The best restaurants serving Italian food in South Bucks South East

Ordered a couple of pizza’s, one a ham and mushroom with extra mozzarella. No ham, and no cheese at all - a cold, dry mushroom pizza. Thanks

Best local pizza outside of New York! Always very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit or two or three!

I came in August 2024 for my 21st birthday and the service was incredible; the food was fresh and incredibly flavourful! They surprised me with dessert and sang me happy birthday too, it was an amazing meal and I still think about the Misto Pesce Giovanna.

Lovely restaurant in Denham. Everything was perfect, the atmosphere, staff and food. Great choices of food but we stuck to the Sunday menu. Will be visiting again in June for a birthday party when we hope the family and children will have a wonderful time.

My wife and I just had lunch at Bacchus a new Italian restaurant in Beaconsfield. My wife had been their previously with her five girlfriends in the evening and was very impressed, so I thought a lunch there would be nice. It has a cozy feeling to it and I don’t care for large chains and prefer small family run restaurants like Bacchus. My wife and I both started with mussels in white wine sauce, which were plentiful and delicious. My wife had a lasagne for her main course and I chose the seafood pasta which contained linguine, squid, mussels and king prawns in a white wine sauce with a touch of parsley and chilli, both were delicious. I must mention the staff who are warm and charming, mostly Italian, even the chef stopped to ask if everything was okay. I really recommend this restaurant as the food is authentic, delicious snd inexpensive compared to many other local places and the staff add that extra ingredient to make you want to return, which we will.

I have been away for too long. My visit this evening reminded me of the environment,the first class service and,as always the best steak in the country.Always a pleasurable experience with Massimo and his team.Thanks to you all,as ever.Ray Campsie

What a wonderful host Massimo is, he always gives you such a warm welcome and what a talented team he has front of house and in the kitchen. We were four generations at the table and the menu caters for each age group. It was hard to get past the delicious warm homemade bread with olive oil and rosemary but three baskets later we did! Fabulous food, best pasta eaten almost in silence, an extensive wine list, stylish decor, real linen and great stories too -we can’t wait to return! Thank you xx

We came for my Grandma’s 90th celebration lunch. The food and service was off the charts! She felt incredibly spoilt and said it was the best lunch she had had in 90 years. They were incredible with allergies and all food was tailored to them. We will be back!!

The presentation and quality of the food is exceptional. The service is friendly, welcoming and attentive. The young lady that served us today was the sweetest , Jess I think if I’m correct , The decor and atmosphere is classy and relaxing. we had a wonderful lunch here and will definitely visit again

First time visiting Due Forni after looking for some good stone baked pizza and it didn't disappoint! Can't believe I haven't been here before and it certainly won't be the last. The pizza is some of the best I've tasted, not greasy, thin base and the best crust! The only thing I personally would of wanted is some sort of dip for the crust (I like to save the crust until the end). Not sure if sauces or even just a tomato based one is available? Like the one used for the pizza base. I had the due forni pizza and it was incredible, a lovely truffle base and the cheese was to die for. Highly recommend a visit. A lovely little restaurant too.
