Word of advice, wait until the customer has left before you start moaning and slaging them off. Had a terrible experience at Chelmsford John Lewis perfume department. Not only did I any many others have to wait for assistance because you was chatting to your colleagues for a long periord of time. One second after we left you were moaning to your colleague about us, all because we asked a few questions about the purfumes; which I thought was your job. Very unprofessional. This was an upsetting experience. We will not be returning.

This the cafe at the House. Dreadful tepid 'hot' chocolate. A veggie sausage roll warmed up in the microwave, so was soggy! Drippy waitresses that need to tie their hair up and try and wake up! We will not return!

Went in to muffin break today not been in for few months couldn’t believe the price of the cakes slice how much it was over £5 a slice 3 coffee and 3 slice cakes nearly £29 a joke may be make slices smaller and price lower

Hadn't been here in awhile and was not disappointed my all day breakfast was amazing not greasy at all bacon and sausages were very good quality everything was perfect can not wait to go again. Thankyou kings cafe

The best food and service you can get, the food is is high standard and super clean in there. This place is worth a visit as you can fall in love with that place.

We were staying in the hotel and this was the night of the Queen's funeral so we decided to 'eat in'. They only had one chef in the kitchen so it took a long time for our meals to appear. They did warn us when we sat down but it would have been nice to be told when we booked the table when we checked in. Food was nothing special but nothing to complain about either.

Freezing cold. My bar at home better stocked. Cocktails taste like ass. Seriously gone downhill in the last 2 years. Ordered 1 round, then left ! Half the seats also gone.
