Visited Chiquito this week with a friend, and we had a fantastic experience overall! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was spotless, a testament to how much care the team puts into making every guest feel comfortable. Our waitress, Jess, was absolutely wonderful—polite, attentive, and genuinely courteous. It’s rare to find service with such a personal touch, and she made our visit that much more enjoyable! Now, onto the food! We started with the Queso Fundido, and although it didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of flavour, the team more than redeemed themselves with the main course. The Ultimate Fajita was absolutely scrumptious—bursting with flavour, perfectly cooked, and served with all the right fixings. Every bite was a delight! And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, the Mini Churros arrived. They were light, crispy, and paired with the most heavenly dipping sauce. Honestly, the perfect way to end the meal. Sure, not everything was flawless, but the experience, service, and overall quality of the food made this visit one to remember. Had an awesome time at Chiquito! The food was full of flavor, with generous portions and plenty of tasty options. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Perfect spot for a fun meal with friends—highly recommend!

We come to the chiquito at dudley very regularly and the staff who work there are always friendly the food is nice and there is not much waiting time to be served. We always come here at least once a month and enjoy it every time. it's a good place to come to

Food is lovely, good selection on the menu, fresh hot and very tasty, the service is excellent I forget the servers name but amazing very attentive

Great atmosphere and service. Great selection of starters and mains for all members of the family. Nice desserts too, especially the churros. Shoot out to Lucas who looked after us well.

What a rip-off! I used to love coming here. We got charged £8.50 for 2 small pieces of quesadilla! Fully loaded nachos are not loaded at all. Extra shot of amaretto almost £5.00! This is outrageous and disgusting! I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. Chiquito's is not what is used to be... So sad 😞

Very average and won't be visiting again. Had the chicken fajitas and the chicken was over cooked, although the peppers/onions had a nice flavour. Had the "loaded" nachos to start with the veg chilli. Think I found about 5 black beans across the whole plate. So I'd hardly call them loaded. Overall a real shame and will try independent Mexican restaurants rather than chains like Chiquitos. Service was fine.

We eat here all the time yet today the service was awful things were forgotten to be brought out and not one person came to our to table to ask if we needed anything or it took them ages to get what we asked for. Not very happy at all.

Booked a midweek meal for the husband’s birthday. Good atmosphere, was initially offered a seat mid isle which we requested to be moved to the booth as it was more intimate for our small family … without a problem the usher soon found somewhere for us to sit as the restaurant wasn’t too full. The highlight of our meal came in the form of one of the waiters .. Christian AKA C.M.Punk as he called himself. He was amazing. He elevated our dining experience !! Very attentive regardless of there being a few tables to wait on . Very good communicator , engaged really well with our normally so shy teenage kids. Well done Christian … you made my husband’s day special … to top it off with those amazing vocals as you sang happy Birthday haha 😅 All on all a Saturday customer! Will deffo be back again especially just for the customer service. 10/10.

We arrived at reception at 8:30 pm on Sunday afternoon and ask for table for 8 ppl and they said can’t take so many because they was short staff even the restaurant was empty without so many customers in very disappointed we travelled 30 min to eat there and they didn’t want to serve us

Food was yum, we all enjoyed our dishes. The crispy chicken burger, halloumi burger & chicken tinga burrito. Drinks & food served very quickly. Would recommend!

I'm currently sat here with my dog Louis and I just had to review this place purely for the service given buly Sam and Katie. The front of house wasn't so great in attitude when she knew I had a dog but Katie and Sam made up for it. Sam was so attentive on my order at the bar and because I had Louis readily agreed to bring the drinks out to us on the deck. When Katie came with the nachos she saw Louis and asked if we needed anything for him and brought out trips of chicken for him. The care, passion and love shown by these girls has been so heartwarming. I'll be back with Louis for more chicken and a sharer margarita on the deck soon xx

Me and my best friend love this restaurant and we were celebrating a personal achievement so we ordered cocktails along with Coke zero. unfortunately the waitress dropped the tray of drinks and soaked me from the waist down. I’m writing this review as I cannot find a customer service contact email to discuss the damage done to my white shoes and hope I get a reply. Although the service was a little slow for a Saturday afternoon when the food arrived, it was extremely tasty . The staff were really friendly and couldn’t apologise enough after what had happen. I did not doubt this was an awful accident and not intentionally thrown a tray of drinks over me but unfortunately my white pumps are damaged and I would like some contact this incident.

