Wine was great but service was exceptional. One server (Sophie maybe?) in particular went out of her way to be extremely kind, helpful and informative. Sophie (hoping I got the name right), thank you so much!

I LOVED THIS PLACE! It’s sooo cozy and welcoming. The staff is great and the wines are incredible as well as the food. We took a share plate of different cheeses, honey, tomato sauce, grapes, apples and crackers. I will definitely go back and I strongly recommended.

Amazing service, Ben was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. Would come back just to get their recommendations. Especially after a hard week and also today being a big day celebration time. The wine was excellent and really liked the interactive system.

Went there over the weekend and the food and service were amazing . Beth gave us really good wine recommendations as I am usually very picky but she knew exactly what to recommend. Definitely would go again

A self service wine bar, but the best charcuterie board I had in a long time! I highly recommend the place for a date or evening with a long lost friend. More than 35 bottles of wine you can test or order a glass. The place could even be perfect for wine testing before a wedding! A little germ I did not know was so close to me.

The card was charged, the food never arrived. No one can help, service team acting like kids.

The experience at this restaurant is really disappointing, we made an order through qr code (this is how this restaurant operates) paid money through the system of the restaurant, the order was paid. We have the receipt which confirms the order, the card was charged (reflected in the bank statement), however we were told that there is nothing in the system and they don’t see our order. We show them THEIR RECEIPT, the bank statement with the transaction, still the waitress says “I don’t know what to do”. No refund, no food, no money, no service. We just had to leave. Shocking

We really enjoyed our afternoon/ early evening drinks here. So much variety of wines and reasonable prices for the different sizes of glasses available. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and the staff were knowledgeable about their recommendations.

Sofie. Top girl. Gave me free drinks all night. Joking. Have been coming here since it opened. Love it on every level. Keep it up. Sofia friendly and attentive.

Everything about this place was amazing!! It’s beautiful, had so many wine options, and the best part was Andreea. She literally MADE the experience. She was so kind and helpful walking my friend and I through how this concept works at Vagabond. And because of her, I’ve now discovered two new wines I absolutely love. Thank you Andreea for an unforgettable last day in London experience.

What a nice place. I went in to buy a bottle of wine. Niko had me try three different ones and I selected one. To Go. I asked if he could uncork it because I wasn’t sure we had an opener where we were staying, and he gave me one and asked me to return the next day. And the wine was fantastic. And because it was take away, the price was less than 50% of the advertised price!

We had a great wine there after work, the sommelier there Rudi was super kind and helpful with suggesting wines ❤️

Walked in, place was empty and there were no staff around. Once we did find someone they showed us the wines etc but to order food, water or something we have to go up to him each time despite us still being the only ones in there. We ordered meatball paninis, the bread was nice but needed my magnifying glass to find the meatballs which had been cut up and spread as thinly as possible to what could constitute a sandwich. Prices for the wines are also rip off. Yes I know it’s London and I used to live there but this was next level

Lovely self service wine bar, lots of seating choices inside and out. Nice spot a short walk from a bus stop. Intended on having food and drinks as said online it was open late but when we got there their kitchen wasn’t open and said they were closing soon (although it was a Sunday evening). Stayed for a glass anyway which was delightful. Would definitely return!

Amazing experience! They have around 70 wines in enomatic machines - more than enough for 3 visits. It’s very easy to use and you can either tap and pour (i.e. pay with a contactless method and pour) or you can purchase a card with a prepaid amount which makes it easier if you host a party. The selection of wines is very wide and can match various tasting profiles. The food took a while to arrive. To be honest I was not as impressed with the food - various croquettes/arancinis and meatballs were mediocre, the beef brisket was dry and the hummus texture was rough and it was neither very delicate nor spicy. Maybe better options are to order cheese and meat plates but I haven’t tried that. Overall I will certainly be back because of the wines but food-wise I am not having any expectations next time

visited recently and the service was appalling, ordered a sharing board and had to wait over 40 minutes for it. There was not too many people in and the reason they kept giving was there was no chef on that evening......chef to make up a cold platter sharing board.......really. didn't offer any form of discount or complimentary drink. very expensive and not memorable.....look for somewhere else is my advice.

Horrendous staff! Walked in yesterday intending to buy several bottles of wine for a dinner. A tall English very rude lady shouted at us within one second ‘you can’t put your bag here!!’ - what about hello and welcome to start? Bad service and negative energy = 0 business!!! Won’t go back despite being local and avid wine drinkers!!!!

Marcelio was an amazing sommelier who walked us through different wine and cheese pairings. Definitely recommend the wine and cheese class. The small plates of food were fine but slightly over seasoned/cooked.

