Great place! Awesome choice of wine! Wish they had champagne on the tap too!

visited recently and the service was appalling, ordered a sharing board and had to wait over 40 minutes for it. There was not too many people in and the reason they kept giving was there was no chef on that evening......chef to make up a cold platter sharing board.......really. didn't offer any form of discount or complimentary drink. very expensive and not memorable.....look for somewhere else is my advice.

Horrendous staff! Walked in yesterday intending to buy several bottles of wine for a dinner. A tall English very rude lady shouted at us within one second ‘you can’t put your bag here!!’ - what about hello and welcome to start? Bad service and negative energy = 0 business!!! Won’t go back despite being local and avid wine drinkers!!!!

Did the wine and cheese tasting and it was so lovely, highly recommend any experience with Marcelio.

Marcelio was an amazing sommelier who walked us through different wine and cheese pairings. Definitely recommend the wine and cheese class. The small plates of food were fine but slightly over seasoned/cooked.

Vagabond is a great place to relax and try some wine. I like that the music isn't too loud, so you can have a good conversation without shouting. The wines are great, and you can now pay with a tap of a debit card instead of their app. The food was good, and I love the cosy atmosphere. I think it would also be a good place to bring a date!

We had a lovely time at vagabond. As always the wine was delicious and the service was excellent when we ordered food and were served by the welcoming Daryl. There are lots of options for all budgets and a great place to pop by after work for some wine and nibbles.

Great selection of wines, easy payment method. They used to have Vagabond cards but now they offer direct contactless payments. Food is also available. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a date. The only thing I'd say is that most of the wines are on the expensive side per glass.

We popped here for a few work drinks and it was ideal. You can self pay and self select as you wish or we opted for a few bottle of prosecco and wine. We shared some food between us and it was a very relaxed and easy environment. Staff were great and very accommodating. Very close to the tube so easy for all to get home.

The concept is great: wine on tap with an amazing selection. It is accessible for any budget. Good service as well with staff members able to give very good recommendations.

I have never been anywhere like this! What a brilliant idea. The website tells you that you have to top up a card but that is no longer the case, you simply use a debit card, which is so easy. A wine lovers heaven: numerous wines on self service dispensers. A terrific range of wines and you can sample as many, or as few without having to buy a glassful. 85ml at pro rata pricing until you find a wine you want a glass of. What more could you want? Well, maybe food. What better that sharing platters and flatbread pizzas. I will be back.

Visited on Monday evening - staff were great in general: very kind and helpful in explaining everything as it was our first time visiting. Although we overstayed our welcome a bit, they were very understanding and gave us 10-15 mins extra to finish our drinks (rather than rushing us as most london places would do). Hospitality as it should be done!

Beautiful cozy wine bar, with a unique collection of wines ❣️ I've tried different reds and whites wines and all of them were beyond expectations. Also, their platters are delicious!! Last but not least, I was really impressed by the service. The staff were lovely, helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend the place and certainly be coming back!!

The ‘manager’ is as useful as a wet flannel.. Asked her for multiple recommendations on different wines (colour, vineyards, countries etc) and she described all 4 as ‘oaky’ LOL. Also possibly the most miserable and unwelcoming member of staff I’ve ever come across. Thanks Jen for the worst experience on our anniversary. She went on to then slag off members of staff that had recently handed their notice in. Overall, an unpleasant experience. My wife and I shall not be returning. New management needed!

Really enjoyed this place and the concept, the first Vagabond location I’ve tried. Great selection of wines from mid-range to high end stuff and prices pretty reasonable too

App didn’t take the location into account even after specifying when doing preferences, table arrangements awful, we were sat in a position that caused everyone to bump into us. Waitron unmasked, virtually spat in our faces when we arrived when explaining how it worked, continual use of app caused the bank to block the card on suspicion of fraud, food order was given to someone else and then they ran out of what we had ordered, terribly over priced wine, portions are wholly inconsistent. Nice concept, terribly executed. Other Staff were friendly and knowledgeable though but the tech and cx has issues, could’ve been so much better, won’t be back in a hurry

Quality of wines is not what it used to be and prices have skyrocketed. It’s not such a great place anymore. Too bad.

