The best restaurants serving Mexican food in West Midlands

no phone call to ask for directions, drove around the area for 45 minutes, food was stone cold and unedible. Will not be ordering again.

This was my first experience of a bottomless brunch and hopefully will be my last. Upon arrival we were informed that due to the nice weather, they had been very busy with walk-ins and we're fully booked. Oddly, though, most of the tables were empty and remained so throughout our two hour slot. For a little under £40 we had the option of one course from the brunch menu and supposedly unlimited cocktails from the classics section of the drinks menu. As a vegetarian, the options for food were ok but limited and 80% of the menu involved eggs as the main ingredient. We were told that unfortunately, due to the unprecedented numbers of walk in guests, they had run out of eggs and so our option was only the burrito. This was disappointing and what arrived was even more so. These were not burritos, but basic wraps, filled with a small amount of chilli/chicken/lamb etc but no rice, cheese, guacamole. Nothing. One of our party asked for an amaretto sour but was warned there was no egg for the foam. The sour did appear (they found a box with three eggs in) and it was ok, the other cocktails were also fine but took a long time to arrive as the small amount of staff were constantly running around doing multiple jobs and turning away potential walk-in customers. Overall I felt there was absolutely no value for money and we were maid to feel like an inconvenience. I do understand that things run out but when such a huge part of your menu is made up of egg dishes, running out of then means no choice. There were other issues involving running out of ingredients which were too numerous to mention and overall it just felt like a bit of a let down. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return. The management needs to look after their staff better and not leave them having the same awkward conversations with customers when things run out.

The best chicken wings ! A must have each time I order. Tasty , big portions , worth the money . Banging 😆

Despite being busy, we explained to Mingaile, our server that we were short on time, but she was helpful and made sure our food was brought out promptly. When we asked for a starter to be served with our main course. Mingaile was pleasant, polite and helpful. The food was, as always good.

I have to be honest - I’ve ordered from Toluca tonight. Half the order didn’t show up. They didn’t pick up the phone. They called back said sorry ask for a refund but they weren’t interested in delivering the food. That’s all we wanted. Never ordering again!

As a group of carers who work in a specialised dementia care unit, we don’t really get an opportunity to get out together due to shift patterns and being too tired so this was our first night out since before the pandemic. We all had the most amazing night! Friday night = absolutely incredible music which was a cool mixture from party, a little old school R&B and some dance remixes, perfect array that can please anybody wanting to hit the dance floor. Everybody was really enjoying themselves, singing, dancing, laughing and giggling. Even the staff had a dance at the end of the night to YMCA! The atmosphere was phenomenal. The staff were all very friendly and made you feel welcome. If you’re in Uttoxeter on a Friday night, I highly recommend this venue.

Ordered food for a home delivery it was 2 hrs late there excuse was heavy traffic we live 2 mile from the restaurant, you can walk it in 20 mins so by the time we got it it was cold and soggy and inedible and the place did not want to know

My favourite place to order for a local take away! Great flavours, lots of options, big portions. Always hot. Absolutley delish.

Never delivered food. Made out they never received the order due to issues with uber. Don’t believe it for a second. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Terrible customer service.

Came in here for a bite to eat before an event. Food was quite dear - £8 for a small burrito. However, the flavour and quality of the food was excellent, good portion to size ratio and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Service was fast and attentive. Food was delicious. We had some smoke theatrical entertainment on table for free, which was fun. Great prices. 100% gona keep this on my top 10 restaurants to visit near me.

Just had my first ever Mexican ( it was a chicken and prawn fajita) from Rojin. Absolutely delicious. I will definitely go back. Sorry I can't give ratings other than food itself- someone else collected it.
