Filthy. Understand it's 'boats life' but website totally over sells it. Tables were sticky. Greasy smell. Staff were kids. Website needs to be more realistic as to what you are getting. sells it as 'have a drink on the marina by the water'. It was cold inside. Outside dirty fag dimps from the staff. Says it turns into a bar at night. Again over selling it. No draught available. Just beer in a fridge.

I've never had to complain twice and ask for a refund before I came here.. When we arrived it was dead, my partner and I were the only people being served which seemed odd when there was a 20 minute wait for food. Starting with pros, the interior design was lovely if a little dark in there and we were trying to work out why no one else was in at a 5pm. We soon found out.. Another pro is that one of the waitresses was very kind, apologetic and helpful when things went wrong, I never got her name but she was a young blonde lady whereas the brunette waitress was a bit more moody towards us. Now the cons, the first issue we came to was my partner had ordered a burger with no sauce, it arrived with sauce and the soggiest bun I've ever seen in my life, it was wet.. Being a shy person I apologised for complaining but explained my issues, with which the waitress was polite and took it out the back and I was given fresh buns (not a whole new burger because it would take too long...) meanwhile I could hear the chef and other waitress complaining about my partner and shouting about how he hadn't asked for no sauce which is extremely rude especially when your kitchen doors are not at all soundproof. He got his less soggy buns for his dry and cheap tasting burger. I ordered a "homemade" lasagne which when it arrived was barely warm and had an inch thick layer of grease on top, I decided to give it a go and found no layers underneath but what I could only describe as cat food consistency which gave me an instant stomach ache about ten minutes after giving it a go. To test the amount of grease we put a piece of the napkin on top in which the grease soaked up and even formed a new layer above the napkin.. I am pretty sure this was microwaved and then left on the side for a while. I uncomfortabley had to complain again about my meal explained why I physically couldn't eat it, it was disgusting. The blonde waitress was apologetic and managed to get me a refund on the lasagne as well as two free drinks which I did appreciate but to get that bad of service when there's no ques is awful. We were reccomended here by a friend so I hope it was just bad luck in us getting a bad chef but it's really put me off coming again which is a shame because I love supporting local business. Maybe a new chef is in order, not only for bad food but loudly shouting rude comments about customers too. Thank you to the blonde waitress who was kind to us, I would hope she gets a tip of some kind as she seemed to be the only friendly member of staff.

Visited this hidden gem of Norfolk several times lately and has to be one of the best pubs I have ever been too! The staff are lovely and polite, beer on tap is outstanding and reasonably priced and the customers are more than welcoming to anyone and everyone. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip and by far the best pub in Attleborough!

No hay posibilidad de que se trate de una concesión competitiva y este podría ser un buen lugar. Pero al parecer es alguna relación que los llevó allí y están agregando poco valor para los miembros

Asked for some tap water as passing on a run, lady asked if I was a “customer” - I said no and she looked like I’d asked for the moon on a stick!! Well it’s 100% made sure I will never be one! Jeez what’s up with folk?! Sad times when water is at a premium 😳🙄

Landlord sniffing substances aswelll as the bar staff - would never come back l. Horrible services - rude to customers and overpriced

Went for a coffee in the afternoon at Longfield Costa Coffee. Long queue, not well organised and children running around. Not at all relaxing, will not be returning.

This place doesn't exist, it is a fictional place. It is not on Bute and never has been a cafe or dine, it doesn't serve food or drinks, or anything else. Don't waste energy trying to locate it.

Food arrived very quickly, it was still hot and tasted amazing!! I would highly recommend their burgers and it was great value for money!

Pedimos un hot dog y gofres con salsa de chocolate y tarta de queso. Demasiado caro comida de mierda. La comida tenía un olor extraño, frío y no comestible.

Popped in this evening with my 8 year old son. Both had burgers. Been to the Thatchers multiple times and NEVER receive all items which are advertised on the menu (I heard the table to my left complaining of the same). Always missing the salad or the sauce or the mushroom! We ordered, the food , mine was £15.99 for burger and chips, literally just burger and chips. No coleslaw, no salad. When the waitress delivered our food, she said 'did you need cutlery?' Err, yes please. She brought bare cutlery and plonked it on the table. I would have really appreciated a napkin. alas, no napkin. Burger was very nice (no lettuce as advertised) Chips were cold and very small portion. Table to our right sent food back for being cold! Overall assessment: Prices have risen, portions have got smaller, food has got poorer. Such a shame.

Amazing family pub staff very welcoming. Mark and danny are amazing at what they do nothing is to much trouble for them great with kids always giving dogs treats and water we didn't eat but the food smelt and looking amazing. This is definitely our new local pub

Eat there today 22may 2025 thought in Padstow got to have the fish and chips £15 pound each about average no complaints there. Food was brought out not a very big piece of fish moved the fish aside a plate of scraps for chips returned and asked for chip but should not have bothered Luke warm taste as thought they'd been warmed up and chewie fish was OK but not a lot of it.

Quería un bocado rápido para comer antes de mi tren, a pesar de que este lugar parecía caro pensado para darle una oportunidad. Bueno, es el mejor lugar para una hamburguesa cruda e insípida a £ 19 en Londres. Honestamente lo mejor es evitar lugares mucho mejores alrededor de la estación
