Excellent breakfast perfectly cooked. Bacon and mushrooms especially good. Freshly cooked Nice clean cafe. Friendly staff.

Haven't been in for a while. Used to go more often but the quality of the food is not the same. Only had half of my meal as it didn't taste good and was still made to pay for bacon that she forgot to charge me for. Bad food Bad customer service 😒😡

Tall and light brown skin barista lady was so rude and service hella slow. Don’t bother. What a joke. She was super slow and hasn’t got a clue how to operate or run the place although she looked like someone senior. Hire someone who can actually manage

We came here for dinner as staying in the hotel, it was awful. There were only two members of staff working the whole hotel and restaurant. They were run off their feet and the wait times were appalling. We waited an hour for our meal and it wasn't even busy. When the food came it wasn't not great either. The steak was supposed to be rare it was well done. People were sat down on chairs in the queue to for the bar because the wait was so long. Was really disappointed as we had a three year old with us who was hungry. Don't recommend at all!!

It's a usual Costa, with the menu and drinks you would expect, but the staff are extra friendly and welcoming here with lots of smiles for everyone on a rainy wet day. Well done Costa staff.
