Great food and drinks. Sid was very helpful and friendly and had good recommendations from the menu!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The classic burger was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection with a great balance of flavors. The ambiance was lovely, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. A special shoutout to Sid for the excellent service; he was attentive, friendly, and really made the meal enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a pleasant environment!

Fantastic spot for breakfast. Food comes out fast and is of great quality. Service is excellent, especially by FRANKIE who was our server a couple of times. He’s awesome and I would come again!

Best bills we've been too. We went on a work outing and the manager and Sid really looked after us. Highly recommend.

If you stay at Heeton Concept Hotel, tea or coffee is offered free of charge between 9-10 in the morning. We chose to take advantage of this and have our breakfast at an affordable price. The breakfasts were edible. I can recommend all the other breakfast options except pancakes. They need to improve themselves on pancakes. Our daily breakfast varied between 15-20 pounds per person. If you stay at Heeton Concept Hotel, tea or coffee is offered for free between 9-10 AM. We chose to take advantage of this to make our breakfast more affordable. The breakfast was decent. I can recommend all the breakfast options except for the pancakes. They need to improve their pancakes. Our daily breakfast costs between 15-20 pounds per person.

Bill’s consistently provides a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. The service staff were attentive and provided good service without needing to be prompted. However, our visit was marred by the attitude of the maître d’. Following an issue with a previous machine failure, she appeared frustrated and unfortunately directed this frustration towards our party. While it’s challenging to determine intentions, it appeared that her demeanor towards our party was less favorable from the start compared to her interactions with other guests. This difference in treatment raises concerns about the potential for bias. Furthermore, due to the proximity of the maître d’ podium to the seating area, we were able to overhear comments that felt unprofessional.

Very welcoming staff, and attentive service from Damien. We arrived during a busy period, but were found a table and our meals were delivered in an acceptable time. The food was very tasty, and the desserts were delicious. Excellent value for money.

I absolutely love this place. The food is phenomenal. I came for multiple meals on my birthday, and they were all great. Siddi and Frankie were my servers, and they were both very friendly and attentive! I highly recommend the eggs royale and the fish pie (and make sure you squeeze the lemon over the fish pie, as it elevates the whole dish). My mother highly enjoyed the crispy duck salad! The summer fruit pudding was not to be missed!

To summarize 2 days in London, 2nd evening at Bill's and there will be a 3rd... We came across this restaurant through Hazard, a beautiful storefront, we went home and received an excellent meal, we left with an apotheosis dessert.. . The brownie if you like chocolate this will be THE dessert to have. So the 2nd evening we wondered where to eat and since we were delighted with the 1st evening we went back and it was an excellent 2nd evening we tried other dishes but for dessert we stuck to the brownie! Thank you Damien and the 1st waiter of the first evening are I don't have the first name, keep it up, that's what I look for when I want a good restaurant! Oh and special mentions they are very attentive to food allergies!

We were searching for a restaurant and we saw Bill's, so we said why not try it. It was one good choice because we loved it: the food is amazing, service is also amazing with the staff being very nice and one thing stood up: the brownie. It was one of the best I've ever had. We came back a second evening, tried a new thing, the burger was amazing. And so that's why we're going back next evening at Bill's. Special thanks to Damien who served us during the second evening, with another amazing brownie.

Went for brunch, food was good, service was good (served by Frankie!), table was directly in the breeze from the door so was a little chilly but otherwise a really nice place for breakfast!

My daughter and I visited Bill's today as we were going to see a show nearby, this afternoon. We were welcomed in and were very well looked after the staff. Our drinks and food were quick to arrive and everything was impeccable. Thank you to everyone there. We loved our experience.

Great food, very friendly service. It was great but... They overcharged us 20£. Kids were supposed to eat for free but they forgot to put cheese on the kid burgers and then charged us 3£ to add it. And after all added 10£ tip to the bill without asking us. Totally unacceptable

Really good food had grandkids with us who can be husky eaters but staff sorted their choice of stuff not to go in their burgers, I'm not a burgers person but had chicken one and Really cooked well with fillers so very nice ,will return

Cauliflower was not cooked and raw. The rest of the food was good.

Just a dull place with stupid prices and they dare to add a service charge on top. Asked for vinegar and they didn't have any! How ridiculous. My burger was over done (asked for medium) and the bacon almost burnt! Coke given in can which was warm. And then charged £3.50. Wouldn't be bothered to go here again. Felt like I was on a conveyor belt. Just another shabby restaurant

I'm a fan of Bill's as a family restaurant, we turned up without booking and managed to get a table for 4 quickly. The tables were fairly crammed in and the atmosphere was ok. The menu was a little uninspiring and the kids options even more so, the service was ok, but again nothing special

The food was good, burger was enjoyed by my 8 year old son. Sid was a great waiter, promote and pay attention to needs. The atmosphere was ok, family friendly. Kids eat free in Summer holidays 😁
