The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Garstang Wyre North West

Busy cafe nestled next to the marina, large car park very close. We were there for breakfast but the chalkboard menus for the rest of the day looked good. Fresh coffee and the full breakfast was very tasty.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast this morning with friends. Prompt and friendly service. Definitely will be returning to sample the evening menu.

Christ...this place allows people to vape inside and the drinkers don't half take advantage. It was like being in 70s pub but with a fruity twist. I won't go here again.

Food was good, took a long time to arrive. Service was poor. We weren't told about unavailable meals, until we ordered them. We had to ask how to order etc. Our booked table was given to other guests.

This cafe is under new ownership (second week under the new regime) and it didn't disappoint. I visited with a friend at around 11.30am and it was quite busy both with customers eating in and those buying takeaway food too. My friend ordered the butter pie which was served with beetroot and grated cheese. It smelled delicious and was declared to be excellent by my companion. I opted for a blueberry scone and it was light and fluffy and "loaded" with blueberries. It was absolutely scrummy. A pot of tea and a huge cup of coffee completed our order and both were perfect. The takeaway counter was doing a roaring trade with salad boxes and other takeaway food. The menus for both eat in and takeaway were extensive and a wide range of goodies also listed on the specials board. In addition to all of this we received a friendly greeting and smile from the staff. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

It's changed hands. Disappointed to be honest. Food OK but very pricey for OK food. Thought it was odd it wasn't busy but found out it's changed hands. I've given 3 stars which I think is fair.

Very friendly welcome from the bar. Great choice of Cask Ales, Lager & Cider. Lively inside with families. Nice to sit outside the front.

Fabulous food nice atmosphere and very nice service . I had the ribs with salad and my husband had the steak and kidney pudding. Fabulous home cooked taste . Generous portions and reasonable prices . The halloumi fries were delicious too. It was warm enough to eat outside so that was an extra bonus . Great for a walk of the canal afterwards.

The cakes looked great but we had to leave because the cafe had out of control dogs in it. If we wanted to eat in a kennel we would have gone to the RSPCA.
