Great atmosphere. Staff friendly service good. Food tasty but pie crust on signature dish was a bit overcooked. Portion size little small. More veg please

Stayed overnight in the single room with en suite. Pub is charming and breakfast was excellent. Mattress was on the soft side. Room well equipped. It's a pub so understandably plenty of ambient noise from downstairs during opening hours and a little beyond so don't expect a silent hotel room. Overall a lovely place and a genuine bargain with breakfast included.

Enjoyed cappuccino in the garden with very light and tasty mango and almond pastry. Friendly staff. Beautiful setting.

White hart is a nice really nice pub, was great service and the food was quality, definitely would recommend to come here

Food was very disappointing, our steaks were tough with a lot of fat and not cooked to our requirements. We had to ask for steak knives. No tomatoes or mushrooms as described on the menu. Plates and glasses were left on the table when finished with and the young service staff however were very apologetic but no Manager in site to smooth things over. Bill came at full cost and no reduction for underwhelming food. This is a surprise however as we have been before and the food in the past has been great.