Staff were absolutely incredible and super friendly. My partner and I both ordered the ultimate fajita each and it was cooked to perfection and tasted incredible, definitely recommend. I've been coming to this restaurant for years since I was a kid and always enjoyed it then.

came here after a film, nice 30% discount with the film ticket here, but it’s just off the food! drinks took 10 minutes to arrive and we only ordered starters, waited 40 minutes, server said the kitchen lost our food ticket :/ portions for starters were very small. They did seem very on top of allergies tho my partner and I don’t suffer with any.

Drinks took 10 minutes to arrive, food took 40 minutes to arrived when we just ordered starters. Server said some reason for the lateness I presume but said it so quickly i could not make it out or respond to it in anyway as they ran off immediately. I am outraged at the size of the servings, the tacos were the smallest ive ever seen and were around 2 inches long and had a single bit of meat in them with a pathetic amount of salad. My girlfriend had quesidillas, which were atleast larger but still ridiculous. These 2 starters cost £15.90 together. On top of all this the 30% discount that came with our movie tickets, only applied to food and not drinks, which is clearly a sly trick of the business and was the twist of the knife after the service and meal, or lack thereof we receieved.

Fantastic food and our server Christian was amazing - me and my husband hardly get chance to go out but when we do Chiquito’s all the way!

We eat here often and love it. The staff are part of the reason we keep coming back, the food is obviously the other part. It's fantastic. My kids refer to Chiquitos as the lizard restaurant, due to the carved wooden lizard at the front of the restaurant. We will keep coming here. Love it here. I have to add to this review. Jess is honestly one main of the reasons we keep coming back to this specific restaurant. She is great at her job and will go far in her career. We always know we will have a great night when Jess is on shift. Thanks again x

Had a fantastic experience at Chiquitos. The food was brilliant and our waitress Jess was very attentive, friendly and contributed massively to the great experience.

Party of eight,The food wasn't very warm, steak cooked a good medium, service was good , gents WC, smells, an ice bucket under urinals to catch leaks will never drink wine or cold drinks in there 🤢 , food overpriced for the quality 🤔

Starter was nice and arrived quick. Main meal was mediocre. Wife had chicken and chorizo skewers. Chorizo wasn't cooked. Told the waitress only for her to say OK I will let the chef know. Won't be rushing back.

Such a shame the new owner group has decided to cheapen the food quality on the menu. Chicken meals are shocking! Come here every week usually but will find elsewhere from now on.

Food was well below expectations. Waitress was trying bless her, the manager full on rowing with chef was the low ebb but a healthy discount on our bill eased our disappointment. Really need to up their game though as the standards have proper slipped. Needs a thorough retrain in the kitchen.

This has to be one of the worst restaurant chains that I have ever been to. The food was awful, I ordered a burrito with beef chilli. It arrived cold, and there was a single piece of chilli beef in the middle. I called the waitress and she began arguing with me about the quantity of beef. I pointed out to her that you could quite clearly see hardly any chilli beef. She then stropped off. My partner finished her meal and we then waited 25 minutes for them to bring a child's portion of churros... The waitress also did not clear the dirty plates and we were left with piled up dirty plates for the whole 25 minute wait. The table opposite us also found a hair in the middle of their tortillas, to which they were discounted 25% of the bill. We did not receive any discount or formal apology for the poor service, and poor quality food. Please do yourself and favour and give this restaurant a miss. Not worth the money or the negative experience, totally ruined a good family day out.

