I live around the corner from The Cock Tavern and visit a few times a month. I really love the feel of a refined and polished version of an old English pub. When you can feel a bit of history as you walk in but without the dim lighting, the stand off vibes from gathered locals or the token local mad man. Its always warm, its always clean and tidy, the staff are always really pleasant and forthcoming (Fran and Codie are always ready with a big smile and a warm welcome every time you walk through the door!) The Guinness is banging (if it wasn't I wouldn't go back) and the options for bar snacks more than whets your appetite (not too extravagent but not too everyday pub snack) Cracking beer garden space, super cute, heated, decorated. I haven't tried the food as a full sit down meal yet but I don't think it's brought to my attention quite enough. Regardless, it's a lovely boozer. One that so far, I have never found fault with. Would always recommend.

Had a lovely lunch today Easter Monday, had seafood pasta and burger, all cooked to perfection. Staff very friendly and welcoming, plenty of tables both inside and out, traditional pub with a great selection of ales lager gins etc. best pint of Guinness in London. Highly recommend 👍xx

Met with family members for a lunchtime drink, it was very busy but the table service was excellent as usual. A regular meeting place with good selection of drinks and food.

Fui a cenar. Pedí un schnitzel de pollo, con mantequilla de alcaparra, puré y ensalada. Así que no vale la pena el precio. El pollo estaba bien, pero las alcaparras era una cucharada, lo cual está bien, el puré no era especial, ya que la ensalada era solo hojas. Debería haber elegido otra cosa, pero esto fue decepcionante cuando era un menú muy pequeño para empezar. Teniendo en cuenta que Wetherspoon se abrirá pronto, tendrán que mejorar el juego de la comida. Sí, hay un montón de cafeterías y kabab de comida rápida real, pollo y hamburgueserías, cerca, no es que no es una excusa para lo que se sirvió.

Great pub in the heart of Fulham. Great seating areas inside where you can find private booths and lovely window seats. Spacious courtyard garden out the back that's sun drenched! It looks like the pub had a little spruce up recently with the new manager Fran! No stars on the food as we didn't eat at this occasion!

Perfect stop off in Fulham, large beer garden, tastefully contemporary take on a traditional London pub. Great service from Fran the manager and all the team.

Sorry, I didn’t catch the ladies name behind the bar, absolutely exceptional service and even put the football on when we had travelled from afar. Food was delicious so thank you very much for a lovely evening! Relaxing & enjoyable, highly recommend!

All round nice place, we only had chips so can’t fairly give a review on the he food, but, everyone else’s looked amazing. And plus it’s a great name for a pub.

I use to live on Epirus Road when I was younger and left London in 2006. The Cock use to be my local. Visited today for lunch and it was great. Service was excellent and the tavern burger was exactly what I needed. Ignore the bad reviews and go for a pint there!

This pub is beautiful on the inside, well kept, and clean. The service and food were also fantastic.

Had an opportunity of frequenting this pub on a Sunday evening, bar staff were amicable, and helpful, food wad excellent, atmosphere was pleasant, great establishment, will definitely be returning.

This is a nasty pub with a very rude manager. No wonder so many pubs are closing down with this repulsive attitude.

The atmosphere was amazing and the service was brilliant. The staff went above and beyond expectations and their knowledge of both food and drink was excellent. I definitely recommend the fish and chips and will be back again for certain.

Very disappointed with this pub. We called in at 1pm for some lunch only for us to be discriminated against by our accents. There were 8 people in the bar 4 of which all had Christmas party outfits on. Myself and my husband went to Fulham to visit family for Christmas and for our wedding anniversary. We were refused service in this pub as the barman very rudely pointed out our Irish accents. He said there was a football match that night and he wouldn’t serve us as we have Irish accents and assumed we were connected to this event. I explained that I had no connection to a football team and we were not wearing any football clothes for him to assume this only for our accents. Highly racist in my opinion and the barman was very rude. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Muy decepcionado con este pub. Llamamos a la 1 de la tarde para almorzar solo para que nos discriminen por nuestros acentos. Había 8 personas en el bar 4 de las cuales todas tenían trajes de fiesta de Navidad. Mi marido y yo fuimos a Fulham a visitar a la familia para Navidad y para nuestro aniversario de bodas. Nos negaron el servicio en este pub ya que el barman muy groseramente señaló nuestros acentos irlandeses. Dijo que había un partido de fútbol esa noche y que no nos serviría ya que tenemos acento irlandés y asumió que estábamos conectados con este evento. Le expliqué que yo no tenía ninguna conexión con un equipo de fútbol y no llevábamos ropa de fútbol para que él asumiera esto solo por nuestros acentos. Altamente racista en mi opinión y el barman fue muy grosero. No recomendaría a nadie!

