Wow, what a memorable experience. I’m honestly shocked this place has a 4.4 rating—must be from people who’ve never had food or service before. The service? Absolutely fantastic—if you enjoy being ignored and feeling like you're interrupting someone’s nap. The food, well, it had that Lidl vibe, like it was microwaved or maybe just dunked in oil for a few seconds. My boyfriend and I were absolutely thrilled with the taste—it was as if a chef who’d just woken up after a mental night of partying at 10 am. decided to throw something together. If you’re looking to impress someone or have a nice meal, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. You’ll leave both in a bad mood.

We had a couple of smoothies, there was an incessant beeping going off from the fire alarm the staff ignored. The waitress brought over the drinks and one of them was the wrong drink. At the end they added service to the payment in spite of all this and without telling us. I won't be going again.

It’s ok, the service is ok. The atmosphere is ok. The juices were a bit tart, no sweetness mostly ice. The Turkish eggs lacked spice and flavour.

Came twice on our recent visit to London. Great food and service at this restaurant. Great prices too! Staff really friendly as well. I would definitely recommend! Food absolutely delicious! 💯- I had the French toast one day and the Eggs Benedict the other. Other breakfasts eaten by our group were the pancakes, English breakfast, and the chorizo omelette. All 👍🏻 !!!

Atrocious service! Booked a table but we were laughed at when we arrived for it. We were given a dirty table which they took ten minutes to clear and finally bring menus. Drinks then took 20mins to arrive and then food took 45mins. We had to get somewhere so we were about to give up and leave and only then did our food come. Understaffed and staff that were there seemed clueless and unprofessional. Restaurant felt slightly dirty. Food was bang average.

The most important thing in a café that calls itself that is the coffee in the morning. And unfortunately it's not good. Although there is a nice barista machine, the coffee only tastes like hot water with a layer of milk foam on top. Too bad.

Great place especially for breakfast. Cam here before a Fulham fc game as it was only a 15 minute walk away. It was a good choice as the menu had plenty of options. A few criticisms was that I had 3 small mushrooms on my plate which could have been more. Coffee was average but nice touch with the biscoff biscuit. Would go again to try something else too.

Very unreliable place to eat at. One day the food is great and the next you are waiting 2 hours to be served half of the food you ordered. I had their “single english breakfast”, it came without hash browns, two baby tomatoes, cold baked beans, cold fried egg and a sausage. I was so hungry after that I had to go to the local sainsburies. My mother ordered a chicken Shish and requested her coleslaw that never came, when it finally did it was just some mayonnaise on lettuce. Very sad because there food can be good sometimes

Food was good but there was no service at all. Restaurant was busy when I went with my partner but it wasn’t at full capacity and there was only one waiter working there - on a Sunday! Surely cafes are busiest on weekends? I was horrified to see we had been charged for service when we literally cleared our own table, got out own menus, and placed our orders at the coffee bar. The only thing we didn’t do was bring our own food to the table? Waiting over 10 min just to get a menu is less than slow in my opinion.

Delightful experience & Amazing food! 10000% recommend! I heard they were UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and had a NEW CHEF! - i have been here in the past so i was excited to see what was new changes were made. Me and my partner ordered different things so we had a variety to try from and everything was delicious, perfectly cooked and rich with flavour, we enjoyed every bite - very impressed with the new chef!!! The service was great and waiter was super friendly and funny, which added to the overall energy and atmosphere of the place feel fresh, warm and super comfy. I would say there is a huge improvement from when i last came here and cant wait to for their new menu to be launched! Will definitely be seeing me again!

We stopped here for breakfast yesterday. It was fantastic. Good coffee, fabulous fluffy pancakes and chorizo baked eggs that we're as good a breakfast as my wife said she has ever had. Lovely service and chilled Sunday morning atmosphere. Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely breakfast!

Made a reservation and it's closed

Went hear two weeks ago and had the normal breakfast. It was a very good portion compared to most café portions, coffee great, service excellent and very clean and that day was quiet so that is why I put 4. I believe there was a new chef and food was great, will definitely go back