We came here after a positive recommendation and really enjoyed it. Plenty of choice for good wines but also the small dishes to eat were excellent. It’s our plan to revisit this Vagabond or another Vagabond again

Visited with some friends and we had the wine tasting package. Found it such good value for money with the wines/meats/cheeses. Our server was so lovely too! Cant wait to come back when we can get up and pour our own glasses of wine!!

We went in looking for some new wine to try this past Saturday and the lady who helped us was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. The wines she recommended were amazing and the tip to chill the red was very helpful.

Very rude lady who I met at the door was harsh speaking to me only because i did not have a reservation. Plus she just told me to go seat on the tables outside without even providing heating when it was 2 degrees outside. It is a shame cause the place seems lovely but you have to educate your employers.

Great way to try different wines without breaking the bank. Nice ambiance and friendly staff. They even have a couple beers on tap for anybody in your party who would prefer that. Recommended.

Sadly I never received a refund due. The manager was meant to call me back to confirm, however, I've never heard back from them. What was supposed to be a pleasant experience turned out to be a waste of time spent on the phone chasing my money. Definitely not going back.

Cool concept for a wine bar: when you arrive, you get a card and top up with how much you would like to spend, then use that card to purchase wine from a dispenser. There were many different wines to choose from, ranging from relatively inexpensive wines to some wines with high end price tags. For the novice wine drinker, it’s a great way to find a wine varietal they like; for the expert, it’s a great way to have a glass of wine you aren’t yet familiar with. At the end of your experience, turn in your card and they refund you the leftover balance.

We love this place. The idea of being able to try so many different wines without having to purchase a full glass is a plus for us. Furthermore, they always have new wines that change on a weekly basis. Like other Vagabond bars, you basically put money on a card they give you upon entrance and you can select the wines that they offer from a large variety of bottles. We have also tried their food, which is mostly small plates to share, and it is great. We are regulars at this location and the staff is kind and helpful. Totally recommend it.

Wines are very expensive to buy this way. Don’t really get the £5 deposit in cards and can’t understand why credit cards don’t work. Not for us.

Wow what an amazing concept. A friend had been with work and we decided to try it. Really good way of trying new wines. We had the place to ourselves to start with. Staff very attentive and helpful even had a couple of promotional free tasters too. A good way to wile away a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon with friends. Thank you

Good place to try lots of different wines and quite reasonable prices in a very casual atmosphere! Tasting notes are very helpful but the place seems to be a little understaffed (obviously not an issue with the self service wine), but can be slow when ordering food or topping up your payment card.

We have stayed in Fulham three times in the past five years and each time we have dropped in to Vagabond Fulham twice during each stay. We love the concept and execution and the range of wines they have on offer. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and while the food is not the primary focus the platters and small dishes we have had have always been excellent. If we are ever back in Fulham we will definitely visit again.

We visited Vagabonds for drink on a Saturday night before a meal at Ardiciocca (really good) round the corner. The place gets busy so do book a table like we did. It was great fun, with a large selection of wines in cabinets to sample. You top up a pre-paid card at the counter and then you go around tasting the various wines, for around £1.40 - £3.00 a sample, depending on the cost of the bottle. When you find one you like you can then buy a glass full using the other button above it. At the end, you can have any balance on the card refunded to you. We popped back after dinner to buy a bottle of the Hungarian Furmint to take home (usually c50% off when not drinking a bottle there).

I really love this place. The concept obviously is innovative and it is just such a great place to spend an evening with your date or friends

An absolute gem in the heart of Fulham. I love the way this place is organized - you prepay a card which you then use to get a sample or a glass of vine of your choice. You can browse endlessly their collection of bottles from all around the world, each one equipped with a short description and basic info. As an abstinent I appreciate especially non-alcoholic vines which despite of being a bit more pricey are absolutely worthy of your money and taste buds. I am so happy Vagabond is just around the corner, will go back often!

I've been here few times now and I was always happy about their wine selection and food. I came here yesterday with 3 friends and I am sad to say that I got a bit disappointed. Their wine selection is still good but as a Saturday evening, few bottles of red were unavailable and some of the white wines were empty and hadn't been changed by any of the staff working there. I think 2 are the negative points of this place: - the staff: not all of them are rude don't get me wrong but the lady with short hair was quite annoyed and you could see that she didn't want to work the other day. We had a table booked at 8:30 pm and when we came in she said we had to wait because we were 5 mins in advance. Fair enough but the way she told us was similar to an accuse to us for being early/on time. When she brought us the bread she left it on a side of the table leaving us to put it in the middle of it so everyone could take it. No smiles from her, only annoyed faces the whole time. - agree on the cheese/meat board reviews. Small portions for the cheese and meat slices were thin, almost transparent, maybe this could be improved considering is 20£ a board for 6 items? Not sure if I'll come back but I will be more than happy to do so if they will improve as this was a great place back in the days!

