We’ve ate here quite a few times now over the past couple of years and it would be fair to say we’ve never had a bad meal and our visits have always been very enjoyable. I’d like to echo what the other reviewer has said about Lauren, who is a complete professional and a total credit to Bella Italia. Overall, you can’t really go wrong here.

Went in today as a family of 5 with 2 children. My first time going to a Bella Italia and after today I will definatly be back. I need to mention our wonderful waitress Lauren. She was incredible and a credit to the business. She was kind. Polite and very attentive. Watching the very busy restaurant she didn't stop but still managed to make our visit amazing and personal. She engaged with my 4 year old and nothing was to much for her. Lauren you are brilliant and it's because of you we will visit again. As a manager in the industry any pub/restaurant would be very lucky to have you. Food was wonderful. And the kids eat free on a Thursday was an added bonus. 👌🏻

The waitress that served us was lovely and really polite. However, the food was shocking. It was in tiny portions, the seafood risotto came out freezing cold and had to be sent back. The prices are shocking for the quality and quantity you get. Wouldn’t come here again unfortunately.

Came to Bella as we had tickets to the cinema. Experience was amazing as always. Food was lovely and tasty. Kim who looked after us was really friendly. Well done again.

Went after seeing the £5 pasta offer, did not disappoint! Fantastic service and pasta was outstanding. Had the spicy sausage pasta which had a nice kick of flavour . Nice treat when January pay is stretched. We will be back !

Terrible food. Pasta sauce watery no flavour. Much Worse than microwave pasta dish. Hardly any filling, only bits of ham. Really expensive for boiled pasta. How can they serve this or charge this. Should not be in business. A disgrace.

We were met by Ellie who really made us feel welcome. She presented us with a gluten free menu and really interacted well with our daughter. She was very attentive to our family and I was really impressed with her service. Thankyou Ellie 😀

Nothing wrong with food or service grandchildren always treated lovely and talked to really nicely . The only problem they have is choosing what to have . Don't change staff or menu as it is a winning combination .

Booked for a catch up with friends and we weren’t disappointed. We didn’t feel rushed, and given time to catch up and have our cocktails before ordering . The butternut squash risotto was beautiful with the cheese garlic bread . Atmosphere was relaxed and all the staff were friendly and smiley 😊

Took my wife for a midweek lunchtime treat. Had a lovely meal, Buffalo Pomodoro and Pollo Cacciatore which were both excellent. The ambiance and service were second to none. Will certainly return again soon.
