Visited as its close to the London office. Its outside in a stall eith huge queues. Plenty of veggie options that are fast and fresh with so many members of staff that it is a slick operation. Really enjoyed and it was affordable for London, too

Bonito lugar en el sótano con buena comida mexicana. Personal amable y todo. Solo el propietario trata de convertirlo en una especie de discoteca con altavoces enormes y muy fuertes y luces de discoteca intermitentes. Totalmente pasado de moda. El volumen nos ahuyentó. La camarera explicó que el propietario quiere atraer clientes de la calle con la música alta. . . Será mejor que cree un ambiente oscuro y misterioso mexicano con luces tenues, arte tradicional mexicano y música suave. Ahora no tomamos un cóctel o un desierto, hartos como estábamos de la música alta...

Despite being busy, we explained to Mingaile, our server that we were short on time, but she was helpful and made sure our food was brought out promptly. When we asked for a starter to be served with our main course. Mingaile was pleasant, polite and helpful. The food was, as always good.

Tasty food, EXCELLENT service. The music is perfect volume with rhythm, you can talk but there's a vibe. Comfy seating, COCKTAILS ARE A MUST!

Had an awful experience in chiquitos yesterday evening. We are a family of 4 and regularly visit even though the service is never that great but we do generally enjoy the food. We were seated, ordered drinks. My husband was offered maui beer which then turned out wasn't available. Ordered our meals. First problem one of the starters wasn't correct so i had to wait for it to be cooked again. Our food was good even though mains and desserts took a long time despite the place being practically empty however we didn’t comment/complain about this. At the end of the meal i asked for the bill and showed the tastecard. The bill was brought over and immediately had the card machine put in front of us with no time for us to check the bill. We paid for it as we were put on the spot but when my husband checked the bill we could see it was clearly incorrect. We had a taste card so the adult meals should have been starters and mains 2for1. We explained to the waiter who went and got his manager. The manager came over telling us the receipt is “weird” but the till is not wrong. So we wrote down everything we had ordered with the price and took off 1 main and 1 starter. He just wasn't interested and refused to add it up for himself because “his till is never wrong”. He offered to refund us and charge us again but we would be charged twice for several days until the refund comes through because he “didn't want to have to explain himself to head office.” He wanted to do what was convenient for him, not what was convenient for us. When we said we weren't happy in having in being charged twice he offered us free churros to take home. We didn't want dessert and this doesn't resolve the fact that we were being charged incorrectly and basically being made out to be lying because he wouldn’t check it out for himself. To be honest his attitude was absolutely disgraceful and being a waitress myself i just couldn't believe it. What we ordered Kids meal £8.40 Kids meal £8.40 Nachos starter £6.95 Cheese sauce £1.00 Nachos starter £6.95 Extra chicken £2.45 Main quesadilla £15.95 Main chimichanga £15.25 Corona £5.50 Corona £5.50 Coke zero £3.95 = £80.30 minus a starter and main = £58.10. However we were charged £ 64.55. The manager took my husband to his till to show him the amount… obviously this didn’t solve anything. It is not about the £6.45 we were overcharged. It’s the managers attitude and that he refused to listen to us because his “till is never wrong”. He didn't want to resolve the issue the correct way. My kids were tired, it became way past their bedtime. 1 of which is disabled and severely autistic and was becoming more and more frustrated. I cant put in to words how annoyed we are over this. I have had several negative experiences in this place but this by far tops the lot. Absolutely fuming!

Taste of food is good but the staff is very rude specially that guy. He is lot of rude and bahave with attitude and disrespectfully. Whenever you go there try to avoid that man also there is one girl she is so good but that guy is very rude I experienced him 2 times and found him rude both times also he said our manager allow us to behave like this. 🤷
