I have used zilanis restaurant for several years so i was dissapointed when i recieved in my mind half a portion,i have had a meal before with just 3 pieces of lamb and tonight on phoning i was told it would be sorted next time!!...shame as i like their food but i have to say there will not be a next time.

Ordered 3 times this week, love the spice and flavours of the noodles. Definitely worth a try.

Waiting time is nowhere near the advised times - no one even in the counter to talk to about it plus prices for food are way too expensive for what you get. Don't usually give bad reviews but this place deserves it

I ordered food from Uber eats and my food came 1 hour late than the original time, and I had few items missing from my order, and the masala chips didn’t have enough masala powder on them, and I called in twice and was rudely got spoken to and then they rudely put the phone down on me and this is unprofessional from you as a fast food restaurant, this was my first time having food from you and will be my last.

NEVER ORDER. ordered for the first time on just eat and honestly the food was an hour late, then when we called the man one phone was very rude, and they hung up the food on me. The food was a mess, chilli naan they poked holes in the naan to add raw green chilli and the naan itself wasn’t even fully cooked. The masala chips were stale and there was no masala on them. Food was not cooked well and the customer service was absolutely disgusting.

I wouldn't order from here again I ordered two korma they were that hot I couldn't eat mine and my daughter couldn't eat hers my husband had a balti and asked for a medium heat and it was full of onions, peppers and hardly any chicken and it was really hot and peppery then the driver asked us for the money which I had already paid for on the app the takeaway sent us I've had a reaction so has my daughter to the hot spices he's used korma us supposed to be mild and we had 5 small pieces of chicken in it and the leaflet said you got a 15% discount we never got that shame on you just lost our business

Food arrived over half an hour later then the expected time given. Food was very cold when arrived. Staff on the phone very rude when asking them how long the Food will be. Will not be ordering from here again!!

I don't like giving such bad reviews but unfortunately Zilanis really deserve this rating. I ordered Aloo Pakora, Paneer Pakora, Chicken bombay Bites. The Chicken bites cost £3.50, what we got for this price was tiny crumbs of batter with perhaps a strand of chicken DNA within. I phoned Zilanis to let them know thinking they had made a mistake with my order, shockingly this was not the case. I would be a fool to buy from here again.

I don't normally give restaurants bad reviews since taste is subjective and just because I didn't enjoy something about a dish doesn't make an entire restaurant bad, however this was terrible to such a transcendental level of awfulness it changed my outlook on life, I have to admit I never before imagined food could taste like this bad, and yet it is possible. we ordered 'ramen' (for those unaware basically a soup broth with some meat, egg noodles and vegetables) - there was zero broth at all, with very overcooked low quality noodle in some horrible curry sauce, I ordered it with 'no heat', and what I got was extremely hot (even my hot food lover son wasn't able to eat it) the rest ordered madras(should be only a little bit hot) was even hotter then main - inedible! on top of that we ordered 3 samosas for £3 - we got 3 tiny samosas(the kind that you get 4 of for free in chines restaurants if your order are over £20) also extremely hot. Overall the worst take away I ever got. To top this all of the delivery took age's (but that could maybe not be there fault, but it probably was), and the food was expensive.

All the meat was over cooked, burnt and dry. The noodles resembled tinned spaghetti. It was bad. Won't order again.

Food was 40 minutes late, called and was advised food was out for delivery, called 15 minutes later and was told it had just left. Service was terrible, a random man and woman shouted on the phone before the manager picked up and hung up. Food was terrible, pakora was burnt, wings were the size of my pinkie finger and tasted horrible. The curry was really nice but they missed the drink and refused to answer the phone when we tried calling to get the drink delivered or refunded. The place has gone downhill

Ordered Flame Mixed Grill Madras’s from this place for the first time. I’d never order from this place again. The service was good, but the food was disgusting, very oily, has lots of masla and has no taste. The chicken and meat were not cooked. Save your money and go else where to avoid disappointment…. I’d never order from here again!!!!

DONT BOTHER ordering from this place. Place an order through uber eats. After 90 mins of waiting tried to contact the restaurant but phone line doesn't work. Even uber customer service couldn't contact them. Biggest fraudsters serving so called food.

Been waiting 2 hrs for food after ordering off Uber eats and no sign. Unable to get hold of the takeaway on the number on Uber eats. Constantly engaged. Found another number that just rings out. Given up now especially as Google states the place is closed. If reading this don’t bother as I will be claiming my money back and now way too late.

1st time ordering. The food was so nice, fresh,hit and tasty and loads of it. Delivery was later than expected but worth it!... we absolutely love the food and will order again

ordered take away. Food arrived freezing cold. Chips were inedible way too much masala and stone cold. Roti was hard and crunchy and the samosa chatt, although warm, lacked any flavour.

Ordered 9 curry’s for a dinner party - ordered on the phone 6pm for 8pm delivery- an hour later my guests were still waiting for their curry’s. I phoned twice to receive lame excuses. Eventually they did come - BUT…..they all arrived way too spicy (probably deliberate) my nephew threw up, my son who can take a hot curry couldn’t eat it, my poor mom and her partner suffered. Luckily I had not ordered one I made my own slimming world style so I was the only one who didn’t suffer. Disgusting 🤢 shame as we had one a few weeks ago and it was ok. Needless to say I won’t be ordering again. 😡 waste of my hard earned money

So decided to made an order over the phone as just eat wasn't working properly, ordered a burger meal, lamb chomps fries and chicken tikka naan. Chicken tikka was advertised as 8 peices but got 6 pieces. I didnt get my burger meal! Was charged 5 quid, your driver abdul didn't know what to do. Not very happy, I will call you tomorrow to resolve this! Your lamb chomps were slightly undercooked. Food quality isn't the same as before, maybe because it was 10 o'clock and you was closing at half 10. Hopefully is will get resolved tomorrow.

This place has been a hidden gem. Really excellent curry, nans, rice, biryani, grills. Nothing I tried turned out disappointing! Generously prepared and packaged well, honestly way tastier than a lot of fancier indian restaurants.

Totally disappointed with this place food was 1hr 30 mins but was told would be 40 mins. Ordered grill chicken burgers but got chicken tikka with soggy buns. Waste of food and money. First and last order from me

I regularly sample most the Curry's served at Zilanis and enjoyed them all but the best choice for me is the Pasanda! This is the best food I've tasted in a long time. Well worth it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Oh my... There was a hiccup with my starter and I got tandoori chicken rather than tandoori mixed grill. It was one of the more delicious oopsies I've encountered. Meat Madrasi, chicken rice, cauliflower bhaji followed and I was delighted to going the Madras want just "same sauce, more chilli" - it was dark and rich and appropriately spiced. The cauliflower was clearly fresh and in a very... Oh I just want to say "yum". They made me akeema cheese naan as well. I've just moved in. I'm their new regular.

My partner and I ordered from here for the first time last night. Food came quick and on time. Food is reasonably priced. The food we ordered was delicious. Our particular favourites were the mushroom pilau rice and the meat samosas. Food went down a treat. Will definitely order from here again to see if the food is as good as our first order.
