I came to bills to try their £5 pancakes and was served by their amazing server Sid whom made sure we got everything we ordered. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so cozy.

The service here was very good and nice

My partner and I came here for breakfast on a Sunday. It was quite busy but they were able to seat us at a high table. There were plenty of options to choose from on the menu. I went for one of their traditional breakfast options and my partner got one of the pancake options. We also got pineapple mango juices alongside the meal. The food was delicious, we both enjoyed our meals. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice also, great place for photos. And the staff were attentive and helpful. Would recommend, it’s a nice place for breakfast/brunch.

From the moment we walked in we received a warm and attentive greeting from Dani. He was very accommodating as to the position of our table as I have hearing problems.

I wanted to eat an English breakfast while staying in Hammersmith, so I asked the owner of the laundromat I was using for recommendations, and he recommended this place. The toast and sausage were both delicious. Tea was also served in a pot and I was able to drink plenty of it. The atmosphere inside the store is good and I am very satisfied.

Met with friends for a late brunch end of January - was extremely busy, Friday, however Eliza looked after us and despite lots going on all around, we enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. We had a 2 for 1 burger offer which turned out to be great value for 4 of us. A nice location and good quality food for a reasonable price.

We were looked after by Sid who was lovely with us. Sid can remember every order you've made just from memory! Sid was also very good at remembering allergies and ensured that I got the correct food. Bill's has always been good for people with allergies and dietary needs. Thank you!

Came here after a show to get food, the gluten free burger was lovely, very juicy though. Our server Renars was very nice and speedy with the bill, let us get our drinks and food at the same time. Would come again if I were in the area.

Fish pie was heavenly Sea bass was had by mother in law she said it was delicious beautifully cooked and tasty! Daniel helped with allergies for dessert thank you for your patience! Daniel was a fabulous host this evening! He was very pleasant and patient with us when ordering. The food was delicious, I had the duck salad and the banoffee dessert. The presentation was 10/10 and so was the taste! This by far is the best Bill's I've been to! 10/10 for the atmosphere, service, and food quality.

Sid and shiva gave really good service

The service was really good and all the staff were very attentive especially Sid who engaged my daugther in conversation and was patient while she got her words out to express what she wanted (she is only 5, and has difficulty, at times, putting sentences together). All the staff are approachable, smile and make eye contact and willing to help at any point. The kids eat free deal is amazing and we love taking advantage of that opportunity!

I had a breakfast of Chorizo & Eggs which was amazing! Never tasted anything like it! The pancakes were also delicious. The server Roxanne was very attentive and accommodating and left a good impression of the place. Definitely will come again when I visit London.

I had lunch at Bill’s yesterday, before going to the matinee at the Lyric Theatre. We both enjoyed our meal and the service was very efficient, even though Bill’s was very busy. Our server was Dani and he was helpful, pleasant and efficient-though had only recently started working at Bill’s.

Was really hoping to love this place after hearing great reviews but sad to say very disappointed. Staff were not very accommodating and became rude upon leaving. My dish was inedible after mentioning I had dietary requirements. Drinks also never made it to the table and we had to walk up to the till to ask for the bill. Food looked good just a shame they were unable to cater for my needs and made me feel very uncomfortable when pointing out that I was unable to eat the meal. The meal was sent back but was then brought back out to me with the waiting staff advising that there was nothing wrong with the dish. Would not recommend to anyone with dietary requirements or allergy’s.

We had a lovely birthday meal at Bill’s Baker Street, but wanted to leave a review on here for our waiter Sid who was covering from this branch. The service was amazing and he so friendly! The manager on shift, Damien was very helpful too. Would highly recommend, the food was amazing! We’ll come and visit Hammersmith next time.

Popped in today, may I say the hospitality from Renars was exquisite, he was very attentive and funny. Really enjoyed my time there, the double chocolate brownie was 10/10!!!!
