Amazing Turkish food with very reasonable prices & great customer service! Waiting time was very short and there were lots of complimentary treats. A massive shout out to Sannas for being so accommodating - thank you! Will definitely be returning!

Kemal Pasha Restaurant is the most amazing place in England for dining, offering incredibly delicious and tasty kebabs. It also has a very charming and pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff.

The food was incredibly disappointing. The smell of old meat was overwhelming, particularly from the , lamb ribs,. also, the Lamb donor it was taste like pork On top of that, the staff paid us no attention, showing clear racism by not even smiling. The service was extremely poor.

Food was not cooked properly and meat had smell in it. Overpriced and bad bland taste.

Originally ordered a mix grill the chef made a little mistake but never the less the owner went above and beyond to not only correct it by making everything fresh again and but also sent a lovely selection of deserts as an apology thank you so much 😊

I have been ordering online for 5 years, and I overlooked the fact that one evening I received another customer’s food. However, tonight I ordered chicken beity, but instead, I received a mixed dish that included lamb. I cannot eat lamb, and I immediately noticed it in the food. Besides the fact that I was left without a meal, I decided to call the restaurant to let them know so this wouldn’t happen again. What made me write this review was the man who answered the phone. After I explained what had happened with my order, he replied, “No, it was chicken, not lamb.” He insisted and kept talking over me. The pasta also had an off ingredient in them. I would have had no reason to call the restaurant if I had received the correct food. Take a look at how many orders we have placed. And I didn’t complain when you sent burnt or dry pide, overcooked pasta, and many other issues. In short—shame on you. Both the quality and the chefs are no longer what they used to be.

As a Turkish customer, I gotta say this: this restaurant is the best in this area. Kebabs and lahmacun is perfect. The owner sometimes serves people and is in close contact with customers, he is a really hardworking man. Thus a successful restaurant is inevitable. Keep up the good work. The only problem is sometimes they say they don’t have lahmacun left and it’s annoying 😭 I wish it was always reachable.

Hasn’t been here in a long time so thought I’d give it a try.. The Restaurant has been newly refurbished, Nice and Clean, The Whole experience from start to finish was Excellent! From 5* Service To The Food (Mix Platter I ordered) was Grilled To Perfection I must Say.. The Waitress were really attentive and helpful, The Manager was really Polite and Appreciative.. I will Definitely be Returning back again.

Not sure who I spoke to at first but it wasn’t very helpful then someone else took the phone and he was so polite, what I ordered was out of stock so to compensate he added a salad and hummus. So polite and look after their customers!

Unexpectedly good. You must go try the food. The mixed platter, the dolma and the hummus was amazing! The liver was OUTSTANDING!! Hakeem was amazing at customer service. The manager Ash made us feel so welcome. I would definitely come back Again and again.

A kebab and chips cost me £12, it was dry and tasteless, 0 flavour and they gave me some mint sauce that tasted like it had gone off which infact gave me an upset stomach. So disappointing I would never recommend eating here. Staff were polite

While one of the waiters was friendly and provided good service, the manager’s behavior made the experience uncomfortable. He stood watching every customer while they ate, which felt invasive, and his manner of speaking to customers was not polite.

We popped in to Pasha for light lunch and we were not disappointed. The lovely waitress was super friendly and attentive. She told us her name which I have forgotten and don't want to insult by guessing. Pre-covid we used to come to this restaurant frequently. We were told the restaurant is under new management and the new updated decor is modern, fresh and welcoming. The menu is extensive with lots of variety. We enjoyed our light lunch. We would definitely go back.

Came here the other day with my family. We have been coming here for years but the new management and refurbishment is way better. Ali was very lovely and greeted us directly. We were served by Alina and taken care of by Sanaz as well as the tall gentlemen with glasses. Service was exceptional and food was fresh, healthy and tasty. Best we've had since coming here and such a nice ambience, very family friendly.

Hun, down is the best Turkish of all times we’ve been to many Turkish places across Birmingham. This has to be the best.

I've got the mix grill, and the potion size for 1 was suitable for 2 people. The fresh baked naan were absolutely amazing, flavoursome, and smelt sooo good. The food has amazing taste. Overall, I would recommend this place and atmosphere of this place is a family setting based on the open kitchen to watch food being prepared.

Pasha on Dudley Road Very tasty food They’ve been ther a while now but constistently good food Great service and huge portions. Just the naan and hummus plus other nibbles at beginning were more than filing enough lol

Absolutely amazing food and hospitality from the staff. The male manager and the blonde waitress were especially delightful. I would recommend the mixed platter for two. The salad was refreshing and such a big portion it was refreshing and tantalising. There are lots of veggie options and spice. The olives were nice and the salad was a wonder in itself.

Absolutely beautiful food! Just wow! It was the first time I came here today, had a take out, and ordered the lamb kebab skewers and some chicken nuggets for my son. The lamb kebab was sooo nice! So tender and not too spicy, perfect, it came with this lovely veg rice, and they gave a beautiful salad and delicious sauces. I’m so glad I came here. Very friendly staff too. Next time I would love to eat in. Thank you for the amazing food !

Been here multiple times and it never disappoints. The service is brilliant and the staff are very welcoming! Food is always tasty and cooked to perfection. My husband and I always order the same dishes at every Turkish restaurant and the dishes here really hit the mark. The chicken shish is succulent and the sarma beyti is flavourful. This may become our go-to Turkish restaurant when in Birmingham!
