Noel's Bar and Restaurant in Birmingham

2nd time to this stunning restaurant and 2nd time served by the truly amazing Wictoria, the food was beyond stunning, the chef kindly de shelled my prawns for me and the sauce was the best I have ever tasted, my pasta main was stunning. My partners scallops and mussels were again stunning. Victoria our waitress made sure our evening was perfect, her attention to detail and customer service are second to none and she helped make my partners birthday meal the perfect evening, thank you so much.

This place is so amazing! We popped in to get out of the rain. Beautiful interior and lovely ambience. We choose the 2 course menu.

Having visited Noel's in July for the first time we decided to return to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Once we mentioned to them that it was our anniversary Callum went above and beyond to make our lunch really special. The service and food is outstanding. Thank you Callum

We were lucky enough to visit Noel’s on a Friday evening when the sun was out, which meant we could sit outside, that only added to the night. The whole experience was amazing, great food, great service (thank you Callum and team for looking after us!) such a special evening, the food was stunning. I’d highly recommend Noel’s, especially if you’re looking for somewhere a bit special.

OMG Amazing!!! Came for the bottomless brunch and it was excellent. Good choice of food which was all excellent and the cocktails were really good. I highly recommend the Tangerine Spritz. Met up for a special birthday lunch. The staff were amazing. Really friendly and so helpful. I had forgotten my glasses so they lent me a pair from the Lost and Found box. That was definitely above and beyond. Service was brilliant and the food....well definitely one of the best meals ever. I had the Tagliolino pasta with lobster. It was beautifully presented and tasted exquisite. I will most certainly be returning to this restaurant.

I had a lovely meal at Noels last night. Took my mum for her birthday before going to the theatre. We ate early at 5.15pm and it was nice and quiet. The service was excellent. All staff members very polite and attentive. The food was delicious and I would recommend and return.

I have walked past here countless times and went in this evening with my friend for dinner. We were shown to our table swiftly, the staff were attentive and very polite. How was the food? Absolutely superb! Portions were a decent size and was absolutely delicious.

Disappointed after hearing good words. All had oysters great but red cabbage on them just spoilt them they normally go with shallots and red wine. Had steak which was good but peppercorn sauce just a bit taste of gravy, nothing special. Paid extra for Parmesan and truffle chips unfortunately hardly any of the chips had any truffle and parmesan on just frozen chips just average. The good points restaurants set out lovely right on the canal and staff wonderful, luckily paid 50% offer in jan theres no way would we pay full price for this such a shame.

Another lovely evening meal at this beautiful restaurant. This is our fourth time having a meal at Noels and once again the service was impeccable and the food was amazing. Considering how busy the place was they were still able to deliver a friendly and attentive customer service. Special mention to Callum who looked after us this evening, who never stopped throughout the night we were there and still kept a smile on his face all throughout. I hope they keep this level of service because we are sure to be back again.

Was looking forward to trying this place but not a great one unfortunately. Scallop starter were small and overcooked (rubberyish) and mushroom risotto was bland (rice had a funny texture, under seasoned and not much of a mushroom flavour). It was ok, but could have been so much more. Service was good though.

Very misleading offer advertised on their website. It states that there is a 50% off food offer in January with no asterisk, exceptions or T&Cs listed at all. It is only when we showed up to the restaurant after booking that I asked the waitress whether it is 50% off all food that we were told that this offer was only valid on certain days. I told her that it does not list this anywhere on the website when we booked, in which she agreed and said that multiple people had raised this. It is only when you view the online menu that there is a small print defining the T&Cs. As we had booked a table in advance, if we no longer wanted food we would have to pay a £20 cancellation charge each. Nowhere through their online booking does it notify you that the 50% off offer would not be valid on those days. Food was nice but portions were small.

Bought my mum, auntie and cousin here for retreat before a show at symphony Hall. I’ve been before and had such wonderful food and this time did not disappoint at all. Opted for the festive menu and added on the bottomless cocktails for £30. Although service wasn’t super speedy cocktails were available whenever we asked, and I could easily have managed, I stopped at four so I didn’t fall asleep! My favourite is a cocktails was a cinnamon rumble which was just beautiful The food was outstanding, and everybody enjoyed their courses. Service was also great, and they were super accommodating of my mum‘s mobility and allergy requirements. Gold stars all round

Another wonderful visit to one of our favourite restaurants. We can never fault the presentation of the food, and the service always impeccable. The waitress we had was very friendly and professional and was attentive throughout the couples of hours we spent there. Recommend the bottomless lunch first time we had this and we'll worth the extra supplement! But must say to all the team who served us on the day , well done! Cannot wait to return later in January.

Chose Noel's for our Team's Christmas Lunch - 29 of us - mainly due to the close proximity to our Office. Perfect choice ! Natalja and her lovely Team couldn't do enough for us. Knew all of our Meal choices. The food was hot, excellent portion sizes. The puds were delightful as were the Mocktails ! Lovely ambience and decor. All in all perfect - will Def return .

Have to start by saying the staff were very good and really accommodating.However the food was average at best. Small portions and I have to say I’ve had food as good if not better in a Wetherspoons. I absolutely don’t mind paying good money for good food but that’s not what I got here

Our family of nine enjoyed a splendid Sunday lunch at Noel's. We were shown to a beautiful table, the restaurant is immaculate. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about details of the menu, e.g. vegetarian and peanut allergy. We were delighted with the beautifully presented mocktails. Everyone was impressed with the quality of each course. The expertly prepared food was simply divine, quality ingredients and skillfully presented. The Linguine Marinara - fresh and delicious. The waiting staff - Rezno, Callum and Daniella - were attentive without being intrusive, making us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant, even though we weren't! It was super easy to park in the Mailbox and the other half of our party Ubered right to the door. It's not often you come away from a restaurant feeling 100% happy but Noel's achieved it. We will be sure to return.

Stumbled by Noel’s with friends late on a Saturday evening (9.30 pm) and menu looked fab! Luckily they could fit the 4 of us in (two couples). A lovely venue (aesthetically pleasing on the eye and those who love an IG post) and the staff are just top notch so welcoming. We ordered homemade bread, olives, calamari to start. Then for mains 2 seafood linguine, 2 side dishes of spinach, t-bone steak and truffle mushroom risotto-risotto was 10/10. Including 4 drinks and service change just shy of £200 for the 4 of us. Will definitely return.
