The Little Blue Door in Hammersmith and Fulham

Ill-trained staff misinformed us and then didn’t take accountability for their mistake. Unsympathetic with no customer service training. Waited ages for our food with no apologies even after following up twice. Had a cocktail I always get at the other door locations and it was gross here. Inside looks cool and you might have a better experience dancing on a weekend. But don’t go for dinner and drinks.

What a vibe! We went on the pop up night with F-ing Good Pizza. Damian was a really great hostess! Pizza was so delicious. We had the back room with pool and Nintendo and it was a hit!

The decor was nice and Sophie was a great host!

Sophie was the best brunch host! So attentive, kind and funny. Lovely food and nice drinks.

Nice place if you like a house party sort of vibe. The only downside was that it's way too crowded, and most of our time was spent waiting at the bar for drinks (not the bartenders fault). It's worth a visit for more of a chill vibe.

Without a beautiful venue, with a living room feel to it but for a Friday night, lacked atmosphere and vibe. However I do take issue with the surcharge on individual drinks when ordering at the bar. I wasn’t charged by one staff whilst charged by others, you are not made aware that a surcharge is being added on ordering. Yes, it is noted at the bottom of the page on the drinks menu, but none of the group had noticed it. Happy to accept a surcharge on a table order, but certainly not when ordering at the bar and in this current economic climate especially, not cool and not acceptable. One star on food as I didn’t have food so unable to comment.

Sophie and Romain made us feel like we where there pals popping by. Great drinks and excellent service. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks guys xx

Great venue, great staff, great food!!!!! We had such a good time with the best gluten free pizza you can find in London and the amazing service of Damian. 100% would recommend!!! 2-4-1 on cocktails is a plus!!

Had an amazing experience thanks to Kevin, the bartender! He was super friendly, attentive, and made the best cocktails. Not only did he remember my drink order from the previous visit, but he also gave great recommendations based on my taste. The atmosphere was great, and Kevin really made the night even better with his excellent service. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for top-notch drinks and a fantastic bartender!

Stefan (I think) at the blue door is a big issue. Would have got in but didn’t because he was highly discriminatory and very rude. Didn’t go in because of how I saw him speak to someone

Issues with the beer pong? Sorted. Someone has spilled their drink? Sorted. Whatever the request they were on it. This was our cast change party and they certainly helped to make it memorable. Thank you to everyone at The Little Blue Door, that was exactly what you'd want from an event venue on a Sunday. You're amazing.

Entered and they were lovely and inviting. Showed us to a table. Waited for 10ins at a bar to get served. No staff, nothing. Found a bar in a second room but got instantly kicked out due to a private event. Then felt unwelcome in the second bar with no staff, not getting served and staff suddenly very unfriendly. Disappointing because I’ve wanted to come here for a long time.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Sophie & the team at Little Blue Door for helping me plan a surprise engagement party in the living room. I’ve worked with the amazing team at LBD before and I just thought why not leave another review. They allowed me to come early to set up, helped hang up some of the deco & also were amazing at serving cocktails and food while having a super club on too. Everyone who came said how relaxed the venue is and that’s what I wanted a home away from home to celebrate and the living room was fantastic. It was cosy and a lovely place to celebrate two fabulous people. Thank you so much for your hospitality and hope to be back soon !

Understand we were out of the dress code (went on a whim) but the bouncer did NOT have to single us out in front of the entire line and say “why do you think you’re getting let in?? You’re in jogger pants”. That was SO MEAN LOL and embarrassing. He could’ve just said it to us, but instead singled us out in front of 50 people. So rude. I usually like this place but probably won’t return because of the sheer embarrassment.🤣🤣🤣😭 please tell your bouncers to not embarrass your patrons?? Sucky feeling

The people can be rude but the staff are lovely especially Ann ! She was so attentive and so amazing ! As another woman of colour, she made me and my friends feel so comfortable and unjudged unlike some of the other partygoers there. I saw her having to deal with so many unreasonable and entitled requests at the cloakroom ! Honestly, she’s such a gem and deserves the biggest hug ! It might’ve been just a bad night out but the staff is the main reason why I would give this place 5 stars.

Had my birthday party here and Ann was the absolute best!! So nice and accommodating to our needs and constantly making sure I was ok (was this close to blacking out and she held my hand to the toilet <33) food was also really delicious, couldn’t have asked for anything better 🫶🫶

Cute venue but not for a Friday/saturday. Got charged £19 for a double Gin & Soda, I said to the guy that’s crazy expensive he showed me the till and I paid it. Checked the menu today and their was meant to be £12 so defo over charged me. Really cramped place can barely get to the toilets or front door. Lovely bartenders, other staff not so much. The cocktails themselves are mostly juice so I recommend a spirit an mixer (not a £20 one)

I had the pleasure of spending an evening at this amazing establishment with the most incredible team! We had a party of 34 and a whole area for ourselves for our festive lunch. From the moment of booking, Valentina and the flatmates were really lovely and helped us through all the steps. On the day, Bernadette, Sophie and the guys at the bar were the most fun, wonderful and joyful people to be surrounded with for a day of fun! (My most sincere thank you to all of you! Hope you had a good time with us too!) The ambiance is one of (if not THE) best I’ve been to for a big gathering. I will definitely be back and recommend to everyone! Thank you all for a wonderful end of 2024 party 🎄🥳

We had our work Christmas party in 'The Kitchen' at The Little Blue Door and had a brilliant time! Valentina had been our contact before the event, and was so helpful in replying to all my queries and individual preferences very promptly - and importantly everything was perfectly in place on the night! The Kitchen was a great space, having the private hire meant precious party time was not wasted in long bar queues, and the food came staggered as requested meaning it was always hot (and delicious!) to eat. I had been a bit worried about the minimum spend, but the combination of the fab atmosphere and drinks meant those worries were totally unfounded as the team celebrated all evening long!

The staff were absolutely incredible! We were celebrating a birthday and they were so lovely and attentive!!!!

Honestly incredible service. The staff sat us in a private room for a brunch and was so accommodating and checked on us pretty much every 15mins. Even offered us shots on the house. Lovely experience overall!

Incredible atmosphere, almost felt like I was at a friend's house. I particularly liked the decorations and the overall interior design. A special mention to the games room with a pool table together with Nintendo 64 and Mario Kart ready to play! Wide selection of cocktails.