The Fulham House was very much not a full house when we visited, although to be fair that was a Monday lunchtime. All quite disappointing really: - couldn't understand straight-forward request for apple juice with a bit of tap water to top it up. I explained it twice. I got given two separate drinks and had to pour the water myself causing splashes. - although it was almost empty, when my friend arrived it took ages for our order to be taken. - she brought tea for my friend who noticed it looked like black tea not green tea which she had ordered, pointing this out. Waitress then argued it was green tea. It was clearly black tea. We went back and forth until i suggested she smelled it. No apology, just took it away and then brought the correct one saying boxes got mixed up. - we both ordered shakshuka but were a bit surprised that when it arrived it did not contain two key items that had been listed on the menu: halloumi and chick peas. Instead there was feta and no obvious substitute for the chick peas. We flagged this and she explained it away by saying that they had a different chef. Now, really if a menu states specific ingredients, especially ones like halloumi which really is quite a distinctive item, you either ensure the chef provides those ingredients in their version of shakshuka or you change the info on the menu. Feta is also very distinctive item and some people just don't like goats cheese. Again, no apology. She offered to change the dish for something else without asking what we might want or even suggesting that they grill a bit of halloumi and add it. We said no because we'd been waiting quite a while for it and I did need to crack on with my day afterwards. - basically the shakshuka, as a result, was really not very filling. Not a generous portion anyway, with two very small slices of toast to accompany what was basically two small baked eggs with a small dish of slightly spicy tomato& pepper sauce sprinkled with bits of feta. I was hungry only two hours later. - for an apple juice, a cup of green tea and two inadequate shakshuka dishes we paid £31.50. Which really is taking the Mickey to be honest. No offer to reduce the bill or add something in goodwill. On the plus side the decor is lovely and the chairs are comfy. It has good air con too. Rather too good as I was freezing and it was 25 degrees outside! Sadly, we won't be going there again.

Booked a table on line and when we got there it was closed

I ordered the Club Sandwich with toasted wholemeal bread, chocolate craving cake and a bottle of water and I received a Club Sandwich with toasted white bread and a cheesecake. No receipt whatsoever. Definitely not ordering any delivery from this place anymore and I don’t think I will be back to the place either. If you don’t care about customers when they make a delivery don’t expect them to go to the restaurant. Apart from that, the sandwich was very good and I could see the quality improved f

Walked in with few friends for a lunch and walked out after we waited 25min for the round of drinks. Ridiculous services , moody, rude. Place smell of dump. Disgusted

Lovely little place on Fulham Road a 8 minute walk from Putney Bridge Premier inn. We were the only people eating but not sure why as the food was great and very good value. Adriana was a very good waitress. Lovely decor and clean.

Superb breakfast, highly recommend. My son had the full English and I had the Shakshuka, both were excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient, coffee also very good.

Our server Alma, was AMAZING! The service she provided was the best I’ve seen in a long time! The food was delicious (pancakes, fresh soup and club sandwich)! My Mum made a comment that she wanted a bite of my pancake and Alma brought a whole new and fresh plate just for her! I highly recommend this restaurant!

First time and the last one. They think that customers are idiots. The menu is very clear: fresh squeezed orange juice. But it's not true. It's a cold juice, not fresh. It's not squeezed, it's just liquid as all the juices. The worst is when you say to the waitress "that's not a real fresh squeezed orange juice, it's from a bottle with a lot of ice". Then, he showes you a few oranges that they have as "decoration" to cheat. I told him: show me the cut oranges that you used... and then he came with two whole oranges just peeled, no squeezed. Unfortunately for them I usually drink real fresh squeezed orange juice, at home or places without cheats, even I have my own orange and lemon trees in Spain and Italy. They use bottles and they're not honest when someone discover the cheat, that's more annoying. A real fresh squeezed orange juice is completely orange, vivid color, and the most important thing: it tastes like a fresh orange. I show you how to squeeze a orange to have a real fresh squeezed orange juice. Even the photo can show the difference with the juice. Lucky me that I found a real fresh orange juice 1h later in Pappa Ciccia Fulham High street: less price and real fresh orange juice... and more comfortable and space.

Great food and really good portion sizes & prices!

The food was OK. I had the Turkish eggs and I was expecting more flavor, more chili oil, chili flakes, garlic etc. The fries also needed a bit more salt. We waited a good 20 min for the Turkish eggs and shashuka.. not sure why it took so long. Our server was really nice though. He gets 5-star!

Visited off the cuff, and what a lovely find. This place is beautifully decorated with lovely seating and ambiance in general. We were greeted with a smile and promptly handed menus to peruse. Order was taken very swiftly and the pricing was reasonable for its location in fulham. When the vegetarian breakfast arrived it looked like a piece of art! Extremely well presented and tasted exceptional. Highly recommend visiting this place, what a find! Great location, great food, good prices.

Stopped by for breakfast this morning with my wife and a friend !!Staff were very helpful and friendly.We had a full English breakfast along with toast, smoothie and coffee. Staff were ever so friendly and polite, and the food gets 10/10 for quality and it was also fresh and hot. High and class service from Daniel recommended us stuff from the menu. Food was not great quality. English muffin was dry and a few days old. Had a reservation - usually meant to allow you to stay for an hour and a half for most restaurants but they ask you to leave after an hour. The people were friendly and has good intentions but let down by the quality of food they offer

My friend wanted to try this place so we went there for a brunch! Nice, cosy place! Stuff very friendly, food tasty, prices just right! They very between 7£ -15 £ I think for the single dish! Recomended for a quick bite!

