The best restaurants serving Mexican food in South West

This is the second time I have visited here. The food is brilliant and extremely yummy! The staff are all so lovely too!!! Will definitely be returning again! :)

Ordered a takeaway after our usual choice let us down. Great food and 20% off for takeaways a bonus! Lovely staff and atmosphere when we went to collect.

This little place is unique but I wasn’t overly impressed with the food. Cocktails are great, service really good too but the food wasn’t to either of our tastes at all which was a shame as I’ve always loved Mexican food.

We thought our booking was for Saturday but realised it was for Friday after Taco Boys debited £96 from our card. Phoned and e-mailed holding our hands up to our error and appealing for a refund or to keep the £96 but credit a £180 voucher as we would struggle to enjoy a meal with the charge on our minds. Given the £180 voucher was for dinner and drinks for 2, the £96 charge amounts to a 114% mark-up and presumably 100% margin for 2 covers. Keeping £276 for a table for 2 when the drinks are still in the bottle feels avaricious and money, rather than customer focused. This review was sent to Taco Boys before posting. Still no reply + Robbie really comfortable with taking, what for me was an upsetting call.

Fantastic little take away! We stopped here as my husband was desperate for lobster. The food was delicious, we had 1/2 lobster, Parmesan fries, loaded fries, calamari and mac & cheese croquettes and couldn’t fault a single thing! We sat on the harbour front in our camper (as it was raining!) and thoroughly enjoyed!

Really lovely staff. Nice super colourful decor - the blue windows really stand out (in a nice way) compared to neighbouring buildings. Prices are good. Food isn't great to be honest - we had a combination of dishes but none were particularly well flavoured so can't say I would recommend or visit again unfortunately...

Our first time eating at Pepes Tex Mex. We had fantastic food. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Wonderful. We'll definitely be back.
