The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Camden London

On a freezing Sunday my wife and I had put aside to watch my son play rugby we went for coffee at the hub. My wife ordered while I used the facilities outside, not much of a queue, no pressure on service and a simple order, one white coffee (my wife brings her own). After waiting 20 minutes and with no sign of the server who took my wife's order and being completely ignored by staff my frustration got the better of me and I complained about the service, but no shouting, no swearing. I was told loudly by the staff member in charge that I was being rude and I responded that actually I was putting in a complaint about poor service, that he should be doing something about. He was having none of it and it escalated into an argument where he went from pointing out that customers had little choice as there was no other cafe at the playing fields (so I could basically do one) to quite threatening behaviour, even telling me he was going to follow me outside. Responding with several 'whatever, mates' we left with my overpriced coffee. To cap it all, he rang our coach (after following us I assume to identify the team) to tell him our boys had to remove their stuff from the changing rooms as a parent had been rude ... which I thought was very petty!! However, when the boys showed up to take their stuff admittedly he did relent on that. All in all a shocking and fairly dreadful experience. Repeated by other parents who missed the entire second half when they went for drinks at half time. The Hub cafe is not doing customers a favour, they are running a business and charging through the nose for it. They should act like it .......

I received a very bad ramen, only filled with salted water. No taste whatsoever. we ordered california sushi and there was no salmon in them. Poor quality and waste of money. i will never come back.

The team are efficient and friendly, I receive a warm welcome and the breakfast menu is the best quality and choice in the local area. I choose to go back to this branch of Leon 2-3 times a week

Shockingly bad customer service, servers need urgent training, please assume that people coming will actually pay for what they’ve purchased and not do a runner. Please give them time to choose. I shan’t be visiting again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Staff are rude and food no good for how much it cost. When receiving my food it came cold and small portion for £16. Small tiny piece of chicken smothered in sauce which was cold. Onion rings were nice. Ordered Mac n cheese as a side which was watery and disgusting! (My daughter wouldn’t even eat it and she loves mac & cheese) Looked like the food has come from a microwave meal and just heated up. When speaking to the girl behind the bar saying that the chicken is cold on both meals she was rude and said ‘it can’t be it’s just come from the kitchen’ it was cold. When asking for a refund I was told that they can heat it back up or make another one which I didn’t want I just asked for a refund instead. I showed her the food and put my finger in the chicken to show it’s cold the girl said now she won’t take it back for a refund as I’ve put my finger in it. I’m sorry but I paid for the meal I will put my finger in it if I want to. Then she started saying again she will heat it up. I said no thanks I will have a refund instead please. I told her I’m the customer if I’m saying the food is cold and I don’t want it re heated up and I would like a refund that should be done instead of trying to tell me that she will heat it back up and that I’m lieing to say the food is cold. Was greeted by another worker that asked what the problem was I told her that the 2 main meals are both cold and I would like a refund please and she sorted it out straight away apologising for the other lady’s attitude. I’ve never been to Camden before and I certainly won’t be retuning here again. Bad customer service and rude staff and overpriced micro meals!! Disgusting.

I had a great experience at The Old Bull and Bush, thanks to the fantastic service from Tianna and Megan. They were warm, attentive, and efficient, making me feel welcome from the start. The food was equally impressive—classic pub dishes with a modern twist. I highly recommend the steak and ale pie, which was hearty and full of flavour. Overall, it was an excellent visit with top-notch service and delicious food.

This is such a beautiful bar however the experience was utterly disappointing. I entered the bar, three members of staff walked past me and not one acknowledged me and said hello. I eventually got the bar tender’s attention and he told me to grab a table and it’s table service After ten minutes no one had acknowledged me any further, so I went to the bar and ordered a glass of wine. The wine was fine After about 30 minutes I’d finished my wine. Nobody be came to take a subsequent order. After another 40 minutes I gave up. I went to the bar and paid, again, despite trying to mention the issue with the table service the bar tender just said “those guys are responsible for table service”. No apology. Not even a thank you etc.

Habiendo llegado temprano para mi vuelo aproveché para sentarme en el Caffè Nero aquí en el aeropuerto de Luton en la entrada principal. Yo estaba feliz con mi café y comida a pesar de que la niña no era tan servicial en el mostrador. Mientras estaba sentada aquí vi a la misma chica cometer un error con la máquina de vapor de café que hizo estallar café líquido caliente y espuma en el aire sobre la pared que rodea su área de preparación en el área de estar en todas direcciones. Un pobre desafortunado cliente inocente sentado al otro lado estaba cubierto de salpicaduras calientes de líquido que llovían por todas partes, con suerte de no golpear a nadie más. Fue tomado por sorpresa y en shock gritó con fuerza. Estaba bastante angustiado ya que le cubría de pies a cabeza. La chica de detrás del mostrador estaba al tanto de lo sucedido pero no se disculpó y en su lugar el pobre cliente tuvo que encontrar algunas toallas de papel e intentar en vano limpiarse. Se fue molesto. Todavía no habiéndose disculpado el miembro del personal de Caffè Nero procedió a reírse mientras se alejaba. Ella no hizo ningún esfuerzo para limpiar después. Comportamiento desagradable y poco profesional de esta chica. Esto ocurrió la noche del 22 de septiembre. Por favor, revise su personal Caffè Nero . No lo suficientemente bueno...

Its a great Cafe in a lovely Park. Its is behind Lauderdale House in Waterlow Park. A good Kitchen menu and nice staff. A nice place with lots of outdoor space and seating inside. Usually the Art Gallery is open in next room. Excellent Toilets. I do not understand the negative reviews. Also not far from Highgate Cemetary entrance in Swains Lane.

1 x tea and 1 x coffee - £6,25. Sat in but no cups or spoons. Just take away cups and wooden stirrers. I wont be going back as there are plenty of other pl;aces they offer you a cup and a spoon

It’s quite unacceptable this packaging for the take away orders. I suggest to improve the packaging considering also the price for an empty croissant

If I could give 0 I would - a shocking experince entirely. First of all a relative had their phone stolen whilst in the cafe and instead of being kind and supportive the staff were less than helpful. In my opinion they couldn’t care less and instead found the entire situation rather amusing. If you have any valuables that you carry round with you do not come here.

This is by far the most toxic place I have ever been to, come here if you want to be scammed and disrespected by all the staff
