Place was understaffed when I came here with a friend. Took 30 mins waiting for a simple milkshake. Yes the gimmicks look impressive but not worth the painfully slow waiting times.

Well thought out interior, decor, design and presentation of desserts. NOt that expensive too. Got a sharing cookie dough and waffle for only £11. Staff And the owner very friendly and customer focused. Desserts were of top class. I loved watching my desserts being created in front of me. Staff were also very child friendly!

This place is incredible - such a snazzy gimmick but reasonably priced. Boyfriend had the best white chocolate cookie dough he’s ever had! I had ice cream rolls would suggest just one flavour - I got three but it was a little too much to be honest! But was so good would be great for kids and adults

Been here twice now. Has been great both times. It is a small shop but we'll thought out and designed well. The ice cream is very good and the waffles are really good too. Much different from other waffles I have had from other places but very tasty. The slushies are really good too but I would say a little over priced if anything. If your looking to see your ice cream been made right in front of you then this is the place to come. Interesting and pretty cool.

I usually love pizza express chicken pesto pasta so i decided to order the mushroom macaroni cheese. I got sprouts with it. The sprouts were very undercooked and bitter, I didn’t enjoy it I threw them away sadly. The pasta was bland and tasteless. I’m really upset as pizza express isn’t cheap and this was a self care treat for me but it didn’t pay off. I don’t recommend getting those 2 dishes

Me and my 2 friends went for the Sunday Roast. Booked online, Cona called me twice to confirm the exact time I would be arriving and my booking. You’d think with all the booking prioritisation, that the minute we entered the restaurant, we’d be escorted to our table. We got there early- we had to stand waiting , for at least 5 minutes… Cona needs to work on welcoming the guests (open the door for guests) and prioritise seating them immediately… The food was decent , tasty. I think they could be a little bit more generous with the amount of meat given in the Sunday Lunch, and especially could also give a lot more potatoes…, considering the meal is £40. Chairs … - they’re okay , not the most comfortable chairs. The Staff and waiters are friendly , attentive , they wipe the table after every serving , good attention to detail. Look , I get it , this place is for rich clientele, if you want cheaper food go somewhere else. I need to get my money up so I can afford to eat at CONA 3 times a week !!! For me , I liked vibe , the dark atmosphere and the tech house music, however , for the more Islamic minded, don’t expect a prayer room (it’s not the place for you) The food was tasty , I would come again to try the expensive wagyu steaks My other two friends seemed to like it. Lesson of CONA - I need to earn more money and I’d eat here 3x/week
