I am a local and regular customer and I can recommend this pub! Live music and nice people all the time!

There are two main reasons why I love Sindercombe Social. First of all, the atmosphere created by music events such as open mics or gigs of my dear friend J.T. . Secondly, the high hygiene level of toilets. If I can give an advise, I would suggest to align beer prices to the average.

Security on the door were very courteous and welcoming. Good selection of beer and the pizza & dirty fries were very nice. It was such a nice place we went for a drink after the natch before our journey back home.

Okay nice place. But the portions are very small compared to the price, and a hair was found in one burger. The bill was exciting as there were no prices on all the drinks. It seemed like a place that was more known for their drinks than the food

2 for 1 cocktails Monday to Thursday are a brilliant deal and tasted great. Amelie served us and was super friendly. Her recommendations were spot on for what we were looking for.

No mention that you're a cashless business. No sign(s) in the venue, nothing in email when I booked a table - just a mention in your T&C's that I have only just seen - Are you accepting cash or is it card only? We advise our guests, wherever possible, to pay by card or contactless methods. We accept contactless card payments up to £100, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A very ambiguous statement "wherever possible" - you either do or don't accept cash. I only found out you didn't accept cash when I went to pay. Very poor

I recently visited The Sindercombe social and had a wonderful experience thanks to Eysao. Their warm, friendly demeanor and impressive cocktail knowledge made my visit truly enjoyable. Each drink was crafted with care, and the inviting atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend their exceptional service!!!

Awesome venue. Played a gig here tonight on the 28/06/24. The sound guy was awesome, the drinks flowed, the staff were soooo accommodating and the security Eddie was an absolute legend to speak to.

Genuinely impressed by the Social tonight: I've always loved the pub but tonight, on a very busy football night during the Euros, the security has been superb (Eddie on the door), the service has been amazing (the incredible Lily working bar and tables, who works like a Trojan, and at speed, and whilst being lovely), and overall they've run a safe, buzzy bar on a big night. Absolute kudos.

Booked a last minute table for our visit, before an event at the Empire, on 13/06/24. Friendly & warm greetings on arrival, fab looking, clean and inviting pub with fab loo’s! Also, every time we went to the bar the courteousness continued, (genuine, not forced). We had been ‘on the road' for a couple of days and expected to eat better than we did, (I’m diabetic), HOWEVER, the food here was absolutely fantastic. (Chicken wings, pizza, nourish bowl with chicken, beef dripping potato tots) Highly recommended... A***** Congrats all!

This place is 10/10! Good vibes and energy, great live music! The lightning system is really a thing and gives the place an extra touch. A very cool and enjoyable environment. Had the og burger which was really good. Staff is friendly and attentive (thank you Ed!). 100% highly recommended! I’ll be back 🤘

It’s a great place, but honestly need to leave a special shout out too Isiah, welcomed us in, catered to all of our needs and offered some amazing reccs, he gave a masterclass in hospitality 101

Decent place to go if you’re not a local. The security guy at the door is completely inhuman, unreadable, unrealistic and just an out right disgusting person. I was physically assaulted few tripping over their own plant pot under the excuse that I was too drunk after only having a pint and a half. I’m been a local to the area for 25 years, I’m known for my cool headed fair approach but this guy clearly has a chip on his shoulder. And when I tried to talk to the actual staff expecting them to have any human decency they wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Ofcourse I called the police and agreed that what he did was assault but refused to do anything because they’re so under budgeted by our conservative government. Welcome to London and welcome to the sindecome social, once the best pub in Shepherd’s Bush now your better off going to belushi’s at least there you know that common decency doesn’t exist. Also shout out to Australian with the mullet who’s an absolute melt and has no integrity. There’s right and wrong in this world and the way they treated me and my date was closer to being in dystopian world rather than the free. Final words: big man at the door.. I’ll see you soon xxx Update as I can’t seem to reply to you but it’s very interesting to see how many reviews directly point out the rudeness and overly aggressive nature of your security guard. And just to clarify, I’m not a child there was no threat I live on the same road as you so inevitably I will have to see him again. As for your attempt at wit or whatever by accusing me of being a bad actor, that is actually disgusting, I have a degenerative disease in my hip and it’s very easy for me to loose balance, especially when unexpectedly shoved. As for your body cam unless your blind you clearly see me calmly explain I’m not intoxicated and that I stumbled on the side plant as I smoked a cigarettes too fast, any adult that smoked a cigarette in their life knows how that can knock you off balance, it happens to me regularly as I’m not a chain smoker. I understand your need to defend your staff and try and save face but to then come out and try to defame my character and integrity as well as call me a liar on your little review reply says a lot. You even try to call me a liar when in reality the member of the public got involved after witnessing the assault done by your staff, not before. Even to the point they repeatedly asked me if I was ok, which I might add not one of your staff did while still insisting I was on your property. Regardless surely a patrons health and safety should of been of concern especially when up until that point all that happened was a conversation? I find your whole handling of this comical honestly and your reply lacks any sort of professionalism what so ever. And if you’ve listen to the audio so diligently then the beginning started with the security questioning if I’d even been inside, as if all my stuff and my friend weren’t sitting right there watching it unfold. I admit I might have spoken to him defensively due to his unfounded accusations but never once did I threaten or become aggressive towards him, that was instigated purely by him. Is that how you train your staff?
