Costa in Welwyn Hatfield

It's a usual Costa, with the menu and drinks you would expect, but the staff are extra friendly and welcoming here with lots of smiles for everyone on a rainy wet day. Well done Costa staff.

To many times I have visited here..the coffee tastes funny ..i have taken my coffee back about everytime I visit here.. I love Costa coffee.. I always drink coffee in Costa but this one in Hatfield will be my last in this shop.. I always come back with hope will get better.. I ordered the first one it was disgusting and took back and the second disgusting as well.. Maybe something wrong with the machine.. I don't fell right to take the second one back..I told the staff to try my coffee so they believe, she replied I will make you another.. The staff is friendly it's not their fault..get someone to try the coffee here from the management because it doesn't taste right

I visited this location on route to Hatfield. The staff as ever at costa were great. Service swift and I sat inside but there is an option to sit inside costa or outside which is still undercover but more into the galleria itself. Coffee good flavour and overall a nice atmosphere. Would visit again

Ok, its a costa. you know what you'll get but its good for what it is really. this one on comet way is decent enough.

Encontramos que algunas Costas sirven café templado pero teníamos dos blancos planos que nos precioso. Fue un poco ajetreado pero nos sirvieron rápidamente y nuestra deliciosa llegamos pronto después paninis nos sentamos. Los alrededores eran limpias, así como los aseos, pero había manchas de agua en la taza del váter. Un poco de esfuerzo necesario?

The floor was covering in bits of food and wrappers, and the tables were really dirty. They service was also really slow. Would never return to this branch.

I go here about once a month.The coffee and food is good but recently service has deteriorated. On Sunday, with just a medium length queue in the early afternoon, getting coffee took more than 20 minutes and the staff seemed under pressure and disorganised. Tables were not being cleared for some time after customers had left.

The food offer is limited at best (you always leave feeling hungry) but when the place is dirty it really sends the experience downhill. Dirty table, dirty glasses (yuck yuck yuck), the 'barista' (really?) spilt my coffee then served it to me- I had to ask for a napkin to clear up his mess. Good job they have the location...

This Costa's main advantage t that you get a far better cup of coffee than in Tesco's outlet nearby. Service is polite and friendly but they seem understaffed as every time we have been there the tables are cover in the detritus of previous customers. Be careful where you sit as a few tables can be quite chilly and draughty on a cold day!

This is a lovely Costa with friendly staff and comfortable seating. The drinks and food are at the high standard provided by Costa. It is in an ideal location to Tesco where you can unwind after a busy shopping trip.

No trays, no china cups & saucers, no cutlery - no dishwasher? Went there today & had run out of all of the aforementioned. It was late morning on a Monday - so not busy. Won't be going back!

Coffee OK. Snack (granola square) very nice. Selection of newspapers. Draughty due to door opening every few minutes as people came / went from Next.

For those who read any of my reviews coffee features heavily. My favourite venue has to be Costa Coffee, at Next, Hatfield, the staff are very friendly and helpful, which is part of the coffee experience, having friendly banter with the staff. The coffee is my favourite, and a regular port of call for me, perhaps too often. I recommend you try. The cakes always look scrumptious, but I had etc resist, diet, but would love to try,

Costa is a well known coffee chain across the UK and serves a premium blend for a premium price. Naturally when you visit your expectations are slightly higher as you are looking at paying near on £4 per drink! We visited on a Saturday afternoon, the shop was fairly busy and the queue was about 10 customers long. We had to queue for a while as only one till is in operation here and it seemed there was a case of more cooks behind the counter. The seating area is well laid out for such a small place, however staff leave tables uncleared, often leaving customers to do it themselves. If you sit near to the front door during the winter, don't take your coat off! With the doors being automated and the Costa sharing a building with a busy Next store, the doors are constantly open. The quality of the coffee is good, but the staff just need to brush up on a few things. We will visit again and hopefully see a difference.

Slowest coffee in town if you want to spend Sunday in a queue try here. How can making a coffee take 3 people soooo long?

El lugar está en un parque de estar dentro de los confines de al lado, pero con sus propias puertas. Fuimos a tomar un café y el lugar estaba sucio, la comida en el suelo, muebles y ha derramado café que necesitaba un skip. Esta es la segunda sucio en Costa como muchas semanas. Creo que la marca ha echado a rock bottom con nadie atento en todo. Hay Sorprendentemente una buena cafetería Harrison & Hoole de TESCO

Es casi 20 años desde que fuimos a Hatfield Galleria, y puedo ver que no nos perdimos mucho. Tiene un aire de uno de esos centros comerciales por el hecho que uno encuentra en el borde de ciudades en los Estados Unidos que han sido superados por los competidores más exitosas. Eran quizás una vez nueva, interesante y luminoso pero ya han crecido gracia y tenue, con unos pocos clientes y una desesperación entre tienda personal. Quizás lo peor M&S; tienda outlet está aquí, pero el Jaeger - aunque no su mejor outlet - regentada por buenos seres humanos. No hay otros que visitamos Rose sobre mediocridad. Dado que las compras es un negocio miserable, mejor perseguidos por alguien en su nombre (aunque limitada por su incapacidad para probar a pantalones), que se necesita de un ascensor.
