The best restaurants serving Mediterranean food in Dartford South East

GREAT food! Great service and a laid back vibe. LOVE this restaurant.

I visited the Bluewater store of Ori Caffe on Saturday 2nd March and I was blown away with the service and standard of the food in there. I had a special sandwich made up for me from a young lady who looked like the Manager. She was warm, friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Ori Caffe to anybody :)

They don't package the items properly when ordering for delivery. Contents all in the plastic bag. Called restaurant to complain no accountability and asked to call back in an hour as the 'boss' will be back. Shocking service and appalling delivery!

Waiters were lovely and very attentive! Very quick service and yet the food is amazing. Highly recommend! Our waiter in particular, Ben made the first time coming here so good, thank you!

“Absolutely awful experience. The place had a dead atmosphere, and the staff couldn’t care less. The so-called manager walked past me twice while I was sitting at the bar waiting for a drink, without even acknowledging me. When the barman finally asked what I wanted, he couldn’t find the bottle I asked for. He then asked the ‘manager,’ who lazily looked in a cupboard for a few seconds before walking off. The barman told me they didn’t have what I wanted. I pointed to a bottle sitting on the counter. Apparently, because it wasn’t the brand that was on the menu, they couldn’t sell it to me. I left immediately; no consideration, and zero customer service. The manager seemed completely useless—‘dead from the neck upwards’ is putting it kindly. Avoid this place at all costs.”

My family and I really liked this restaurant a lot. The food is super good and fresh; the portions are generous. Their lamb and chicken are really excellent! The staff is super nice and very attentive. Their bread is extra good. Also, we ordered the dessert (can't remember the name of it) and it was to kill for;) if you are nearby - visit the place- you will not be disappointed!

Here for lunch to catch up with friends. We wanted a leisurely lunch where we wouldn’t be rushed and good chat, alongside some good food and that’s exactly what we got! Our host, Olu, was brilliant, so welcoming and friendly. The waiting staff were attentive. Food was good and tasty Would come again
