Big bites cafe in Hammersmith and Fulham

clean hygienic place with tastey food and great service!

Use to be our favourite spot for a full breakfast but recently the place has gone really downhill. We noticed portion sizes have dramatically reduced, we barely had any scrambled eggs on our plates and my step daughter’s omelette was just a tiny bit of scrambled egg with mushrooms and cheese added at the last minute. The waiter explained that the kids omelette is made with only one egg. Before the portion was a lot bigger and looked like an omelette not just scrambled up egg. Will be trying others places next.

Food is lovely. We’re in here every other day, always the best service! Hidden gem of Ealing, definitely recommend popping in. Great variety of food and lots of options for kids too! Thanks for always accommodating our needs.

I absolutely recommend this cafe, friendly atmosphere very polite always great with orders food is lovely and fresh when in the cafe & takeaway. I have also ordered via uber eats food is always hot and nothing missing. This is mine and my friends local we absolutely love it here no problems plessent staff and people, always helping the elderly in if needed assistance, always polite great food and coffee is always hot what more can you want

I visited this place and ordered a BLT sandwich, but found hair in it. They remade the sandwich, but there was hair in the second one too, so I ended up getting a refund. Additionally, there was no soap in the restroom. The hygiene standards were poor, and I won’t be returning.

My children love this place very much. The service and staff are very good and helpful. I love this place.

Fantastic food and very big portions that can fill you up easily. Ice tea was delicious and I would recommend the builder breakfast with sausage instead of mushrooms. If you don't want mushrooms.

At approx 09.45am this morning I paid £19 for a builders breakfast to be delivered via deliveroo and the driver did not deliver my food and is not answering the mobile phone he is using. I'm am beside myself and there is no policy in place for me to get the order from this service/cafe.

Have been ordering a delivery for a number of years and always been ok ,Friday is the day i treat everyone in the office , today was the worst ever from anyone , Half what we ordered wasn't there and the half that was there was disgusting. I suspect left over from the day before , No quality control , They have lost a £60.00 a week customer as i will never order again

The food was tasteless/bland, not a place i'll be visiting again. It obviously uses the cheapest quality ingredients. It's a shame the horseshoe cafe moved (to Northfields), as that was a cafe that served proper food.

Nice little cafe serving good food in the neighbourhood, decent prices and clean and cheerful. Good service from Eric and Navpreet and Jaspreet, service with smile, attentive to customers. Recommended.

Every time I come here the staff are really friendly and accommodating! The ambiance is lovely, the cafe is clean the toilets are clean the staff are well mannered and always serve with a smile :) I love coming to this cafe the food is banging 10/10. Never had any issues! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

why was I charged £1.99 for delivery if it says that delivery is free? and I got half a cup of tea because it had spilled into the bag and was very messy

I knew I should not say anything about it as obviously the details of the food is in the menu, but I was surprised seeing chips in a full English breakfast. Otherwise, restaurant is clean and service is quick.

A truly great proper cafe. Really good coffee, food is excellent and very fresh. Lots of baby seats and space if you have a stroller etc. Omelettes a particular highlight!

Great staff, always welcoming and accommodating even with three buggies. Food is just right and so consistent, I’ve never had a bad meal. The place is clean and buzzy, but not overloud.

