We love coming to Bill’s. It’s a very nice restaurant, with nice menu options and the atmosphere is always inviting! Special thanks to Angel who is always so welcoming and charming, making sure that we are enjoying.

We had such a lovely brunch at Bill’s, Angel was very friendly and fab with my partner’s allergies.

Lovely setting, especially in Spring or Autumn, when there is our outdoor seating. The restaurant is a short walk from Hammersmith tube or bus station. The service was above average, but the food was just about average. The coffee was lovely, in part because I was very specific about my requirements, which were then kindly respected by the barista. Main area for improvement: need to use fresh ingredients. The avocado on toast did not use fresh avocados. Smoothies were also not made from fresh fruit. To be fair, there was no attempt to deceive. The serving staff did clarify that it won’t be fresh and from cans etc. But, given the price point, that left me wanting for more. Even smaller cafés, it’s like a lower price points, would use fresh ingredients.

Eliza front of house was amazing. So busy but so polite still and rushed off her feet but couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and make sure everything was good. Food was good and a lovely place just off of Hammersmith roundabout

Food and Drinks I ordered the steak, which was cooked to perfection and served with a delicious sauce. My steak was also flavorful and generously portioned. We shared a strawberry pot for dessert, which was rich and creamy. Value for Money Considering the quality of the food and service, The Bill's offers good value for money. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. Conclusion Overall, my experience at The Bill's was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant. Visited today after my sister bragged about the chicken 2 ways. We couldn’t see it on the menu as it was brunch but the staff kindly said they could do it for us. We were elated (me especially being 9 months pregnant). The food came quickly and unfortunately it was rather dry and tasteless. As we were grateful they went out of their way to make it for us we didn’t want to complain. Angel wasn’t our waiter but he asked us how our meal was. We mentioned we were grateful but it was pretty tasteless - Angel was genuinely disappointed and apologetic to us. He also offered us a comp dessert. Angel really changed the whole experience around for us with his warm, friendly yet professional manner. Because of him I’d definitely come back - thank you once again for your hospitality and service Angel!

I ordered a Brunch steak with fries., onion shavings, two fried eggs and a side of mushrooms. My guest ordered eggs florentine with little spinach and more avocado. To get the table was quick - but we asked numerous times for service The staff are pleasant. The Ladies bathroom is grotty

From today onwards, my favorite task while visiting the restaurant is to give it my *very objective* review .... So, this restaurant: Entrance - No one to greet me, was standing there for a bit, looking around then decided to go all in on my own ... A waiter suggested a table, which I liked and so I sat ... Waiting for slight longer, I was finally recognized by a waiter, and handel the menue ... the waiter said : I'm sorry, I completely forgot about you ... hmmm ... in my opinion the worst type of comment a waiter can make in such situation. I ordered a drink. A cocktail. Banana colada. Very weak bearly any alkohol I felt in it. I asked what's the alkohol content in it, a barmate said 25ml rum , plus 25 liquor. I ordered another 25 ml rum. Too much ice, banana pure like water ... Not too good even after the extra shot. Then the food. Came quickly. Grilled chicken breast, tasty, rather large, but too cold for me. I always thought food should come hot ... Mash potato, tasty large portion, also bit on a cold side ... Some fried spices of chicken, in a garlic sauce - Okey, not bad, KFC standard Some so called red vine sauce for the grilled chicken - pathetic joke. Didn't use any of it. That's about it. What's really against this place, is the fact that when I came in almost every free table was full of dirt after costumers that left some time ago. Although restaurant was a bit busy, it was also enough stuffed to avoid something like this. It's just pure laziness for me. So food, 4/5 , as you cant really except much more for £ 15 , this days Service, I would give 0, dirty tables and I was forgotten about. Atmosphere, normal atmosphere, not to loud music, not stinky of food or toilets, quite nice decor. I would give 3/5 if not the tables not cleaned. Over all 3 3.5 / 5

I had such a lovely experience dining at Bill’s Restaurant in London! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior design is modern yet cozy, with thoughtful details that give the space a stylish and comfortable feel. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming environment. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish we ordered was full of flavour and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion in the cooking. I especially enjoyed the variety on the menu, which caters to different tastes without feeling overwhelming. The only minor detail I’d point out is that the steak had a bit too much salt for my personal preference, but it was still cooked perfectly and very tender. The staff were also fantastic — friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our meal. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed without being intrusive, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. All in all, Bill’s Restaurant exceeded my expectations. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy excellent food, and feel truly taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning and will happily recommend it to anyone!

First of all, can we talk about Mike (Michael) the host? He’s the best! His service was impeccable from start to the end, always stopping by my table to check if my niece and I were doing well. He offered my niece a lollipop—but only after asking me first if it was okay for her to have one after her meal. He also gave her a coloring sheet and crayons. Truly kind, charismatic, and attentive. The food took a while to get to my table, I would say more than 20 minutes and I just ordered the Classic hamburger. The atmosphere is beautiful! A place with very beautiful velvety chairs and cheerful decor, filled with lots of leaves, flowers, bamboo, and vibrant colors. Very welcoming and impressive

Wednesday 9th April. After a 20 hour journey we were looking for somewhere to eat and relax while waiting for our coach back to the West Country and Bill’s couldn’t have fitted the bill better! The manager was very helpful, our waitress Roxy was friendly and efficient, the food was good and arrived quickly. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but they were dealt with in a professional manner and didn’t affect our enjoyment. We spent many years in the hospitality business and it takes a lot to impress us - but guys, you exceeded our expectations. Thank you for helping finish our trip on a high note.

The food was cold, it felt reheated, very disappointing experience. We spent 1 hour from the time we finished breakfast until we managed to contact the waitress to ask for the bill.

Roxy is the best waitress and definitely needs a promotion.

Had an early pre-gig dinner here in April 2025. It was a really sunny day so although we sat inside, having the option of external seating is a bonus. The space is decorated in a mix of industrial with chandeliers and colourful padded booths and armchairs so it had a great look. The food was really tasty, especially the blend of flavours in the Santorini Salad. Bill's offers an affordable 2 or 3 course Set Menu which we tried, as well as brunch, breakfast and dinner menus so there's a good selection. Unfortunately, our experience of service was a bit lacking as both my courses had mistakes. My Salad arrived with olives after I asked for none and I got Chocolate ice cream instead of Salted Caramel. They have QR codes to scan to pay at the table and this gave an itemised digital bill which is a great feature, as unfortunately, we were also charged for the Salad individually as well as part of the Set Menu. We didn't notice until the following day but an email to customer services quickly got this refunded within 24 hours.

We came on holiday to London to celebrate my birthday and the hotel we stayed in had an agreement with some restaurants! My husband and I went to this place for breakfast and we had some delicious pancakes!!! Served with fresh fruit and syrup as a topping and together with an espresso coffee!! All served at the table with extreme kindness and hospitality by Eliza who always had a smile!!! Also note the attention they had when asking us if we had allergies!! Thanks also to all the staff obviously! We will definitely be back!!
