The best restaurants serving Mediterranean food in Chiltern South East

I looked for this restaurant and could not find it. Looks to have closed so I wonder why it is still on TA? Shame really as it had good reviews

Busy so obviously popular but was disappointed (it had been recommended to us) - food was OK but nothing special. Service reasonable as they were busy -but bizarre to get a bowl of chips right at the end - with the rationale they cook everything freshly. All the other dishes came more or less together

Service was good, food was good although everyone’s main meals weren’t hot enough they definitely need to improve on this for big tables

Outside is nice but most tables uncomfortable in cafe bit. Service off hand and be careful as in small print in menu they mention 20% VAT applied to dine in and 10% discretionary service. So on looking at the menu you need to add 30% if eating in.. thought it was not good value for money

This pub is such a gem — warm, welcoming, and full of charm. My mum and I went for dinner and everything from the service to the food was great. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed, and the outdoor area is especially lovely in the evening. We were lucky enough to attend a Women’s Hour event held outside, which added such a thoughtful, community-focused touch to our evening. It was well-organised, friendly, and felt like a safe and inclusive space. A really special night — we’ll definitely be back.