Sandwich arrived falling apart. Had to bring the burger separately and gave diet coke, instead of regular coke. Plus the can of diet coke had no ring pull to open it.

Went for brunch and the food was average at best - sandwiches were a major disappointment and quality of food wasn’t very high.

Dreadful service, toasts dry as hell (had to beg for some butter), they apparently do not know the difference between white and brown bread (basics though, innit?), and a totally unconvincing mumbled apology at the till. Used to be a nice place to go but has gone massively downhill, in the end it’s an overpriced cafe banking on its attractive decoration in a posh area. Avoid!

Had brunch here today and what a find! Cute little restaurant between Fulhsm and Putney, situated on the corner of Fulhsm road and a small residential street, Approx 6 small tables outside and 10 inside, Really nice breakfast/brunch menu. We ordered the full English and a side of French toast, Very good quality food and very tasty, Also the staff here are extremely friendly and attentive. A big thank you to you all, we really enjoyed our experience and will definitely return!

Not what it used to be before pandemic. My review back before then was -"Cosy. Friendly. Good food"-. Not so much now. I would say, currently, it is merely adequate.

The full English was terrible, all oven cooked even the mushrooms.

Nice little eatery on the Fulham Road, with a varied selection of breakfast and snack items - and it is amazingly attractive in the spring afternoon sunshine. Excellent service from the sweet Albanian / Greek server.

Came here for breakfast. Nice atmosphere, it feels homey. Although some frozen ingredients were out of stock for the smoothies, our server suggested a smoothie available that tasted amazing!

Food was lovely, reasonably priced. The atmosphere was very welcoming and our server was so friendly! Made for a great, chill and quiet dinner night out. The %15 off deal after 6 pm was a welcome added bonus.

Lovely interior (if not a little cramped where they’ve tried to maximise covers), crockery and cutlery nice too. Service was fairly usual: not great, not poor - at times staff were under attentive (such as forgetting cutlery and ketchup after asking). I had the full English which was certainly overpriced when compared to the single breakfast which was £4 less (the only difference seemingly being some over fried mushroom slices) and was not as advertised (cheap brown bread as opposed to sourdough etc) The food was greasy and left me feeling a little unwell from the amount of grease. Coffee was nice though!

We were there 15 minutes after it opened, perhaps that's why we had to wait about 5 minutes before a member of staff appeared. We were the only customer but yet food was luke warm. Hot beverages were mediocre. Guess I would not rush back in a hurry.

Anastasia has great customer service and also a young guy a waiter, I did not ask his name but he a great at his job too. Had a really enjoyable brunch, I loved the menu lots to try. Friendly staff always served with a smile. The place had a nice vibe too, really close to a big electric charging station which is good too, people can have nice food while they wait! My smoothies was also really nice, strawberry and banana.

The service was very prompt, and the food was excellent. The food was all priced very well, and was much lower than other restaurants in the area.

I ordered untoasted bacon, halloumi and tomato sandwich. I got toasted bacon and tomato - no halloumi. Not only that, but these are some of the plainest and most limp freshly-made sandwiches I've ever consumed. Took about 10 minutes too long as well. Recommend double checking your order with them, and get ready for a bit of a wait. Overall - unimpressed

Poor food. Cold toast and the egg was delivered split with my full English. Would not recommend when there are some great brunch spots in the area.

We were at the restaurant this morning for almost an hour and never received our coffee or food. We got our coffee order taken pretty immediately. The restaurant was busy so we waited 20 minutes before going in to follow up. They sent out another server who retook our coffee order plus our food order. After another half hour and nothing, we went in to cancel our order and leave. Half of the tables inside were empty but had not been cleared. The table next to us had been there an hour and a half before they got their food, but they had at least received their drinks. The restaurant clearly seemed short staffed but just wish we had been turned away immediately instead of wasting an hour.

Sure, I had the latte and the smoked salmon scrambled eggs. The latte was quite bad, it barely had any taste of coffee, just warm milk. I am not sure why the salmon was scrambled with the eggs? I don't think that's how it's supposed to be made if it's served with avocado and bread, because it was dry and did not taste like anything. As for the bread, the menu said sourdough bread toast, so when I got the plate and it's two thing slices of a Tesco baguette, I ask the waiter, and he comes back to confidently say that it's "white sourdough". Clearly not his fault but my friend and I were shocked, because that's clearly not sourdough, and it was a day-old baguette. Hope this is clearer.
