The best chicken parmesan sandwich, and also the 🍕 slice very delicious fresh ,the staff very gentleman i will back soon.

The best pizza's always warmly welcomed,the cookies are amazing too.

Simply excellent food served by very attentive and confident staff. The whole meal was a joy to eat. Enjoyed it enormously.

Having been to Fiume many many times since it opened this visit was a little disappointing if I’m honest. Hopefully it was just because everyone was tired after Xmas and our visit isn’t representative of how it is now. Firstly it was really dark in there. The little table lamps (I think ours was low on battery) don’t really cut it. Secondly it was chilly in there. The broken radiator behind our table wasn’t on (perhaps because it was damaged). Thirdly the little touches that used to make Fiume stand out are gone. No one brought black pepper or Parmesan to the table that was a nice touch. I had to go and find black pepper in a plastic pepper mill for myself. There are bags of dried pasta and pizza boxes visible from the dining room which doesn’t look great. The food was fine. My crepe starter was served incredibly quickly but was lukewarm warm rather than hot. My pasta dish was lovely. I will try again in the hope that this was a one off and people were just battle weary from the Xmas rush.

We had a late lunch on Friday at Cafe Maxsim. It was our first visit and we didn't know what to expect. As it was a pleasant afternoon we chose to sit "outside" and were delighted to be shown to a private patio area at the back of the cafe. This was a delightful place to enjoy some good Tapas and delicious homemade desserts. If you like Tiramasu - then their homemade is a must. There was a great selection of Teas and Coffees including Yerba Mate - served in a gourd container with special drinking straws. This cafe offers a very eclectic mix of Spanish, South American, Greek and Asian plates. The staff/owners were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect spot for a lunch. Will be back again for an evening meal and to experience the lights at night in the 'secret garden'.

The food was amazing—fresh, full of flavour, and served in generous portions. Every bite was delicious, and I found myself completely satisfied (even having to push myself to finish!). The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and both the chef and waiter were fantastic.

Booked on line for 8pm on Boxing Day, money taken, got there and the place was closed!!

Came in on boxing day, no wait for a table, service was quick and friendly, food took no time at all very tasty everyone enjoyed, fantastic service from Kim and Sophia, highly recommend!!

Pedí papas fritas en 3 ocasiones diferentes pensando que cambiarían pero estaban empapadas y sabía puro de aceite. Mis compañeros y yo nos enfermamos literalmente. Ya sea su aceite no están cambiando o poniendo las papas fritas en aceite frío. Parecía que me estaba comiendo el aceite y luego patatas fritas. ¡3 oportunidades que di nunca más ordenando! Cuando les dije que culpaban al fabricante

He visitado este restaurante muchas veces con amigos y familiares, algunos de los cuales son italianos. La comida aquí es siempre fresca, grandes porciones y lo más importante auténtica comida cocinada italiana. Está en un entorno encantador, y el personal me parece muy servicial, profesional y amable. Para que mis amigos italianos digan que comerán allí, entonces dicen mucho. Volveré de nuevo en 2 semanas para mi excursión regular a uno de mis lugares de comida más favoritos.

Evening for friends 20 plus people food preordered - absolutely dreadful experience. Arrived 745 shown upstairs to a bare dark freezing cold room No decor and a closed bar. Tables were set with paper placemat - no table cloths and knife and fork wrapped in a black serviette. Needed to go downstairs for drinks. Around 8.30 starters came out in dribs and drabs - some missing. Bowls of chips which were unordered kept arriving throughout the evening! Mains were served all over the place- 10pm I still had no food. When speaking to the waitress she asked for what was ordered and said she would get it- 1015 another waiter came to say 40 minutes more as I ordered risotto I told him not to bother now as it was too late. My friend still had no food but had ordered Lasagne- this came - just a breakfast bowl of Lasagne which was just a sloppy mess! Oh and more bowls of unordered chips. This place is dire - not surprisingly it was empty. Never again- dreadful. No way is this restaurant Italian and should definitely be avoided
