My partner and I came here for Valentines Day with a set menu, it was absolutely delicious. The presentation was amazing, was no long waits and it all tasted so fresh. Our waiter, Will, was incredible, nothing was too much for him. Lovely lovely guy!

Estábamos buscando un lugar para comer antes de ir al teatro - y este restaurante fue recomendado por un par de lugareños, que iban allí también! A pesar de que era un lunes frío por la noche, tenía un número razonable de clientes, lo que siempre es un buen augurio. Nos sirvieron rápida y eficientemente y nuestros dos platos de pasta estaban deliciosos. Nos gustaría comer allí de nuevo si en la zona - y lo recomendaría a otros!

Después de haber reservado para 12 personas toda la experiencia fue terrible el personal fue grosero tan pronto como nos sentamos el compró nuestra comida que tuvimos que preordenar los platos menos fríos la comida era platos de pollo soso wer sobre pechuga de pollo seco cocido tuvimos interpelación y abuso de otros huéspedes porque estaban borrachos el personal no intervino trataron de cobrarnos £ 24 para sacar un pastel de cumpleaños £ 2 por rebanada que es ridículo este lugar está sobrevalorado el gerente podía ver menos problemas y nunca una vez trató de resolver los problemas 2 de se superó cargado este lugar se siente como todo lo que quieren es su dinero teniendo en cuenta que es italiano no había nada italiano sobre la comida que he tenido mejor del supermercado sobreprecio y el personal necesita formación de servicio al cliente... NUNCA MÁS

We had a late lunch on Friday at Cafe Maxsim. It was our first visit and we didn't know what to expect. As it was a pleasant afternoon we chose to sit "outside" and were delighted to be shown to a private patio area at the back of the cafe. This was a delightful place to enjoy some good Tapas and delicious homemade desserts. If you like Tiramasu - then their homemade is a must. There was a great selection of Teas and Coffees including Yerba Mate - served in a gourd container with special drinking straws. This cafe offers a very eclectic mix of Spanish, South American, Greek and Asian plates. The staff/owners were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect spot for a lunch. Will be back again for an evening meal and to experience the lights at night in the 'secret garden'.

I had a fantastic experience at Roma Ristorante. The food was fresh and flavorful! The staff was friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made the meal even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Entró en el día de boxeo, no hay que esperar a una mesa, el servicio fue rápido y amable, la comida no tomó tiempo en absoluto muy sabroso todo el mundo disfrutó, fantástico servicio de Kim y Sophia, muy recomendable!

Pedí papas fritas en 3 ocasiones diferentes pensando que cambiarían pero estaban empapadas y sabía puro de aceite. Mis compañeros y yo nos enfermamos literalmente. Ya sea su aceite no están cambiando o poniendo las papas fritas en aceite frío. Parecía que me estaba comiendo el aceite y luego patatas fritas. ¡3 oportunidades que di nunca más ordenando! Evening for friends 20 plus people food preordered - absolutely dreadful experience. Arrived 745 shown upstairs to a bare dark freezing cold room No decor and a closed bar. Tables were set with paper placemat - no table cloths and knife and fork wrapped in a black serviette. Needed to go downstairs for drinks. Around 8.30 starters came out in dribs and drabs - some missing. Bowls of chips which were unordered kept arriving throughout the evening! Mains were served all over the place- 10pm I still had no food. When speaking to the waitress she asked for what was ordered and said she would get it- 1015 another waiter came to say 40 minutes more as I ordered risotto I told him not to bother now as it was too late. My friend still had no food but had ordered Lasagne- this came - just a breakfast bowl of Lasagne which was just a sloppy mess! Oh and more bowls of unordered chips. This place is dire - not surprisingly it was empty. Never again- dreadful. No way is this restaurant Italian and should definitely be avoided
