream was OK but nothing special.

Recently visited here after googling a ice cream place while in town. After looking at the menu we decided to order wraps for adults and Ice cream for kids. The girl then told us they don't serve food they just haven't taken it off the menu. Disappointing. We then ordered crepes, the girl came back saying the mixture was off so would need to make more, this was fine we would wait. She then came and said she didn't know how to make mixture so we would need to wait for her boss to return from a break and she didn't know when that would be so we couldn't get any. The service and attitude was not good or helpful so we left to go elsewhere and wouldn't recommend redberry.

You don't need to think twice about an ice cream in winter,well i loved it . while travelling north coast of Scotland, we discovered this place and we all enjoyed different flavor. Thank you for complimentary flakes .

I pop in every now and then, especially in the warm weather. The ice creams are good and you get a nice helping and it's not expensive. Can't say much more really.

Lovely sunny day and the Temp was 17, the kids felt a little hot so we thought of having an ice cream. red berry was close by so we tried it. we had two shakes and two ice creams. the flavours were really nice and tasty and we all enjoyed. if it is sunny and you feel like having a cool treat, red berry is the right place to be.

My fiancé wanted to walk along the tay side and we stopped here for a little ice cream. it was very nice place, clean and well presented. we had about 10 varieties to choose from. what we chose was very tasty and value for money. we would highly recommend this place for afters :)
