Really nice play - I would definitely recommend. A relaxed vibe and great customer service mixed with a cracking cocktail and food menu. we'll definitely be going back for more!

We stumbled upon this charming coffee and wine/tapas bar on our first day in London. It was very much reminiscent of those we have visited in Spain. The owner was super warm and welcoming. We loved our olives and charcuterie board, but the lemon custard dessert was completely off the chain! It’s a fabulous spot for a beverage and a light bite. Don’t miss it in Islington!

First time to this place, its a bit of a walk from Old Street. Decent pub across the road. It has a bar but seems you can't just pop in for a drink. Food was really lovely, high quality & service was really great. Recommended.

Estaba decepcionado con el take-away toasty de Camden Passage el 24 de septiembre de 2024. Estuvo cocinado demasiado tiempo. Acepto que a veces el chamuscado aumenta el sabor y es bienvenido. Pero los tostados ennegrecidos tienen un sabor quemado, por lo que se pierde el sabor y la textura del queso. Es una tienda muy agradable y quiero apoyarlos, quizás fue un nuevo miembro del personal aprendiendo las cuerdas. Merecen otra oportunidad.

Looking for an easy place to have breakfast, we stumbled on this cafe. Couldn’t see the inside as there was condensation on the windows. Opening the door revealed the hidden gem; a proper English breakfast place. The welcome was warm, the menu full of classics and tasted great!

Great matcha. The oolong and ginger tea was amazing. Strawberry shortcake was out of this world. Worth going just for that. Mango shortcake was amazing.

Este café no hace nada de lujo, excepto ensalada agradable, dije algo en el momento del pago, pero sentí que tenía que dejar un comentario, ya que esta nueva subida de precios es extorsiva y no volveré a frecuentar a estos precios. This is our go-to destination for their wonderful and consistent coffee courtesy of their excellent barista team. Very friendly and knowledgeable baristas who know their coffee well – flat white is always perfectly texturised and velvety with luxurious microfoam and subtle creamy taste. Despite their skills, the team are really down to earth and welcoming without the attitude that typifies so many London artisan coffee joints. Anika the owner is always charming and hospitable – its obvious she genuinely cares about her customers and the place has a real community vibe.And if that wasn’t enough, they have just appointed a new chef, who has already created some culinary masterpieces. Not often I get excited about porridge but I am now addicted to his porridge with mince pie chutney concoction. And their cheese toastie with nduja is out of this world – literally oozes flavour - words won’t do it justice – you just have to try it for yourself!

Awful cafe: overpriced and poorly sourced coffee, rude staff, and an inordinate, unclear list of “rules” which make the experience deeply unpleasant

Cuando entré al café, el hombre detrás del mostrador inmediatamente me gritó que saliera, me pusiera la máscara y luego volviera a entrar (totalmente justo, aunque nadie más tenía puesto una máscara, pero aún así no era necesario. en realidad me gritas) Luego, mi compañero entró (con la máscara puesta) para preguntar si podíamos sentarnos en la mesa de afuera y el hombre dijo que sí, así que lo hicimos. Luego salió y nos gritó por sentarnos a la mesa porque no la había limpiado. Fue realmente incómodo ya que no nos hubiéramos sentado a menos que él nos hubiera dicho que estaba bien hacerlo. La comida era normal, no volveré a este lugar ya que el personal grosero nos hizo sentir muy incómodos durante todo nuestro brunch, lo cual es una pena, ya que es un lugar tan lindo.

Came for drinks with friends (would also be cute for a date). It’s in the sun on the canal in a picturesque location. We only had snacks from behind the counter but the food looked great too. The drinks in the sun were accompanied by great service.