Vagabond is a great place to relax and try some wine. I like that the music isn't too loud, so you can have a good conversation without shouting. The wines are great, and you can now pay with a tap of a debit card instead of their app. The food was good, and I love the cosy atmosphere. I think it would also be a good place to bring a date!

We had a lovely time at vagabond. As always the wine was delicious and the service was excellent when we ordered food and were served by the welcoming Daryl. There are lots of options for all budgets and a great place to pop by after work for some wine and nibbles.

Very fun idea, the wine is fairly average but it is fun to be able to go around and poor your own wine and try lots of different ones

Great selection of wines, easy payment method. They used to have Vagabond cards but now they offer direct contactless payments. Food is also available. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a date. The only thing I'd say is that most of the wines are on the expensive side per glass.

Beth at vagabond is the best waitress you could ask for. Extremely helpful and couldn’t ask for more! Would definitely recommend vagabonds on this alone.

We popped here for a few work drinks and it was ideal. You can self pay and self select as you wish or we opted for a few bottle of prosecco and wine. We shared some food between us and it was a very relaxed and easy environment. Staff were great and very accommodating. Very close to the tube so easy for all to get home.

I am a local and come here many times, amazing staff who are friendly and helpful. Also, food is gorgeous and goes down nice with the wine. X

The concept is great: wine on tap with an amazing selection. It is accessible for any budget. Good service as well with staff members able to give very good recommendations.

I have never been anywhere like this! What a brilliant idea. The website tells you that you have to top up a card but that is no longer the case, you simply use a debit card, which is so easy. A wine lovers heaven: numerous wines on self service dispensers. A terrific range of wines and you can sample as many, or as few without having to buy a glassful. 85ml at pro rata pricing until you find a wine you want a glass of. What more could you want? Well, maybe food. What better that sharing platters and flatbread pizzas. I will be back.

Visited on Monday evening - staff were great in general: very kind and helpful in explaining everything as it was our first time visiting. Although we overstayed our welcome a bit, they were very understanding and gave us 10-15 mins extra to finish our drinks (rather than rushing us as most london places would do). Hospitality as it should be done!

Beautiful cozy wine bar, with a unique collection of wines ❣️ I've tried different reds and whites wines and all of them were beyond expectations. Also, their platters are delicious!! Last but not least, I was really impressed by the service. The staff were lovely, helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend the place and certainly be coming back!!

The ‘manager’ is as useful as a wet flannel.. Asked her for multiple recommendations on different wines (colour, vineyards, countries etc) and she described all 4 as ‘oaky’ LOL. Also possibly the most miserable and unwelcoming member of staff I’ve ever come across. Thanks Jen for the worst experience on our anniversary. She went on to then slag off members of staff that had recently handed their notice in. Overall, an unpleasant experience. My wife and I shall not be returning. New management needed!

Really enjoyed this place and the concept, the first Vagabond location I’ve tried. Great selection of wines from mid-range to high end stuff and prices pretty reasonable too

App didn’t take the location into account even after specifying when doing preferences, table arrangements awful, we were sat in a position that caused everyone to bump into us. Waitron unmasked, virtually spat in our faces when we arrived when explaining how it worked, continual use of app caused the bank to block the card on suspicion of fraud, food order was given to someone else and then they ran out of what we had ordered, terribly over priced wine, portions are wholly inconsistent. Nice concept, terribly executed. Other Staff were friendly and knowledgeable though but the tech and cx has issues, could’ve been so much better, won’t be back in a hurry

Quality of wines is not what it used to be and prices have skyrocketed. It’s not such a great place anymore. Too bad.

We came here after a positive recommendation and really enjoyed it. Plenty of choice for good wines but also the small dishes to eat were excellent. It’s our plan to revisit this Vagabond or another Vagabond again

Visited with some friends and we had the wine tasting package. Found it such good value for money with the wines/meats/cheeses. Our server was so lovely too! Cant wait to come back when we can get up and pour our own glasses of wine!!

We went in looking for some new wine to try this past Saturday and the lady who helped us was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. The wines she recommended were amazing and the tip to chill the red was very helpful.

Very rude lady who I met at the door was harsh speaking to me only because i did not have a reservation. Plus she just told me to go seat on the tables outside without even providing heating when it was 2 degrees outside. It is a shame cause the place seems lovely but you have to educate your employers.

Thanks so much for your great service and definitely recommend more and more people. Their knowledge of wine helped us choose the right ones . Thank you so much, me and husband adore this place and we will most certainly be back soon ! 🙌🏿
