It’s quite unacceptable this packaging for the take away orders. I suggest to improve the packaging considering also the price for an empty croissant

Locale carino, prodotti buoni e molto belli da presentare. Bellissimi i cornetti giganti. Servizio veloce, prezzi troppo cari.

This was one of the viral TikTok / IG reel food spots due to the size of the croissant. Since we were eight people, we opted to buy both the pain au chocolat XXL and croissant XXL. We pre-ordered both the pastries and since they grabbed our pre-orders from the display, both were pretty cold. The pain au chocolat was definitely awesome though a bit dry in places, while the croissant was buttery in some places, and some just dry. Maybe it's because it's just big. Since some parts of the big breads may be dry, order a hot drink. The hot chocolate dip was the perfect complement to the pastries. I also tried the crookie (cookie + croissant hybrid) and that was also divine by itself. It helps that it was freshly baked! The outdoor seating at least at the Kensington branch only has 4 tables for 8 people, so that was exactly made for our group, and the passersby were all staring at us, and we managed to entice people to buy their own croissant XXL! That was funny!

No entiendo algunas puntuaciones. El sitio estaba un poco destartalado, pero en la línea del resto de establecimientos de Camden. El staff muy atento. El cruasán de fresa sabrosísimo y el pan au chocolat estaba de 10 (menudo relleno de crema de chocolate llevaba). Caro? Es alta repostería francesa. Muy recomendable.

Get the reviews liking this place. It’s not a place you pass by and think, yeah I fancy a coffee and a pastry. More of a destination for the huge croissant or one of the fabulous but expensive pastries. We had 4 plus 3 coffees. Just under £40 for the lot. Got a table inside and had lovely service and loved it all. It’s not for everyone and the large croissant is something like £26 but this ain’t an every day coffee shop! So treat it as such. Fantastic

This Starbucks in Hampstead always shut early it’s opposite to what it’s written in the door that they closed at 7.30 , however at around 5.30-6, all the chairs are already upside down. Staff will tell the clients that they will shut soon, I was sitting there and the time was just 5.20pm and clearly it says in the door they shut at 7.30. Staff there are lazy and unfriendly, they always chat with each other, no greetings for customers.

I love getting my coffee from this place when the Origin Coffee is overcrowded. It is quite good for some caffeine grab.

This place is such a missed opportunity. It needs a good clean with the seating inside maximised rather than using the space for storing sauces and napkins. They bakery items are usually cold despite being placed on a 'hot plate' I asked today for an item to be warmed as was told 'it is against health and safety law'. The place simply needs a more focussed management and it would be really nice.

I have been coming to wind down at work for some time, and Nero's is my favourite of the coffee chains. At times, some of the staff have been a bit curt, bit it is busy. Recently bought a cortado - usually served in next cup up from the expresso cup. This came in an expresso cup with the explanation of "That's how we sell them." This was done when I had a couple of minutes to spare and there was a fair queue. I couldn't complain without inconveniencing me and other customers. Whilst the staff member in question may get a bit of a laugh here and save .0000000021p, they won't be getting my custom again. I would advise others to relax elsewhere in the Holborn area.