Visité este lugar la semana pasada y tuve la mala suerte de ser atendido por un caballero llamado Andrew. Nunca me he molestado en dejar una reseña de Tripadvisor, pero eso es lo que realmente siento al respecto. Tratar de recibir de él un servicio al cliente amistoso y hospitalario fue como extraer sangre de una piedra real. He estado aqui antes. Hay un chico pelirrojo que solo ve con optimismo y amor por su trabajo y una chica rubia que es muy dulce. Este hombre era arrogante, titulado, presumido y condescendiente. Sinceramente, una cosa que aborrezco es que los lugares que cobran precios sustanciales e invierten claramente en su producto pero que ignoran el carácter tergiversado de los responsables de su marca y el valor de las buenas relaciones públicas de los consumidores. Me encanta el vagabundo y el buen vino, pero preferiría renunciar a los dos en lugar de tener que tratar con una personalidad tan ruda de nuevo. ¿Por qué querrías darle tu dinero a alguien tan grosero, frío y poco acogedor? ¿Es porque no soy inglés? Realmente podría seguir con esto, pero espero haber expresado mi punto de vista y esperar que esta persona se dirija al chip en su hombro y deje de asustar a otros clientes. The wine was fine, but the service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. With around 100 bottles of wine to choose from, we decided to ask for a Merlot recommendation, in response to which the waiter was incredibly rude, asking ‘why do you want a Merlot?’ and making us feel extremely uncomfortable (apparently my response, ‘because we both like Merlot and so does the person joining us’, was insufficient, prompting him to stomp off without another word). It turned out this whole rude charade was to hide the fact that they didn’t have any Merlot - but how hard would it have been just to say ‘sorry, we don’t have any Merlot, but what else do you like, maybe I can recommend something different’?

Expected more, the wines by the glass were limited, I thought the selection would be greater, and to buy by the bottle you had an additional £10 surcharge. Cheese and meat platter was disappointing - the meat selection was good but the cheese was literally a small slice for 1 person. Will not be going back.

Un gran lugar para citas, a menudo terminan gastando más de lo previsto, pero siempre tienen una gran velada. Buena oportunidad de probar muchos vinos diferentes, aunque sienten que se extendieron un poco tratando de cubrir todas las geografías

En Londres por negocios y se las arregló para reunirse con mi esposa, buscando un buen bar de vinos. Vagabond se veía bien y llegamos alrededor de las 8 pm pero el lugar estaba vacío. Pronto descubrieron que 3/3 rds de mesas estaban reservadas para personas que tenían entre 30 y 60 minutos de retraso pero no hubo problema, nos sentamos en la esquina de la gran mesa en la parte de atrás con otras parejas. El sistema de vinos es divertido y bueno, y todos los vinos fueron buenos.

Will definitely be returning here to explore their wine selection. As for the food, we were very impressed at the standard as we assumed their forte would be their beverages. It would be a perfect place to take people for a special occasion or a date.

Estuvimos cenando dos parejas en este sitio, la verdad una auténtica pasada! El ver que tienen 100 vinos por copas es algo que te deja fascinado. No es fácil encontrar sitios así por el mundo. Me encanto!! Para comer tienen quesos embutidos y poco mas, aunque es suficiente para degustar los vinos que tienen. La única pega que puedo poner es el servicio, deberían mejorarlo.

A really cosy place with a nice selection of wine by the glass. You can opt to take a sample first as well before purchasing a full glass/bottle. It's a really social place and the set up encourages this. There are lovely tasting and sharing plates which complement the wine. The staff are very helpful and super friendly. I've been back twice and will be visiting again.

Unfriendly staff! Unfortunately wines are not the best either, took a glass of wine which turned out to be completely off and smelled literally like rotten ‘poop’..assuming this bottle was open there for weeks..
