Excellent coffee served by a young and friendly staff. A little bit quirky and different from the other dreary places in Newquay. Lifted my spirits after a look around this now rather shabby looking town. The beaches are stunning but the town itself needs a massive dose of TLC.

Excellent value for money, lovely friendly service from volunteers. Can recommend the cheese scone with butter and the beautiful locally sourced cakes. Dogs welcome with customers. Highly recommended.

1st visit and definitely won't be the last. Lovely atmosphere, cosy, earthy feel and friendly service. The food was great too.

Went in yesterday to be greeted so warmly and made to feel at home. I had a flat white coffee which was freshly made and really tasty. I also noted a beautiful smell which was essential oils and that got me asking more. I went out sniffing my arm then returned for another cup and to buy one or two oils. Unfortunately my husband came to pick me up from the car park and so I left without but took 2nd cup as a takeaway. I Don't suppose I will be passing any time soon . But if I did it would definitely be my coffee stop. I learned alot in a few minutes about these oils but I also felt so welcome and so relaxed during my visit. Thank you both such lovely people

Attended this cafe/restaurant with my family. Seated outside. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were very accommodating and helpful. We ordered: Milkshake - strawberry (son loved this) Pot of tea Queen Charlotte Breakfast King George Breakfast Child’s Breakfast Price £36 - with the state of the economy today, I thought was very good. There are three tiers of breakfast Queen (normal) to Henry (largest) All cooked to perfection. Not greasy and very tasty. Very hard to come across a true family run business these days and this definitely one. Not near the main footfall of holiday maker traffic, situated over the road from another icon premises Marlboro Chip Shop near the harbour. A must visit if you’re in Weymouth. Popular with local residents too. I’ve attached menus for peoples benefit.

Beautiful place and surroundings. Very bright, airy and spotlessly clean inside. Our Sunday roasts were excellent, followed by chocolate orange cheesecake…. 1st class. We will definitely be coming back!

Been twice in two days. Was so impressed the first time that I went back the next day with my husband for lunch despite the number of cafes and coffee shops in town. Great coffee and hot drinks menu. The bacon sandwiches are freshly cooked, served piping hot in local sourdough. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Couldn’t find fault with anything we ordered.

What a delightful place to go for breakfast , we wandered in mainly because everywhere else didn’t open until 10am , We were very warmly welcomed , unfortunately I didn’t get the ladies name who looked after us , but she was friendly. Quirky nothing was to much trouble and the full English was freshly cooked ( we were told that because the sausages were freshly cooked there would be a wait ) Delicious local ingredients, the bubble and squeak was amazing . Perfect ! Such friendly, helpful staff with a great menu . Made me feel very welcome . Good quality sausages , will definitely be going back again .

Seeded sourdough is absolutely gorgeous. Can't wait to try other varieties of breads. Good to know it's a family bakery.

Don’t think much of the veggie breakfast the sausages weren’t cooked enough for me. Everything else was nice esp the coffee!

Great atmosphere. Great service and amazing freshly made food! Authentic! Been many times and will continue to go because the shawrma is unbeatable.