Visited while down in London on holiday from Glasgow. Nice bartender but beer expensive which is common in London.

Fu was superb, excellent service as usual.

The place was beautiful. The staff were great, and the vibe was on point. Sadly, the food was a major letdown. Especially if you're veggie. Do not even bother going here if you're veggie! You won't even get roast potatoes on the roast/xmas meal. If they sort that out, it would get maybe 4 stars. Definitely get better value for money elsewhere. A shame! Service was exceptional!

Drinks and staff are fantastic. The atmosphere is also great for groups and gatherings. The menu is large enough to really cover a ton but the food is pretty below average. Can you eat it, yes. Is it good, meh! Stick to drinks and conversation when you stop here as the vibe is nice but the food is meh!

Staff were welcoming despite us turning up near closing and helpful when ordering. Great cocktails and burgers were very nice, reasonably priced and good range of vegetarian/vegan options.

This is a fun pub with a great choice of beers and very friendly bar staff. It has a wonderful beer garden, including some outside TV screens for the European championship games.

From the moment I walked in I was greatly with great and utter happiness. The place is very welcoming and the staff are wonderful. I had the chicken burger and its mouth watering taste that it gave me was impeccable. Also very vegan friendly as my friend I came with had many options to choose from. I would recommend anyone to come here and I’ll definitely be back here sometime soon.

Absolutely fabulous English pub just 2 mins walk from our accommodation. Went on Sunday at 7pm. Listened to solo artist while eating our roast dinner that was more than what we expected😊 Friendly publican & especially Phuoc our server. Highly recommend

Drink only, but the food looked delicious, great service, and tremendous atmosphere

The staff and service were very good but the food was overpriced for the portion sizes. The gnocchi in particular looked a bit pathetic on the plate - very small portion for over £15. They also charge as much for half a cauliflower as they do for the lamb dish which feels a bit unreasonable to me.

Came in as I saw a main dish on the menu outside that I liked. Ordered it at the bar but was told it was not available, that the wrong menu was in the window, & that somebody should have changed it. Was handed a new menu by the barman, When I ordered from that one I was told that the item I picked was not available! At this point, I was ready to leave but my friends now all had drinks so we stayed. My third choice was the steak bavette, it arrived cooked as ordered (med / rare) but there was no evidence of any grilling or high temperature searing, it could have almost (almost) been microwaved. The peppercorn sauce was anemic and insufficient so it couldn't save this lump of uninteresting meat. At least it wasn't chewy. Fries were nice, but that was it. Sadly a first and final visit.

Very nice environment. Customer service was very fast and staff were very friendly and helpful. Drinks were nice . I really enjoyed the big sofas with the red leather cover . Very comfortable ! The room was very spacious and i really liked the fact that they allow dogs inside the pub.

Always have a good time here for a few drinks and a burger before a Chelsea game. Would recommend.

Came by for some food before the Women’s Chelsea game couple weeks ago. Ordered a burger, burger came on a silver tray with the fries just thrown onto to it (so not in a ramekin or nicely presented) the burger was so greasy the bun fell apart in my hands. Bit disappointing for a burger that’s £16 to be served and presented like a school cafeteria tray. Staff weren’t too friendly, and the beer didn’t taste great. but there was a good atmosphere.

Food was absolutely disgusting the gravy on the bangers and mash was so salty and thick it was inedible. The mac and cheese might as well have been a coop ready meal.

Opened early, at 11:00 on a Sunday as there was a 12:30 football match. No other pubs open. Food and drink were excellent and the service was top class, even though it was very busy. Lovely court yard out the back with seats and heaters.Great atmosphere too.

Chelsea home game was on. But it was a great atmosphere with everyone being very friendly. Only pub in the area open at 11 for a 12:30 kick off. We'll done for your early start and great service all the time we were there.

Lovely warm and inviting. Sunday roast was good and the staff fantastic. We visited the 30th and 31 of December