We got their late, however the service and food was still amazing, Paige made our experience very worthwhile as she was very enthusiastic and helpful even when it was late and other waiters/waitresses were tired. This was mu birthday celebration meal, from the moment we entered we were made welcome we were sat in a booth and ordered our drinks. I had a frozen coconut margarita which was amazing. We ordered the sharing platter and a bowl of chilli loaded nachos for starters which were mind blowing. Throughout our meal were were treated amazingly by staff and the atmosphere was excellent. Everything we had was delivered fresh and still hot from the kitchen. We most definitely will be back again as this has become my teenagers favourite place to eat

Great customer service. Great food. Had the halloumi crunch burger. PLENTY of fries. Tables. Sills. Seats were all somewhat sticky and felt grotty. Maybe the cleaning products used as all tables were same. Would visit again for sure Reasonably priced

Came here Tuesday for somebody's birthday nice and quiet busy later on about 7.30 everything went well nothing to moan about will be coming here again.

Chris is an incredible server, the best you will find outside of a Michelin star or fine dining restaurant. Nothing is too much and is happy to accommodate your every need. He is definitely one of the reasons we visit. What a star, he should get a pay rise whatver he is on!

1st time here Thursday,my friend & I had the lunch 3 course offer, it was awesome!..fresh, cooked to perfection,and hot.The Garlic wraps ( like garlic bread) was to die for. Gt value for money,waitress was lovely & the manager was lovely to chat too... definitely be back again for sure...definitely 10/10

me and my boyfriend come here every so often but i’ve always completely forgot to write a review but i’ve never had a bad experience here ever! service is always 10/10 and the team are always amazing and friendly. we went today to celebrate my boyfriend passing his drivers test and we had benji, such a lovely lad, really made our day he was so friendly and attentive and sorted our order right away which both came very quickly and our desserts came about 5 minutes after we ordered! the value for money is amazing too, total came to around £60 for 2 drinks 2 mains and 2 desserts which in my opinion is banging for a restaurant nowadays with such good food with good portions, amazing steak too! big up chiquitos big up benji and big up the steak and prawns‼️

Our favourite place to visit for good food and amazing staff! We're not ashamed to say that we are regulars at Chiquito's and every time we visit we have a good time. The staff are absolutely incredible, they are so friendly and thoughtful, I cannot fault them or sing their praises more! If you want a great atmosphere with lovely people serving you delicious food, Chiquito's is for you!

Went out for a date night which we ain’t had for awhile and all I can say is disappointed, booked for 8pm arrived at 7.58 and table wasn’t ready until 8.10 then we got seated, nothing wrong with the table spot all good. But then we had to wait another 30 mins just for some to come up to us and ask if we would like to order (wasn’t even busy) food was also a disappointment as steak asked for medium rare and that came out practically well done. I had chicken and pulled pork and the chicken was over cooked. Ruined our date night. Place is nice inside but wouldn’t come back overall not a good night!!!

Was seated on a table under a bright white light, was then moved to another table but this had cold air blasting on a cold day. The mocktails were just glasses full of ice and you literally had less than a quarter of the glass of the drink! Food seemed basic, no side salad, only 1 cube of chicken in the paella, when asked to to have this done again they added 2 more cubes of chicken extra! Food was below average and tasteless for a mexican! I have made better mexican dishes at home. Over priced for what it is, very loud music and not family friendly. Wont be eating here again.

Christian aka cm punk has made both visits enjoyable fast and efficient service with a bit of banter. Honestly he deserves a big well done both times being served by him and ended up leaving happy top bloke. Ps I want a signature next time cm punk

Have just been into chiquito Dudley for lunch and have unfortunately experienced one off the worst meals I have ever had. Restaurant was almost empty but for a handful of people yet still extremely slow service. The food was almost inedible. I tried to eat what I could but left most. Was charged the sort of prices you would expect on a Saturday evening for a poor quality meal on a Wednesday lunch time. I would advise people to avoid this restaurant.

My chicken burger was hard, but service was brilliant, kids ate free and food was reasonably priced.

This place is 10/10. It’s mine and my partners’ go to place when I come to his. They never disappoint in terms of food or service. We came in for Valentines and we were served by Christian. He was so friendly and lovely just like the rest of the staff. Super pleased and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere nice to eat.