We just come back from big bite where we have our breakfast and that is our usual breakfast place and we always love the service and atmosphere but today the experience was truly unacceptable… Firstly we order our food and everything was great and then while we was eating it was staff constantly during rounds around the table seriously every 5 seconds someone was passing to check if you finished your food, we couldn’t eat in peace on top of that music was so loud that we couldn’t hear our conversation so I ask politely to put it down slightly if possible and they did and on the next 3 minutes music was back. I finished my food first but still have coffee and drink so I waited for my husband and son to finish so I put my knife and fork in position “still eating “ and we have 6 people coming around to try to take my plate and I repeat myself and told them to leave as we still eating! And after that the continued to come and disturb our meal so I went to lovely lady who is over the counter and I explained her situation and she was very apologetic and explained me that they have new boss and that his new rules…so I was so shocked and I went to him directly and told him that is unacceptable, we order meal , we pay for it and we have right to finish our meal in peace and that the staff should not disturb customers when they eating, they should wait when they finish. And this new owner was extremely rude and said to me that is his restaurant and his rules and not to teach him how to do his job !!! And I told him he is extremely rude and he didn’t apologise at all !!!! I told him he will ruin this lovely place with his bad attitude and no manners whatsoever but he doesn’t care, he said I can go somewhere else if I don’t like it. That was our last trip to Big Bite.Very disappointed and such a shame because the old staff the was so nice and polite and they know the new boss is in wrong, I just feel sorry for them to have work with such a rude person with horrible attitude towards customers service.

Food is typical greasy spoon stuff but well cooked, never had any issue with the food at this place, service is great, staff are friendly amd you can order the the desk or through the QT code at your table. Food comes fairly quickly.

I love Big Bites Cafe. Old school “greasy spoon” with excellent service, menu choice and newly refurbished. Eat there enough with the loyalty card and you get a free meal after 8 stamps. I’ve had a few free meals!

I haven't been in here for a very long time. I brought my wife for a toasted panini with cheese and fried chicken. It was generously filled and excellent value for £4.45. The staff are very friendly and the toilets are exceptionally clean.

The best traditional English Breakfast in London! We were welcomed by the super friendly staff. Food was delicious, the best English breakfast we’ve ever had. Prices are unbelievably reasonable and servings are generous. Everything is cooked fresh and the coffee is very good too! Highly recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice that was delicious and refreshing. If you’re visiting London, a traditional English Breakfast is a must-do. This place is the best we’ve come across for an English Breakfast.

Polite and warm welcome. Busy on arrival. Offered a menu and could choose where to sit. Could order via QR code on table or as we did, with server at till. Very clean, spacious and seats well laid out, not on top of each other like some cafes try and squeeze in. Food was top quality, tasty, hot and fresh. Mega breakfast was great and sausages / eggs/ bacon all cooked well. Coffee was also good quality. Prices are really reasonable also.

We visited on the weekend with my young children and we were very impressed. We ordered via the app from the table so I didn't have to remember what everyone wanted, and this was really easy to do. Service was really friendly, they were really helpful, and our food came really quickly and was piping hot. Portions were large, and it was delicious. We all went for hot breakfasts and the eggs and meat were of a great quality, and the coffee was also really good. Toilets were really clean. We will definitely be visiting again. We used to come to you pre-Covid and we can definitely tell that you have improved your food quality. Thank you Big Bites, it's great to have you back :-)

We came in for lunch of omelette with cheese. The quality is great and a hot drink is added as part of a meal deal so the price is competitive too. This cafe is clean, bright and comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

I came in with my sister at lunchtime, we both had the smoked salmon and scrambled egg on toast and it was amazing! You could tell all the food was fresh and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. I would highly recommend this cafe!

I had a mushroom omelette with salad only and a white coffee. The omelette was delicious with lots of mushroom and the coffee was strong with a creamy froth on top. Good value at £6.

This cafe is modern, bright, clean, comfortable with friendly staff and a large menu. Prices are reasonable. My omelette was excellent and served with salad and beans. Coffee is very good too.

I can’t fault this place at all! I can only praise it. A lot of eateries could take a leaf out of this establishment’s book! The place is immaculate including the toilets. The food and beverages are delicious. I always go for the vegetarian breakfast and vanilla latte. There was a time when we’d go once a week but that wasn’t helping our waist or bank balance. The waiting service is fast which is good as tables are in demand. The staff are polite, friendly and super efficient. All tables are furnished with power points to charge mobile phones etc. Would highly recommend this place to anyone for a treat!
