The best restaurants serving Mediterranean food in Birmingham West Midlands

Hemos comido aquí en varias ocasiones cuando en el centro de Birmingham y siempre lo disfrutamos. Fue una gran decepción. Varias cosas que queríamos pedir no estaban disponibles en el menú de tapas, también el vino. La comida cuando llegó era tibia. El postre que queríamos no estaba disponible y no había café ya que la caldera estaba rota! Lo abordamos con el personal diciendo lo decepcionados que estábamos. Acaban de disculparse. Lamentablemente no volveremos.

Came here before the hippodrome, had to wait for a table as it was too busy however when we were seated, we were met with complimentary starters. We had a mix of meats which were all delicious & cane with lots of sides, dont go hungry! Service was great, our waiter in particular was extremely friendly & looked after us despite having a lot of tables to serve. Overall, a great meal and we’ll be back again!

Primera visita y no será la última. A pesar de andamios en frente del edificio (para los apartamentos no el restaurante) que era un poco fuera de lugar, la cálida bienvenida a la llegada y mesa en la ventana, viendo pasar las barcazas en un espacio muy bien decorado golpeó el lugar. Con un precio fijo de 2 / 3 platos de almuerzo o almuerzo sin fondo con bebidas o a la carta, había mucho para elegir. Comenzando con bebidas de Marlborough sauvignon blanc y un vino blanco siciliano (muy sabroso) , calamares y bruschetta, pasando a mains de lasaña y bolsas de mar con patatas y lado de ensalada de tomate / cebolla, este fue un almuerzo muy llenó. Sin capacidad para un postre, optamos en lugar de cafés (Illy) servidos a una auténtica temperatura italiana - es decir, bebible no escaldado para la boca! Gran servicio con una sonrisa - el lugar parecía popular entre los grupos de damas y parejas en un sábado a la hora del almuerzo.

My family and I had a wonderful evening at Byzantinium. The food, atmosphere, decor and waiters were great. Special thanks to the hospitality and kindness to the owner who made our evening 😊❤️

Amazing Turkish food with very reasonable prices & great customer service! Waiting time was very short and there were lots of complimentary treats. A massive shout out to Sannas for being so accommodating - thank you! Will definitely be returning!

Food is authentic and tasty, a lot of effort is made, service is quick with a smile whilst seats are comfortable, private areas available too

Clean, welcoming, friendly, generous portions and delicious food. Recommended.

Went here for a business dinner. Their staff were very attentive. The place is clean and the food was great. Their sushi platter were presented well and taste good as well. Highly recommend the beef on skewers. It is perfectly cooked and tastes great! The only thing missing here is the knowledge of their waiting staff in terms of food being served. It was not explained and when asked have to go back to the kitchen and get the answer. It was overall a bit pricey but gives good value in terms of quality.

I hated the food and almost everything about this reataurNt as it was overpriced the food was terrible and the service was rubbish
