The best restaurants serving Japanese food in Chelmsford East of England

This place exceeded my expectations! The sushi was very fresh and tasty and the tempura prawns were very crispy! The owner was very friendly and he suggested some different sushi rolls for us to try and they all tasted amazing. I only had one picture because my boyfriend and I ate all the food so quickly😂 The best sushi in chelmsford I have tried so far I would definitely go again.

We have been here a few times. Both to dine in and take away. The service is always friendly and professional. The food is delicious. We may have now tried the entire menu and picking a favorite is hard. Wish there were more restaurants like this in Moulsham and Chelmsford.

Fast and tasty food for a great price. Great place to go for quickly, easy sit-in lunch.

Grabbed sushi from station concession. Salmon had turned to “fishy” so not fresh and rice was hard. Whole pack straight in to the bin.

Absolutely terrible, booked for 8:15pm, we got seated and admittedly the restaurant is beautiful inside however the service is shocking. I say service but there was no service at all, after sitting at our table for 35 minutes and not been seen to at all for any drinks we walked out and went to Zenxi for a much nicer dinner. Will be my first and last time going to Zinnia, how are they still operating with service this bad, it is obviously a common problem as there is many other reviewers stating the same thing. They didn’t even seem bothered when we walked out!
