Friendly service and tasty food (great food options). A busy place, the food is great and the vibe is cool. They have s great set up, serve quickly and well and occasionally have snacks for while you wait.

I stumbled upon this little coffee shop on the way home from the Tube. Even though the business was closing the barista took time to talk espresso beans with me. They use Vagabond Roasters and it's so good I've ordered some to be delivered in the US. I will be back to try some of the baked items and sit outside to enjoy the full effect.

Hermosa pequeña cafetería, cálido y acogedor. Personal amable y agradable. Buena selección y un precio justo. Precioso desayuno inglés completo y un sándwich de salchicha en ciabatta.

Fuimos hasta allí para desayunar porque las opiniones eran buenas y cuando llegamos allí nos encontramos el local cerrado y por el aspecto desde el exterior daba impresión que lleva tiempo así. Desayunamos en frente del local, en una cafetería social,muy bien.

Wonderfully tranquil place to start the morning. Great range of vegan and vegetarian options. I had vegan Cumberland sausage on sourdough toast with kombucha. It was great to have the option of vegan croissant and a range of vegan cakes.

The venue is small and very noisy on the evening I visited. Several people sat behind us getting quite drunk and noisy. Fair enough it’s a bar, but the small space makes it more noisy. The food is inexpensive and quality matches. My gyoza arrived stone cold and the manager bare-face lied to me that they are supposed to be like that (nothing to say that on the menu). Not one to return to.

Nice setting, but the lady staff was very rude. recommend visiting one of the many other coffee shops at Waterloo station.

After an early start the friendly team brought over a spectacularly good flat white to my cosy corner and I watched them prepare the day’s focaccia. The owners make it fresh every morning and when it’s gone it’s gone, and it goes quickly since their sandwiches are a very generous size, so generous that they are big enough for two people. While I waited for my friend to show up I as amused to see that they have an eclectic selection of games and reading material. I particularly liked the famous women game which turned out to be a riff on happy families. The owners are clearly proud of their cafe and have made it a very happy place. There’s space outside too.

Tucked into the small roads around Russell Square, this cafe is a quiet haven away from the bustle of central London. On a warm day, there was a breeze running through the cafe, and we were able to relax and take our time over lunch together. I had scrambled eggs on sourdough - soft, delicious and a generous helping. Lots of options to choose from, catering also to vegan diners. Do be aware that the bathroom facilities here are downstairs, so access may be difficult for some.

Offers great breakfast, pastas, salads and ciabatta sandwiches. Coffee is also top draw. The service however is the mark of the place, truly friendly and professional. Hands down beats any Nero/Pret type chain.

Yo trabajo cerca de Ben, y han pasado por un número de veces para tomar un café. Yo siempre traer gente aquí cuando necesito lugar para encontrarse con colegas o amigos, porque el café y la comida es genial, y el ambiente es cálido y no demasiado lleno. Aunque la mejor parte es Ben, el dueño, que es a menudo allí y es simplemente precioso - nos dio a mi amigo un pedazo de pastel porque ella estaba enfadada.

Nicely located but the goth lady that served me was rather fed up with her job and didn't want to hear how I liked my beverage to be made. Bad attitude leads to bad customer care.
