Merecen otra oportunidad.

Visited here today 22 May and ate the best cheese toastie I have ever had! Served on a large wooden platter it was so full of filling you needed a knife and fork! Served with choice of chutney or pickle it was a really substantial sandwich. Excellent coffee as well all served with a smile. The gorgeous smell drew us and did not disappoint, highly recommend

Saw the good reviews on Trip Advisor and thought we'd pop in for a toastie - we were not disappointed. Not sure if there was anything else on the menu but it doesn't need anything else.

I dropped in at Islington and tasted some of their cheddar. Brought home an excellent lump of the stuff it Ireland. Great service and a lovely little shop.

Waited a short while for one of the two outside tables and it was worth it. Best cheese toasties we have ever had. Bought a jar of the tangy relish as well. Cheese selection looked impressive. Coffee good too, dog friendly.

Today I had the best cheese toastie I’ve ever eaten. Lovely little store, lovely owner and sensational toastie (with Hawkshead relish chilli jam which was an added treat to discover was in store!)

Amazing amazing amazing! My favourite brekkie spot in the beautiful Newington Green. Unassuming little spot, but serving up DELICIOUS food great coffee and a lovely outdoor seating area. The smoothies are packed with delicious fruits & veggies too. The bacon & egg brioche baps are unbeatable, soft, smoky & the produce is brilliant quality. I am also desperate to try the fish finger sandwich and eveything else really. Sometimes there’s a little queue but that’s only testimony to the quality of what they offer. Hugely recommend!

We tried to visit The Skinny Kitchen in Angel as a group of 10 women after a small afternoon event. Upon approaching, the security guard invited us to head up the external stairs. As we reached the main entrance, a man abruptly opened the door and aggressively asked, “What do you want?” This harsh greeting left us stunned and unsure how to respond. When we hesitantly replied that we were there for food, he sharply informed us, “There’s a private party,” and added in an unnecessarily critical tone, “You didn’t even book first.” Feeling confused and unwelcome, we turned away. As we left, the security guard remarked, “Try being skinny another day,” which was both inappropriate and offensive. Overall, the rude and unprofessional treatment we received was extremely disappointing, and none of us will be returning.

Very friendly cafe, almost next to King's Cross Station. Went to stoke up before a long train journey and had a large full English, with much better quality bacon and sausage than usual in these kind of cafes, great coffee and excellent freshly squeezed orange juice. Total cost £11.45 - excellent!
