Came here with family, really friendly staff, particularly Sandhya. Food came quickly, served us at the table and was a nice spot 😃

I love the coffee and have long come here when in the area - but it’s getting so so slow to order take out coffees here recently…room for improvement!

We come to the King's Arms all the time, it is like a second home! Garry and the staff are so welcoming and friendly, it feels like they are family. The food is exceptional, there is such a great variation of options on the menu. We recommend trying their delicious pizzas and also their Sunday Roast is always good! We have tried all the other pubs in the area and just keep coming back here, because it is the best one hands down. Jack & Marina

I chose Jack & Beyond because I needed somewhere not too far away to take a 77 year old lady for her birthday treat and their cake reviews looked good. She had requested cake & scones and I emailed J&B to check whether which of their set two teas would be better to deliver both of these. They said the one with the scones and were very accommodating when I asked if the macarons could be substituted with something else, as my friend would not know what they were. The two tables next to us both received a beautiful colourful array of cakes - we however were given a beige and red dull selection which included 4 small scones each (why?? who can or would want to eat 4 scones??) and two small 'brownie-esque' fingers (one red and one beige, both tasting the same) each. I asked if the cakes were still to come and was told that was it. I showed the staff member the email exchange where I had very clearly asked for cake (it's a cake shop!!) and was told they couldn't do anything about it but we could buy some cake if we wanted some. At over £5 per slice...on top of the £46 for the miserable scone selection and hot drinks. Our first drink (one cup of tea and one hot chocolate) took 28 minutes to arrive at 3.28pm - so we'd eaten some of the dry scones, with the very small mini dish of cream already. They did apologise at the delay but it also spoiled the event as we chatted aimlessly trying to ignore that we were...being ignored. SO disappointing as I had specifically contacted them to ask for a cake & scones combo, and we got a ludicrous quantity of poor scones only, while the next door cakes looked very good. Apparently there is a photo on the website that shows the set tea, but having had what I thought was a really helpful email exchange with them, I thought I had agreed a cake and scone combo. Nowhere did they say 'you won't get any cake, despite us being a cake shop!' One special birthday treat, totally down the pan.

We had a couple of smoothies, there was an incessant beeping going off from the fire alarm the staff ignored. The waitress brought over the drinks and one of them was the wrong drink. At the end they added service to the payment in spite of all this and without telling us. I won't be going again.

AMAZING! I booked 'The Kitchen' for my best friends bottomless brunch for 20 people. Right from the initial reservation, I worked with Valentina through the whole process, and that was 4 months of me sending questions and making changes. Right from the start, through to the day before, Valentina was always available for a call or would respond to my emails really quickly which was so helpful when trying to coordinate 20 hens with different dietary preferences and needs. Valentina was amazing, so attentive and always willing to help to make sure we got the vision right. I cannot thank her enough for making this the best hen for my friend. At the venue, the whole team were so supportive and nothing felt like too much. It was the perfect venue. The food was lovely and in abundance and the room was perfect for our party of 20. Thanks to Valentina and the team for such an amazing day.

Very nice cafe with great coffee. My experience is that they’re deliberately trying to put people off from staying for long- there are no plugs to work from there (which I suspect people would only try to do during the week) and the music is extremely loud. I would recommend if you’re just picking up a quick coffee, but seems a bit noisy if you want to have a chat with friends, even if their food is delicious.

Took a taxi here at 12 to be told we missed last entry was 15mins ago. Doorman was very rude. Several people left while the doorman said the venue was at capacity

Absolutely is great, do not be daunted by the slightly worthy impression it likes to give, Rude Health has all the standard west London cafe fare but is just a bit better, and made with love. The people who work here respect the food and care about what they are doing and as a result the food tastes great, Delicious and not expensive, definitely worth a try.

Ordered a tuna melt and look how much tuna they put in! So disappointing as it’s definitely not cheap, normally place okay but amount of tuna unacceptable

Big fan of this place. Very good to go pre Fulham games if youre a home team ticket holder. Lots of TVs to watch games too. Service can not always be the quickest on match days, but you get there eventually.

Service with a smile. Getting my coffee regularly from here and this store never disappoints. Very welcoming and friendly staff!
