The best restaurants serving Italian food in Bradford Yorkshire and The Humber

Very nice food i got the romeo and juliet and it was delicous. I ordered a item from the menu and it wasnt up to my standards. The manager switched the item and he was really sweet and understanding he was very kind and the item was amazing

the pizza had been dropped , and was cold , the delivery driver I eas looking out for carried pizza on side running , while passengers in car teibble dervice

Yesterday we brought a full chocolate fudge cake for my daughters 18th, however when we ordered the cake we were not notified it would be brought from Costco and that it is not freshly prepared, the sell by date was deliberately taken off the packaging and it was dry. Rang to complain but they had no good explanation just making excuses. I don’t think we will be getting desserts from here again.

Member of staff Erin was fantastic , also Juan and Anna extraordinary staff love them so much, I have never received such incredible customer service. James was also very kind, hope I have names right. Will be coming here again had such a lovely experience Erin really made it so enjoyable for us absolute 10/10

There is no doubt about the quality of the food. Exceptional. However, even for fine dining standards the portions are tiny. I didn't feel anywhere cloae to satisfied. The restaurant itself is very cool. But the thumpy music makes it feel like more of a sheesha place than a fine dining restaurant. Staff are really attentive, can't do enough for you. The clientele did not match the overall standard the restaurant aims for. I was expecting well dressed, well spoken people. What I saw were groups of lads dressed extremely casually.... Probably won't be going back in a hurry.

Ordered on just eat at 21.20. Never delivered. Close at 22.30 and didn’t mark the missing order as delivered until after this time so no way to contact them. Shocking con.

Used to order here all time. Treated myself recently and was so looking forward to it but the food does not have the same taste or presentation. Definitely not worth the price anymore. A real shame used to be amazing.

The food was tasty but the service was terrible. I had to go the bar twice to remind the barmaid of my drink!!!! She was apologetic though.

Place was understaffed when I came here with a friend. Took 30 mins waiting for a simple milkshake. Yes the gimmicks look impressive but not worth the painfully slow waiting times.

Absolutely abysmal service ,we are were told as we sat down 20minutes to order food, that we needed to order now or no food. All our guests hadn’t arrived. Wouldn’t let us sort out the app to pay. Manager/ supervisor sat in her coat throwing us daggers it wasn’t even 9pm and refused to help us with the app Bradford city of culture is this year there will be lots of events happening later but bloody hell don’t go to Bradford pizza express near the Broadway. Been a loyal friend to pizza express but never treated so bad .

Ordered a spicy keema pizza it seemed like someone threw all the ingredients from over the counter and put it in the oven. It was burnt, floppy and soggy. I called the shop back to complain and he said that’s how we make our pizzas. Never again will I be ordering from here again.
