Caffe Nero - Theobolds Road in Camden

I have been coming to wind down at work for some time, and Nero's is my favourite of the coffee chains. At times, some of the staff have been a bit curt, bit it is busy. Recently bought a cortado - usually served in next cup up from the expresso cup. This came in an expresso cup with the explanation of "That's how we sell them." This was done when I had a couple of minutes to spare and there was a fair queue. I couldn't complain without inconveniencing me and other customers. Whilst the staff member in question may get a bit of a laugh here and save .0000000021p, they won't be getting my custom again. I would advise others to relax elsewhere in the Holborn area.

So I walked into Cafe Nero this afternoon, there was a poorly handwriting sign on the door and two customers sat inside. I walked up to the counter and a lady who worked there sat at a table to the right told me she was closed and on her break. Whilst I understand she may have been on her own, there were only two other people on the Caffè. Surely you would take your breaks around your customers, its not that busy. Not a good look for Caffè Nero. Went to Prett 50 yards away.

El gerente de la tienda frustraba activamente a los no fumadores mientras se sentaba en el área de asientos públicos y fumaba. No pude disfrutar de mi café que había comprado debido a la inhalación de su humo secundario cuando le pedí cortésmente no fumar, ella se negó y me dijo que me fuera, ya que es su establecimiento.

Premetto che l'unica catena all'estero dove bevo volentieri il caffè è "Caffe Nero" a Londra. La qualità è davvero buona, se chiedi un ristretto, vero ristretto, te lo fanno senza problemi. Il Caffe Nero di Theobalds Road non fa eccezione, buon caffè e servizio ottimo, personale cortese e sorridente, locale accogliente. Andateci e fidatevi!

ロンドンの街中のあちこちにあるカフェ・ネロは、どこもゆったり座れるソファ席などがあり、コーヒーも美味しく、フードも色々あ って便利ですが、ここホルボーン駅の少し東に外れたお店も朝から地元の人でにぎわっていました。観光前に朝食を取りたいけどそんなに量は食べたくない、という理由でふらっと入り、美味しい濃い目のカプチーノとクロワッサンにハムチーズをはさんだもの（オーダーしてからトーストしてくれるので、チーズとろとろで出てきます）を食べました。歩いていると、あちこちにあること、美味しいこと、食べ物も美味しいこと、ゆたり座れること、フリーwifiがあること…で、安定の便利さで、旅先で愛用してます、カフェ・ネロ。

Por ser uma rede, fácil de achar na cidade. Bom café, bons lanches. Sempre uma boa opção para um lanche.

Nice staff and relaxing place. Not crowded. Maybe would need to be more clean. Tables outside are very nice to stay on the sun for a bit

Free wifi, great little tables outside and good coffee and food. I felt much more welcome and cared for than at their main competitor.

Dirty cups, most of table dirty and a poor and slow service...it takes few min to get attention from the two people behind the bar...too busy to chat...once we have been served they enen looks annoyed by the guest...maybe was more important the chat? Caffe nero standards???? Very bad.

Popped in for quick coffee to warm up on blustery day. Great friendly service though slow. Black Americano and toasted sandwich. Sandwich was warm but not hot and served in a soup bowl - though this may be standard for Cafe Nero? Because I don't take milk in coffee it usually takes some time to cool enough to drink but this was luke warm. Would have complained but in hurry and queue long despite being more than half empty.
